Craig was very helpful in assisting my sister and I rectifying truck rental issues. Trucks reserved with customer service did not correspond with pick up location. Craig not only helped my sister with truck reservation at his location but went above and beyond helping me to reserve a truck at a location suitable for where I was going to be for the time I needed to pick up a truck. He was friendly, professional, took his time and provided great service.

Everyone was good at their jobs where I picked up and droped off. It is best to talk to the place where the truck is located and avoid talking to Budget corp phone number. Book way ahead and talk to the actual place where the truck is. Believe me. Good equipment. The unlimited mileage and $131 for a 16 truck for 2 days driven 1600 miles saved me over $800 compared to the next cheapest, U-haul.

Craig by far worse business etiquette ever. When we first walked in we didn’t have our mask on. He aggressively told my mother to step outside to put the mask on! We put the mask on and came back in. We got a reservation that said they had available 26” box trucks available. He told us all 5 of his trucks were broke. He didn’t want to rent to us because he literally gave the people ahead of us a box truck! Business should be never personal and Craig let his emotions get the best of him. I would never attempt to take business away from anyone however, bad business is bad business! For you to be in business over 20 years this should be well known. Piss poor service!

This is my 2nd time renting at this location and Im happy to say I had another pleasant experience!

This might be the worst experience I’ve had EVER!! I made reservations back in August on the 21 for Sept 3 reserving a 16” truck with the dolly. The manager at this location called on Sept 2 to tell us his store is closed and SOMEONE will call us (THE ACTUAL DAY OF OUR RESERVATION) to tell us the best location we get the truck from CRAZY! We was patient, the morning come NO ONE CALLED we waited until 11am.. so we just called only to speak with a representative who didn’t have answers .. He then told us that the manager will call us to get everything straighten up and a location for the pick up 1 hr until our schedule pick time we find the closest budget with all the needed necessities was a hr away in snellville.. for our inconvenience I asked that we have a car carrier instead of a dolly and straps that’s it! The Guy said yes sure I’ll make notes of that. We had schedule movers, scheduled end times for this move and everything went down the drain for all our deadlines!!!!! We get to snellville the lady at the desk Brittany was very nasty, she was speaking over us, told us BUDGET DONT SELL STRAPS 🤔, they had 10 car carriers in the lot and told us all 10 was broken, they sold out of hand trucks. My car that was going on the dolly sits to low which was confusing cause i put in my car make and model but still my car could not fit .. they watched us struggle to get my car on the dolly and still lied and said the car carriers was broke HOW IS ALL 10 BROKEN?? Ok so we had to drive off separately ... even bigger inconvenience cause I have a 18 hr drive ahead of me with no dolly to pull my car!!! I then call into customer service to only get the run around, and tell me they can’t do anything until the truck is back ... so I still can’t get a car carrier or any straps for my inconvenience that’s all I asked for .. NOW I WANT A FULL REFUND!

Craig was outstanding. He worked within the regulations of his employer to find me the best rate possible for my transition to a new place. Very laid back and easy going but through and understanding. I would recommend anyone In the Conyers area to stop by and inquire about renting.

The customer service at this location is phenomenal! This was my first time visiting this location and I will definitely return. I rent trucks every week for work so Ive been to a few different locations in the area. This is the ONLY one with great service.

Price was affordable. Online reservation was easy.. only 4 stars because it took forever once we got there to actually get the paperwork and truck.

Never has trucks and charged us 75 dollars and we didnt even buy the truck we reserved and thats free!

We had a TERRIBLE experience with this location. Our family reserved a truck 3 weeks prior to our move. We were moving across country. They called us the DAY BEFORE to let us know they were closed for the weekend, offering no solution to us. We had to call management, and then they offered a location far away from us. We have had terrible customer service in this location and management did not prove helpful either. We will NEVER use Budget again for putting our young family in such a terrible bind in the middle of an already stressful move.

As terrible as picking up and driving the truck was... the owner made dropping our rental off a breeze.. such a refreshing experience from what we had experciened...I wouldnt want to rent from anyone else..

Customer service is terrible. Do not waste your time. They “close” before closing time and refused me service when I had already reserved a vehicle.

Will never rent a budget truck we got there just put gas in it and they made us take the truck back to another gas station to put a lousy $3 in it we offered to give them five bucks extra and they wouldnt even do it
