Ms. Orion cudjoe-chow was amazing she helped me with everything I needed and it was fasted paced

The lady the answers the phone was rude I set up two appointments with them an both times I had a family emergency am she said they can’t hire me because I didn’t show up

I came in expecting to start work and I havent heard from anyone for over a week

I called to inquire about a position and was told that I don’t qualify for it right off the bat before I could explain my qualifications. I asked if their were any other positions available and was told they do not have any. I don’t think this is acceptable customer service for a temp agency. I don’t feel like the representative was trying to help at all and wanted to just turn me away even though I have a college degree and and ample amount of experience. I would suggest going with any other staffing agency honestly.

This place in unreliable. Ive been applied to work since before April 1st and have yet to achieve employment despite being contacted TWICE to come to work only to be told The employer has cancelled each time Ive responded. When asking for possible employment elsewhere, they answered with You might need to seek help somewhere else.Very unprofessional.
