Been in this truck over 3 weeks now. 2018 prostar! This truck shakes until it gives me a headache everyday! Carried it there twice to be fixed, they said they fixed the issue! came out back the same way! I dont know why they wont send it to the dealer to be fixed. Would never rent from ryder again. Not just this location! But the company on a whole.

We rent a truck to transport High School band equipment to competitions and football games. This place has given us the worst equipment in their fleet. No headlights during the rain storm, check engine light on the entire trip, transmission slipped out of 8th gear causing us to slow way down on the interstate. I spoke with someone last year regarding these issues and nothing has changed. Not sure what we need to do at this point to get a decent working truck. Good Luck if you decide to rent here

Picked up my truck they so called repaired and later that day I was back on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck because of the same problem that was supposedly fixed.
