Not worth the $85 for a “detail” the exterior was clean although I had to point out a few spots that the detail guy fixed for me however the inside was not great. Windows were clean but there was still dust on the dashboard and crevices and the steering wheel. They did NOT vacuum under my seats!! I do not recommend this place for detailing. Perhaps exterior wash only. I will not bring my car here again.

I paid for a service that was not worth it. They half did the detailing. My car is black and you can see the swirls and my windows are half cleaned as well. My windows are tinted so you can see all of that and on the outside mirrors. They just threw my floor mats back inside for me to put in place. I will never go back. I usually wash my own car and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.

This was the worst experience. I paid for the Supreme wash which was $35. It included the exterior wash, vacuum inside and wipe down. After my truck was ready I went to inspect it only to find the front grill was still dirty, the windows and inside were still dirty. When I asked the young girl about it before I paid she stated there was nothing she could do because I received a service and still needed to pay. All I wanted was for them to correct what wasnt done and they wouldnt do it. So I paid my money and she told me to call back and speak with the manager Kristine on the following Tuesday. I called she wasnt in I also emailed Kristine she didnt respond. I finally talked to Kristine on Thursday and she wasnt of any help either. I will never return to this place or recommend it to anyone. BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!

Just did the $16.00 quick drive thru wash

After 2 hours of waiting for a simple wash and spray wax these are the results from inside. they take forever and really dont do a good job. At least the staff is respectful and nice Thats the only reason they get two stars.

I am completely Furious about the service I received. After complaining with the manager (Christiana) of the establishment. She refused to be compromising of my situation. I came there trusting that I would receive quality service, after all I spent nearly 200 dollars on this. The manager was threatening me and insisting I can call the cops and they would do nothing. Just to keep it simple please do not come to this place. I mean I wished I read the reviews for this place. Anyone know the corporate number? Since they refuse to give me the number nor is it listed on their site.

Disappointed. Didnt do the job promised, said the car was ready when it wasnt. Allegedly waxed the car with dirt still on the car. When faults were pointed out, the same rag was used to clean behind the mudflaps, inside the wheel wells, the whole front bumper cover, the rocker panels, etc. in that order. The car still has dirt along the edges of the side trim of the car. Five hours gone to do a three hour job that didnt get done. The entire lot is strewn with trash as it is turfed out of customer cars. TL:DR find someone else to do the job.

6/17/21 - Service wasn’t even worth $90 dollars. Exterior was excellent, but seat cleaning and dashboard were unacceptable. First their is no leadership or accountability being held, due to lack of management. Teens are literally in charge of customer service with no supervision. They couldn’t remove a tea stain that was six hours old and the dashboard is still dusty. Watched several customers come in and out of the store complaining about detailing. One the detailers even stated “ she wants me to do all that work and she ain’t tipping! I’m not doing all that!” I wonder why🤔. Should have paid attention to the red flags while I was sitting there waiting, but I didn’t. Long story short don’t view / inspect your car in the shade, bring it to the light and take a good look at it! My seats were still wet so from first glance it looks like they did a good job, but once it dried it was a completely different story. Y’all can keep the money, because you’ve lost a customer. I won’t be back!!!!

This place is convenient and not too crowded; especially during the week (just dont go on a Saturday)! The do an okay job. If youre like me (OCD) then youll expect more. On average, theyre pretty decent. They just dont go into detail on interior of vehicle.

I found the car wash on the we, they opened at 8am I arrived at 8:45, i wanted to have my car cleaned inside and out and was told that it would be a 2hr wait to have the interior cleaned that was crazy and you just opened, so either they were short staffed of just slow as hell. so i said i will just get a $12 car was, as i am in the car proceeding through the car was my car was approaching the blowers and there was a car stopped at the end of the lane no one was in it and my car was still rolling towards the car, finally someone stopped the car was before my car struck the car in front of me, finally the car was started back moving and the blowers hardly blew any water off my car, and since one one was drying it off i had to drive off with a wet car and let the wind dry it off. I wasted $12 coming here and will never come here again, a complete waste of my morning and my money, i could have went to the $4 car wash and got better service.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY CONYERS CAR WASH.

Absolutely would not recommend this place and echo the sentiments of many of the other negative reviewers. Youd be better off with a weekend fund raiser group doing your car wash.

I was told my car was “too dirty” to go through the wash. The associate said for $50 I could have my car hand washed and detailed. Then I had to reverse my car out of the parking lot because the entrance is a one way. I recommend going here only if your car is clean, because if it looks like it needs to be taken through the car wash, it’s too dirty.

Been going here for years, never any trouble until today.Today I was informed that they could no longer wash my truck because it has a bull bar on the front. I have used this car wash for my truck with bull bar many times with no issues but today was denied service. The manager said the reasoning was the bars tore up their brushes. Can someone tell me how a round bar can tear up their brushes? Needless to say I will no longer be taking any of my cars here again.

Car was not clean at all I had to go home and detailed it myself after paying 35 dollars

This place has to be the most unprofessional car detailing place I’ve used. At one point it was one of the best. Today that has totally changed. My family and I bought our car here to be cleaned. We waited 35 minutes after the wash to get it cleaned. As we got out of the car the young man greeted us and told us he’d be glad to get our car taken care of for us. Then he walked off the job. No one cared to tell us anything nor did anyone care to finish our half cleaned vehicle service. I will NEVER return to this place and would suggest that you not waste your time unless you have time to waste. I don’t. Then the receptionist had the nerve to ask me if I had paid when I asked for my money back. Everyone knows that you pay before they complete the job. All I could do, to not embarrass my family was ignore her. Run from this place as quick as you can.

I understand that the disabled need to work but they had a man with one arm cleaning my car. It was not done well but because of the time and effort it took him to do what he did I did not request a refund. I will not be returning although it is very close to my house.

Actually, a .one star rating is too generous.Horrible service! Scratches and streaks were left on my paint. My car is less than 3 months old, by the way. They didnt completely buff out the wax left on the car, and the wax mustve been applied with a newspaper, because it totally scratched up an almost brand new paint job.. They did a sloppy job with the interior, streaks were left on the glass, and gobs of Armor All were left on the dash. I still had dead bugs stuck on my headlights and grille. My only positive comment is that my tires were shiny. I will never patronize this place again. I guess this is their way of telling people that youre better off washing and detailing your car yourself.

Havent been here in a while. Located on Hwy 138 in Conyers, next to Golden Corral. Service was great as always. Very nice, polite staff. My only issues were the time frame and the pandemic. It took a long time to get done and no one seemed to be wearing masks or social distancing inside the building. Very few people including myself had on a mask and since theres not a lot of seating, customers had to sit close on the couches. There are views on a TV so you can see where your car is and whats going on. Theres also a TV for viewing and you can watch your car go through the drive through car wash. Prices are reasonable, $50 and up for a hand wash depending on the type of vehicle you have. They also shampoo the inside and seats if you so choose. Outdoor seating is also available. This location is in desperate need of management on site that has experience. I’ve been here multiple times trying to give it the benefit of a doubt and finally decided to leave a review. None of the staff on site is professional and the detailing areas are always a disaster. I have yet to see anybody on site that resembles a manager. The prices are inconsistent depending on who you talk to. This location has potential but it needs the staff needs to be re trained and a professional detailer and manager should be on site at all times. Again, just my thoughts but I’ve tried this place multiple times and nothing has changed.

Worst car wash I have been to. Does not clean the car streaks all over the car like it was just swiped leaving dirty residue and soap. Does not even rinse the soap. When I asked the manager if they could at least wipe off the soap I was informed she could only wipe it off of the windshield. What??? Made absolutely no since. Will never be back. Last I noticed they aren’t the only car wash around.

Good quick wash, not perfect but good enough

There is NO recognizable system of first in/first out when it comes to cleaning the inside of the vehicles. Cashiers that should be trained in positive customer service were unfriendly and recited the same line to each customer. According to one of the cashiers they cant give change except for gratuities. When another customer tried to purchase a water and chocolate bar she was told she had to spend more money to use her credit card -- but she couldnt get change to pay for it. Ridiculous! Only 1 employee out of 9 was seen wearing a mask (this includes inside and outside staff).After our car had gone through the wash we waited 1 hour just to get someone to wipe it down and clean the inside. Just as I was going to ask for my money back someone started on it. We waited another 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. Outside door handles were never wiped down and there was still evidence of pollen around door handles and at the bottom of each window. BUT WE DIDNT WANT TO WAIT ANYMORE!Another customer actually did ask for her money back after waiting for an hour for someone to clean the inside of her car. Rather than give her a refund the cashier had to call 3 other people to discuss it.While we were waiting the almost 2 hours another lady and her daughter were able to get their car cleaned and vacuumed within 20 minutes. Nepotism must be nice.Dont go here. Dont give them the satisfaction. There are other places that do a better job. This place sucks.

This business is not adequate or professional. I went to have my car washed in the $12 wash and rinse. When my car came out the drive-thru wash, the blue soap was still all over my white car. When I brought this to the attendants attention, she said that I drive my car through the wash at my own risk and if I want extra services to dry my car then it will cost extra! I informed her that I paid for a wash AND rinse and the blue soap was not properly rinsed off my car in the drive thru.. she repeated that customers drive their car through at their own risk. I demanded to speak with a manager. The attendant goes inside only after I began taking pictures of my car with her in the picture and then she comes back out with a wash rag and tries to hand it to me to clean the blue soap off my car! I refused to clean the soap off so she attempted to.. and it would not come off so she went back inside and came back and directed me to go over there to get it pressure washed (so the blue soap could be pressure washed off). The guy used a wet wash rag and washed it and dried it off. I pulled into the Golden Corral lot next door and had to open my trunk, go under my license plates and in the cracks to get the rest of the blue soap because it was still running down my car from the crevices. I dont suggest this car wash to anyone.. they are completely unprofessional and lack customer service.

Try to get a hand wash because when you use the machines dont wash the vehicle to well. Some of the guys dont clean the inside out to well. 🙄

I went to get my first time truck wash and the passenger side didnt get cleaned, I needed a full cleaning and also my rear tail gate didnt get cleaned, very disappointed at that I called the wash cashier that accepted my service and she told me that she was aware of it and she didnt try to compensate me for a poorly car wash, but she accepted my money.......

Took my Mustang in last week to get a detailed exterior wash done. Lady attendant at the mechanical wash said car was too dirty & it needed detail done; cost $50. I get the detail done; go pay & was told it was $40 instead of $50.Fast forward one week. Take it back in for a quick mechanical wash to get the pollen off & told again it needed detailed work done. Same female. Told her it is just pollen & she said they would not allow her to let me use it.Now either she has a scam going with one of the washers (boyfriend?) or the company is scamming to get more money when not necessary.This company did not behave like this before it changed names.

I hate THIS PLACE. Its like the cheapest car wash you can run through. Its like they dont even have blowers to blow the water off your car. Thank God for my $20 monthly unlimited car washes at my favorite spot. I wont be back here... ever!!

I paid 73 dollars for them to vaccum/detail and shampoo the seats, definitely not worth it. The seats were not cleaned properly, still has spots tried to cover them with the bags.. Not to mention something got broken off my sister car and they said it was broke before we there, they found it laying near the consol LIES

Let me tell you I have time TODAY. The service that I received today was the worst! This place has gone down over the years. I will start off with the young guy that was using windex to wipe my car off instead of using it for the windows. He basically wiped the paint off my car, not to mention while wiping the outside and inside of the car he thought it would be a great idea to through the items of my car on the ground. Note one to self. When I went to get my car I asked him why the items were on the ground and he said Oh maam Im not sure how those items got on the ground.Not to mention it looked like he took a pen and made all types of scratches on my car that were clearly not there before I took the car in. While going through the wash cycle I notice that the machines were barely touching my car.While he was wiping the car down with windex I asked the manager to clarify what he was wiping the car with just to make sure I wasnt loosing my mind. She even went to ask him and yes I was right windex. Side note Windex is much too harsh to use on the paint of your car and it could cause significant damage.After leaving and calling to speak with the manager the person that picked up the phone passed the phone to the manager whom picked up laughing as if she already knew what I was calling for. I asked her if she was laughing and she said no but when someone comes with a white car we usually let them know they will need to do a handwash for their car. I them asked her to explain the reason for her worker stealing items from my car. I literally hung up because the excuse after excuse wasnt good enough and then to much I get so sick of hearing about please TIP the person cleaning your car or would you like to take out extra money for the TIP. NO maam I would not let me determine if this person deserves a TIP if your company does not have the money to make sure the person working there is paid well enough that is not the responsibility of the customer to pay the amount we pay and then you expect us to the pull out another $30 to pay as a TIP.PLEASE if possible wash you own car or find a better company that is worth it.

Do not ever waste your money here! I left there today after spending $35 for the wash and a $20 tip and they didnt even wipe down the inside of my car! Didnt touch the wheels or the backseat. I had to clean it myself after I left! Terrible job and will never return.

Place is pretty on point with their car washing. Black guy that wears anime stuff is legit. Washed my car up really well and I just got the basic wash. Place has no charge tipping. Inside is clean, social distanced, a big tv that always broadcast something good be it news or major events. Lobby waiting area also has a pretty wide selection of air fresheners and other car accessories. No 5 star only because it’s still semi drive thru automated car wash 🧼

Really wish I can give this place 0 star. You get there and the beg you to pay first. Told the first guy yes, then another guy came and then the first guy came and ask me the same question. Then they said I can take your card and pay for you I said no I will go inside and pay. Instead of waiting till I came back they pulled the car through the car wash with the windows down. Told the manager about the problem they said there is nothing they can do. Will never show my face here again. Poor customer service!!!!!

I got a hand wash for a car that had been caked in sap, bird poo, etc. It was a gray car with a burgundy paint job. For $40, this car looks brand new. Tipped the Guy another $40 and marked this place ony GPS!!

No towels, hoses were broken for vacuuming very irritating.

I have been to Conyers Car Wash 3 times and each time I was extremely satisfy with the service. However, on my 4th visit; I was surprised of the poor cleaning job of the service man. Its as if he took a wet towel and wiped down the interior of my car. As for the exterior; it still had caked-on debris on it. The license plate was not touched and overall, I was truly disappointed. And did I mention that they increased their prices.

Wasnt too good today. Ive been going to that car wash for over 6yrs now. But today management let a rude customer run the show. The guy was even trying to fire employees, as well as trying to fight other customers! I was outdone to see the management get ran over by a rude customer. I was also disappointed, and have lost some respect for the company.

The washed and waxed it great, but the inside all they did was get is wet so it was shiny but as soon as it all dried I seen all the wipe marks and stains and dirt left.

On August 19th took my car to get clean, wash and vacuum. Ramon took care of the vacuum. He finished a lil after 4. But I didnt notice until that morning my passenger seat wouldnt let back. I work overnight, so when I noticed it that morning, I took it straight there. To tell them what was wrong. Kristen told jose to check it and see what was wrong. He did couldnt get to move. Ok so then sends me to 2 different mechanics for 3 weeks now. Her doing not mine. She couldve figure out there, if they didnt want to spend money. She texts me to say come there Monday labor day to speak to Jose. Just so she can avoid me. Unprofessional uncalled for. Kristen told him Im to blame for my seat. Not possible if I take it to the car wash fine. leave and now it wont move. I work overnight, car parked soooo what could I have done to my seat if I noticed it that morning. And took it straight there. Not 2 days after or week later. The next morning. You run a business but own up to your mistake, If I messed up my seat did I would own up to it. But I didnt. Hell I just want my seat to push back and forth. Been going there for awhile, wont be going back. Hell Ramon used to take care of my Monte Carlo. Thats why I would like for him to clean my car. But never again. You make mistakes you blame someone else. 2020 is ridiculous. Be more professional and help instead of blaming. Dont want your money.. Just my seat to move back and forth.

Had a great experience, after leaving 2 other dealerships because the lines were way too long. There wasnt a wait, i.just had to come back because their card machine was down. But very worth the wait. Paid $15 for wash and vacuum. My car looks, feels, and smells soo good. When my 3 kids, the messy ones, and i came outside it was so noticeable. They played around inside, watched TV, I liked the comfort of it all.

Took my car there and was straight robbed by the guy who took my vehicle in to be wash. I was wondering why was it taking so long for my car to come out but, three days later after checking my vehicle Ive noticed the slime thief was actually rumbling through my vehicle like a scavenger. other than that the experience was ok but be aware the black guy who takes the cars in to wash has sticky fingers. He should be removed to keep a 5 star business.

First time visiting here at 9:30 am. Not busy for a Saturday even though its supposed to rain later.System was smooth with the washing, rinsing and drying. I usually have to hand dry a few places on my car. But, as I did this, there was still black grime on my car, as if not washed at all! You could place the cleaning strips a bit closer on the peoples car.I have been to other carwashes where my car actually felt clean. Thank goodness I only paid $8.00!

I can spray water on my car at the house. Ive been here at least 2 times and the car wash sucked both times. Ive done the $8 and $12 auto wash and my car is not clean. I would recommend wash your car at home if you have the time or drive to Salem road where you can pay less for a better wash and free vacuum.

Good value and great work here. I’ve been a couple of times now and have been pleased. The rates are reasonable, however, I don’t need a wash very often. They have a clean, comfortable waiting area with a variety of items for sale (car products, perfume/cologne for people and cars 😊, jewelry, drinks and snacks). You can even watch other cars go through the washer if you wish.
