This car wash was great. The facility was new and clean. Though it was busy, getting into the automatic wash bay was an easy transition, and my car came out great. I think my favorite part of being there was the high pressure vacuums (that actually work properly)and the compressed air lines to blow out those hard to reach cracks and crevasses in my car for a more thorough cleaning. This place is definitely worth the wait and the money. I know Ill be back soon.

My car was damaged in their car wash and no responsibility or accountability from Manager Josh or staff. I have been a customer there for too long to be treated like a second class human being. Dont take your car there, you will regret it.

Went here the other day, and I asked one of the men working if they had rainbow light effects (for my daughter in the backseat) and he said no, they only had blue. We were lightly disappointed but continued on. Turned out they figured out how to change the light effects to rainbow, just for my little one. Afterward, two of the workers separately came to check on us and asked if we liked the effects. They both had a big smile on their faces. I just thought it was the sweetest thing. My daughter was soooo happy. Thanks for the good experience!

I happen to spot this car wash coming from the bank. The young lady that greeted me upon arrival was professional and pleasant. There are 2 entrances on the left for members and 1 on the right for non-members. Price was reasonable and vacuums are included. It was my first visit and that afternoon was extremely busy. I expected the wait may take some time for vacuums. However, once my $20 wash was complete, a spot opened up just in time. I vacuumed and quickly towel dried the car. I have my own towels so not sure if they offer towels, glass cleaner, etc. My car was clean and no damages :-).

Great customer service and okay prices for car washes. I feel like the workers could prime the vehicles with water and soap before washing. That way the dirt could get off the cars much better. Because some dirt lingers on bits of my car after being washed.

The car wash itself did a excellent job cleaning my car. There were not a lot of options on details of washing the car on the menu unless you were a member. Also there were no trash cans around the vacuum area that I was in or any place to put floor mats.

I went to get my car washed, and was told my sticker was inactive! I called and was told it was canceled on 6/6/21! But on 6/6/21 my bank account was charged! The customer service person said it was canceled by the mobile app. I don’t have the mobile app and why would I go to get it washed if I canceled. I I could give a 0 stars I would!!!!

Antennae broke, filed a claim with the manager, who never submitted it. Corporate wont return my calls, and this location dont even answer the phone. Bad service.

I was here today at 12:10 and the staff made my day. All smiles from the guy taking payments to the one directing cars into the carwash (Nice dance moves btw). Thats what I like to see, smiling employees happy to be at their job. Their attitude was contagious, I left there with a smile on my face. Keep it up

Gives a great wash to your vehicle but is usually jam packed. It shows you that the car wash is pretty decent but also makes you think to pack a lunch. 😄

Continue to have issues with the automatic reader does not work. Causes me to wait for attendant to open the gate, while many other cars pass thru other lanes ahead of me.😒

Good carwash joined club wash my car 10 to 12 times a month for $29.99. if you pay each time comes out to $200 to $240 a month.

Certainly one of the best car wash locations in Conyers, GA.... But... Still not perfect. Plenty of grime left on my car after a run through their premium wash.

Great carwash, vacuums have powerful suction

Machines leave a black mark on my car that I have to buff out. Tire dressing goes on messy and if youre lucky you may get all 4 tires with dressing like you paid for. Not worth the hassel IMO

Its nice, It would be nice if they had a program for people with more than 1 vehicle so you dont have to pay that rate at regular price multiple times.

The hood if my car was still dirty. The attendant only brushed the rear of every other car. Needless to say mine was one that did not get brushed. Still dirty on the rear end too.

Something is always broken. You dont always get a clean car.

Best car was in town and I’ve tried many others. Vacuum excellent. Wash was interesting even for me and my kids. Staff is friendly and kind along with know what they are doing and on point. Nice clean place. Friendly staff. The car wash equipment does a good job of cleaning your vehicle. The vacuums work well and thats important because not all car wash locations have vacuums with good suction. I would highly recommend Mister Car Wash.

I like the experience but I wish I could get all my cars washed instead of 1. I own 3 cars and it doesn’t really make sense not to be able to use this for my other vehicles. Maybe if you all offered a package for multiple cars then that would be great

For a $20 wash I expected a little bit more scrubbing on the front of the car like the other car washes. They just pre sprayed my windows.

I have been coming to the location for several years! When they switched to the Mister Brand the service has steadily decreased! Increased water spots sometimes you have to go back because the they completely miss the tires!

Drive through car wash worked really well. Two problems I didnt expect, the left side screw holding my tag was pulled off somehow during the wash, left my tag hanging diagonal, noticed while i was vacuuming, they had no spare screw in or around the place so I taped it up to get home, attendant was polite and helpful, said they would get in contact with me about the rounded circular scratches from the wash on my hood and the tag.. 🤔 liked the wash but on the fence about returning at the moment.

They want you to buy a more expensive wash and pay for a monthly subscription but the guy operating the wash itself dosnt seem to want to get his lazy but i on vet there and spray and scrub the bumpers and wheels and back of the car like other car washes. If I pay extra I want extra. Let’s be honest heee the car wash alone doses not do much so the extra help makes a big difference. Go somewhere else that cares about the customer.

Mister, I just wish and wpuld appreciate it if yall could just find a way to get my wheels. I am a senior citizen. We like.our cars looking good and wheels, especially cleaned too! Thats what makes the whole car look great. It matters.

Colorful drive through car wash, but the vacuum is about useless.Ive been going to this Mister Car Wash for over a year now and the staff has always been nice to me. Ive even asked for the attendants to scrub my license plate area so I can see through my back up camera lens. They are always pleasant when I ask. But I cannot understand how every single vacuum can be that terrible. I wish they would have them serviced.

This is a great car wash place! My car was filthy. Seriously. It was so filthy the roof was still mostly covered with a dirt type substance even AFTER it went through the car wash, and the attendant had pre-scrubbed the roof before it went through. The free vacuums are great. They let me take the car through again at no charge because it did not come clean the first time! That was so nice of them to let me do that!

Clerk advised they are working on a discount multi-vehicle plan.

The manager was extremely nice ! Its always quick even if its a line. The price ranges on what you want. Thats always where I go first to get my car washed.

Im disappointed that I went to a car wash to get my car cleaned and now I have to go home and clean my car. The car wash also bent my customized license plate frame. So overall I wont be going there again and now I have to order a new frame. Money wasted.

It was extremely easy to set up a monthly account and the price is incredibly affordable. I purchased the $29 package which includes unlimited car wash, and access to the vacuum. I have never had to wait to wash my car or use the vacuum and anytime I had to ask for help the staff was there with a smile.

We have the membership and go almost daily. 70% of the time something in the car wash is not working properly. I understand that all mechanical things eventually will break, but this is a constant. I called the corporate office and was promised a call back within 48 hours 4 days ago. The customer service is dismal at this location. If not for the convenience we would not come here at all. We also go to the one in Stone Mountain and they are great. The wash itself does a much better job and the customer service is wonderful. The people working there act like they want to be there and are happy to help always. Conyers in my opinion needs to get different management and workers that don’t act like it is a wast of time and a prison sentence to be there. Very unhappy with Conyers location.

My vehicle was damaged at this location. I felt it would be handled with no problem. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. I received an email saying my car came in like that..really?? But your staff didnt see it when they washed tge window??

Quick and convenient.

Never an issue, unless its down for maintenance breaks. But the wash is consistent and saves me lots of time. Employees are very helpful and never bother you. Thats huge for me as other car wash employees try to help for tips.

Way to leave a place almost crying. I bought myCar this year and it is my baby. Left with scratch up. I’m really upset. I’m sure nothing will be done but I canceled my membership and I suggest you do too. Especially if you have a black car. White scratches all over it and a chip out of the paint 😭

The quality of the car wash is OK. It never seems to get my car completely clean. Its a good option when I dont have time to do my car at home myself.

Worst customer service!!!! I will try to make this short as possible. On March 20, 2020 they broke the antenna off my car. The general manager acted like he could care less and it was no big deal. He filed a report and made me go get an estimate to get it fixed. They denied the estimate I brought back and made me go get more. After that the general manager refused to return my calls I finally got with the regional manager he told me to get it fix through my insurance and that it would not affect my rates. I knew that was a lie. I called corporate and threatened a lawsuit. Finally the regional manager agreed to get it fixed but buy that time things were shut down due to COVID-19 but be patient and they would get it fixed as soon as things started opening back up. I gave them well over a week after things started opening. They did nothing. Called general manager and emailed regional manager multiple times and no one would return my calls or emails. I ended up calling corporate and told them I was going to contact my lawyer if no one would return my call the next day. Called them back the next day later in the afternoon because I had not heard anything. They said they sent the repair order in and I need to call the shop I first went to. I finally got my antenna fixed on June 5, 2020. Never take your car there if you care about it.

Overall, the car wash does a good job; however, the air hoses constantly are down and not working. In addition, the left side vehicle brush was too strong. It had apparently been adjusted and was striking my vehicle rather hard. Also, the last set of rotating strips rarely comes down - it should. I would really like for it to do more drying and removing water from my vehicle. I drive an SUV and the entire rear always has water on it.

I went right after work (7:30) and it was great. No wait and plenty of room so I didnt feel crowded (only 2 other people were there). Its clean and no dirty water smell (I went to one closer to my job and I could smell that dirty water smell as I went through (that was before the pandemic).

Pretty good experience. Better than some car washers I have been to. I will return.

Washed my car nicely!

The only reason I go to this place is because its quick when in a hurry. The people that work at this place seem to be very unhappy, or depressed. The guys that brush your car before you go into the wash dont really brush your car off, they just go through the motions. Almost like a robot that need a reboot, or a person that need water. The car wash does not do a good job with washing your car, I do know it will scratch your paint and leave your car half washed. When it first opened it did a really good job but now its a place that is breaking down with sad people you cant look at in the face because they will make you sad to. I have tried to tip but that even went bad. I will probably continue to go because I feel I could help someone smile and enjoy the fact they have a job and life is good.
