Diante was very friendly and awesome and helped me sign my contract very quickly. There was a little confusion with the customer service team and the door I’m guessing but everything worked out in the end I am redoing my review I would recommend at this point.

Diante was extremely friendly, professional and called me back the next day to Followup just as he said he would. I am disappointed that the vehicle I needed could not not be located in time, but the customer service level made up for it. I will always check with Diante before ever going anywhere else.

Staff very friendly and helpful was acknowledge fast upon check on and my issue was fixed fast. My only issue there and not employees fault is its difficult if you come in trailer because of location but can be done its just tight when other trucks parked on side and on street at the exit. Almost could not get wide enough to clear the row truck parked right at edge. Overall great job and thank you service team.👍

We just picked up our truck yesterday with a car tow and everything went smoothly. Kevin handled our entire reservation and I could not have asked for better service. I even called back to make a few changes and he was very accommodating. A very pleasant experience! Definitely recommend!

Went to get diesel for a rental, nobody came out. I went to tell someone still nobody came. Im not mad was just a complete waste of time. I will not return just get my fuel before I leave Atlanta again.

Fast, friendly, professional service offered by two great guys behind the counter. No less than two guys from the service Bay acknowledge my arrival and inquired as to how things went with the rental. Good customer service does still exist.

ASK FOR KEVIN :) Was able to rent a 16 box truck with less than 24 hours notice. I had the opportunity to speak with Kevin on Friday afternoon (7-19), and we dealt with him the following Saturday morning (7-20). Kevin was thorough, patient, and professional. It’s nice to come across others who excel in their positions that have a good work ethic. I wanted to let the interwebs know that Kevin did a great job and Ill be recommending Penske to anyone I come in contact with that needs this type of service. He contributed to the good parts of our move! I also got his managers name, Jim Moreland, and sent a praise email to him. You get what you pay for and Ill spend the extra money for this peace of mind and customer service. People that actually DO THIER JOBS and do it right the first time work over in the Conyers location.

My car carrier wasnt ready, buried behind other vehicles, and it took about 20 minutes for them to bring it to the front. Other than that the equipment was excellent.

3.17.19 Update: Penske: I did reach out to you - Penske has my telephone - You pick up your phone and call me you lazy, worthless people - My name to business strangers, is Mr. Hale.Conyers Penske nor corporate office called, after handing them $1300.00 for two rentals, and, their failing to provide the lift gate van - parked in front of my face - causing me to lose $2500.00, and the provider ** delaying his sons birthday party for me to pick up the item **Staff tore out, not interested in servicing other client and I; go elsewhere. Penske blames or plays electronic games with the client as all corporations will on Google reviews: Penske owes me $2500.00 damages and I intend to collect.Original Review: Penske Truck Rental in Conyers, GA, after reservation and two (2) verifications to switch to their smallest size lift gate truck, did not rent it, although on the lot.I rented from Penske twice previously during the preceeding thirty days, returning my second rental, to pick up their lift gate.This also appears to be the fault of their IT section: I am an unemployed IT Technician and salesman.
