The customer service was very poor. They were having non work related conversations and showing each other things in their phones while working on my car. They were distracted enough to almost forget to perform a service I requested. And then tried to pressure me into additional services. Initially I was interested in additional services, but once I saw how they were working I declined them. I had been here twice before. Once the service was good and the other time it wasnt. I guess you can say its hit or miss, but I wont be coming back.

Today 10/5/2021 I have been waiting since 7:50 a.m. A young man came to my window at 8:02 a.m. to inform me that he didnt know what time they would open due to the fact he and the other guy did not have keys to open. He stated very kindly that he didnt want me waiting to long. I thanked him and said I will wait a little longer. Well it is now 8:18 and no one with keys has showed up. I am going to leave. This is unacceptable and poor management. Please schedule employees who have access to the building. Not happy at all.

Jada did an outstanding job getting me set up with an oil change. She made sure to keep me informed about all required and recommended services for my vehicle. She did everything with a smile and showcased a great customer service oriented personality.

Came in for a quick oil change while traveling the east coast. They showed me recommended services based upon my cars service history, but didnt pressure me into purchasing the additional services. Friendly service and there was no problem honoring a Valvoline discount from an email I received from using my regular Valvoline location in my home state. Great experience. Thanks.

This used to be My oil change places but after my last visit I wont return. Went one morning first in line chatting with employees. One took and set my oil life back to 100% . And then he tells me that there oil change machine is not working. I asked so you have not changed my oil but my oil life you set back to 100%. He said that what they do that change my opinion of them is they changing oil. Called customer service talk to someone but its wasnt worth my time. My car is what keeps me employed. They dont care about the customers. As of yet I have not received a call back and its been over a month. If you go make sure you check that they are changing your oil and putting oil into your car. Because you might be showing you got 100% oil life but you got no new oil 😞

I had the BEST experience getting my oil changed today. I have a German car and called to verify they had my filter--which they did. They promptly sent me a coupon to use during my visit and then the service was incredibly. I went during the busiest time (lunch on a FRIDAY) but was still in and out in under 30 minutes total. Joseph was my topside service member and was awesome! Very informative, personable and efficient. 5 stars to this team!

After several visits, this has become my go to oil change stop. They are always very professional, time conscious, and helpful. The shop is incredibly clean and quiet. They take good care of you at this location and they have gained a loyal customer.

Mann when i say these guys are amazing! Took my work van in the other afternoon for an oil change i was long overdue for! They had me in and out in 20 minutes or less!!!! You can not beat that! Even sold me new windshield wipers! Van runs excellent now! They were even able to notify me of a few other issues I should attend to soon! Will definitely do business with them again! I hate i got nobody’s name that worked there buy great job guys and keep up the good work!!!

Was skeptical of their capabilities from the get go, tech who greeted me seemed very inexperienced and didnt seem to know about vehicles at all. Got in over the bay and was informed that since my jeep is lifted they couldnt reach/loosen the drain plug or oil filter and so could not perform an oil change. If youre in Georgia and you cant handle lifted vehicles, you have a problem.

Just AMAZING!!! Excellent customer service from the time I pulled up & out!!! Everyone has great high energy & works fluidly together! I am very pleased!!! Very diverse crew as well, from age to ethnicity! I will be back when the time comes again :)

I started using them instead of the traditional car repair because they get you in and out fast. So its more convenient and they always give recommendations to keep your car running like it should

This is definitely one of the better places to get an oil change. The service they provide is great. I been there twice with two different vehicles and each time I felt that I had good service done to my vehicles. The service techs were knowledgeable about the products can completed quickly. The part is that I never have to get out the car.

I went here bc I saw them in passing and needed to find a location that wouldnt have me waiting all day!!! Wesley was informative and kind, Wayne was great under the vehicle and I believe my 3rd guy who tested all of the fluids and vehicle operating condition was Joe he was awesome as well. You get to stay in your car and the process is really smooth! Definitely go check them out!!!

Great service and techs. But If you have a diesel truck. Dont come here. I paid $170 for an oil change and thats including my military discount. It would of originally been $200. Come on Valvoline, do better on your pricing.

Im going back to Pep Boys I came here for convience and the 15 min oil change and this the 3rd time it hasnt ever been close to 15 mins Ive been waiting over an hour to go next yep next so nobody is 15 mins period its false advertising... and Im filing a complaint formerly.

Took my car for an oil change and had a trainee try to change my oil. Needless to say he messed my car up so bad that it had to be towed from their location to a repair shop. And to add insult to injury they still charged me $79 for the oil change! They caused $1000 worth of damages to my car. Yes, they did pay for it, but the whole experience has me wanting to warn people to be careful if taking your car there.

I needed a quick oil change service and sending my truck here was a total disaster! Not only was the oil change wrong, the coolant used was wrong. It doesnt mix with the proper kind needed for my vehicle, it turned into gel and caused my truck to overheat and shut down on me. Thanks Vavoline! I will be stopping by in the morning since you all dont answer phone calls. This is brand new business in our community and I hope they will hire better and more knowledgeable staff.
