I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them Teenia or Tiana does NOT return your calls.. I have been looking for a job for quite some time and I haven’t gotten anywhere with MAU.. I used to speak with Miranda who was trying to help me but she ended up leaving.. This place is a waste of time

MAU Staff, Margie, Teenia & Joan have gone above & beyond in our mutually beneficial relationship of three and a half years! Their quality of taking care of their employees is excellent in all areas. They exceed taking care of their clients with proficient workers. They care if the job fits the employee. Thats rare! Outstanding integrity when any issues had to be worked through. Ive worked with many agencies in my life, but not many EXCELLENT agencies! Well nurtured people here!

Worst place ever they have the nice lady to answer the phone then boom u talk to worse people ever lien and lien about puttin u on a list that never gets to i wouldnt tell anybody to go here period

MAU was a waste of my time. I went through the application process and met with Joan. She was nice and told me she would find a position for me. After not hearing from her for a week I called and was placed on hold each time and was told she was in a meeting. I would give them my availability each week but never received a response. I moved on to a more professional staffing agency where I was hired the same day! They were so much more professional and always checked on me each week!

I have worked at a lot of staffing agencies. MAU is by far the best. They really care about their people. If you go to work and perform well the sky is the limit. I would not believe all of these one star reviews. Most temp agencies put to you work for a day or a week. MAU will get you on permanently with your assignment!

Ive never known the representative of an agency to just hang the phone up in someone asking about employments face. And I dont see why uploading a resume is an option on the application if I have to turn around and still write out every single job I have clearly put on my resume. Stop being rude to people and maybe youll receive more stars

I called concerning a job inquiry and left a detailed voicemail just like the voice message requested and still havent received a response a WEEK later! The voice message stated I would receive a response within the next business day, and I still havent. Obviously this location either doesnt check their voice mails or dont care enough to respond. Wouldnt recommend this job location to anyone.

I just moved here less than two months ago. Within the first week of me looking for a job once I was settled this place has been very helpful. They got me into orientation quickly and got me out to work. I am very grateful for places like this. I had never heard of them before, but it turned out to be a good experience. I was scared at first because of the ratings, but thank goodness I like to make my own opinion and not pass up an agency based on others reviews. Not sure why they don’t have a better rating.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star for the fact that Ive been with them when they were called Future Staffing. I havent even been on a job assignment and every job I apply for through them someone else magically gets it.It took me 3 years just to get an interview. When a family emergency came up they wouldnt reschedule me and Im like wdf it took me along time just to get a damn interview and now you cant reschedule?? Its not like I was missing it on purpose. I wouldnt recommend no one to go here its just a waste of time dealing with these people.
