Worse car wash ever! Took my money and did absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor if you value your money and go somewhere with good service. I’m livid..

Make sure you take everything out your car. Due too it will not be there at all. Coins and personal stuff.

The place was supposed to open at 9 and has yet to open. There were a few of us who were here before 9 and it is now almost 9:15 and there is no one in sight and the lights are out.

I called to see their hours of operations and I was told that they close at 4pm. I went at 2pm and they were closed. I have tried twice to get my car washed here,but they do not adhere to their hours of operations. So I go elsewhere

Paid for highest package. The outside and wheel looked great but inside dash was dirty and did not do a good job whipping down inside.

There are at least 12 cars and the place has not opened. No one has come out to say anything. This is poor customer service and management.

Excellent service and very professional. They did an amazing job on my vehicle that was in poor cosmetic condition. I got the full detail package, and my vehicle came out looking brand new!

I have visited this location twice, in the past 6 months, and both experiences was subpar. I shouldnt have to ask for a better job to be done, and recieve a bad attitude because of it. The nerve of attendee guy to follow me inside to make sure I paid for my car wash. I still tip for the work done, but I rather go up the street to Mr. Clean instead of dealing with this unprofessionalism

Man this place is amazing! Perfect service Everytime. This is the only place I get my car washed. They wont leave your car with those painful swirl towel marks that eventually ruin the paint on your car. .and please tip they work hard in this heat

Management is very friendly. The cashier Sammy is always very polite and friendly. They always do an great job on my vehicle. Thats why I keep coming back.

Amazing service and great value for the quality of work. I had an extremely dirty SUV with lots of dog hair and they were able to get it all out, which is no easy task. I highly recommend them.

Ive frequented this car wash for years but my latest visit will be my last. I went in for a regular wash and discovered the next day that all of the coins I keep in my driver seat console were gone. I didnt service my vehicle anywhere else and didnt spend all of the change. The person barely got away with $2 in nickels, dimes and pennies, but that was completely unnecessary. I spoke with an assistant manager and he seemed to want to resolve the issue but I will no longer go to this car wash. Its unfortunate too because there was a single dime behind the drivers seat the day after I got the car washed. So whoever stole was sloppy too, dropping change all over the car. Pathetic, cant even steal well. Anyway hope thats not happening to other customers without them noticing. Moving forward, Ill wash my own car.

This car wash gets the job done, its a short drive from my home. Make sure you put your antenna down on your vehicle before going thru the auto wash!

I left two items in my car. My work shoes and Eucerin lotion both items were missing from my car. I did not realize the item were missing until after I left. Of course they denied finding the items. I normally took items out and put them in the trunk. However, they were behind the seat and I forgot to check. I will NEVER RETURN. The least they could have place the items up for a customer to pick up once they discover items are missing. Better yet should have place those items on my back seat. They have lost a good customer. Employee need to have some INTEGRITY.

Only thing I can honestly say. If you want the job done currently, do it yourself. Be mindful before spending your cash...

My car was so dirty from months of neglect that they did an excellent job of cleaning it. My car looked new inside and out. Would definitely go back. For all the work they did the price was very reasonable.

Brought our old reliable car in for the works detail package, or whatever they call it. Trying to improve it for my son to drive it: the work was great, and the customer service was excellent.

I have used this place for many years but they have recently gone downhill BIG TIME. My last several visits were VERY disappointing. For some reason they just cant figure out how to wipe a door jamb or clean a wheel. Recommend going somewhere else if you want your car clean.

If there was a zero option I would choose that. They half vacuumed my car and had a nasty attitude when I asked to get it fixed. Stay away.

$8 For basic wash and they dont even vacuum the car when I found out that up the street at mister car wash 2281 GA-20, Conyers, GA 30013, you can get basic wash with vacuum For $5 and its faster because you do it yourself. Am not a satisfied customer and will not return.

$22 to vacuum my rugs. $25 for rug shampoo? Hell no. Overpriced and half cleaned. So angry I didn’t even bother going back. I was the only customer in the hour and I tried to give them benefit of the doubt. Now I’m mad I did.

Car wash, details and has Emissions. Full service car wash, Not an Express wash. Cars are clean, if you have any issues speak with management and they will take care you you.

They were up front that they did not have enough staff and said it would be a long wait. They had very little business in front of me. I agreed. They charged extra for an SUV which is normal. However, they did not wipe down the interior at all and they did not vacuum the SUV back which is what I believe is the reason for the extra SUV charge. I went back later when I noticed the problem and they were closed at 4pm. LOL

RIP off. Paid extra for a hand wash instead of the conveyor belt brush clean and it was terrible. Looked like my 7 year old washed it. So much was missed all over. Inside and out. Will never go back.

Dont leave anything valuable in your car... An employee stole change from the armrest console. I notified the manager and they made no attempt to address the issue.

I got very very bad service I had my car was half clean tile half wash and they really didnt do a really good job for me but the employees that was friendly and they did go back and reclaim things that they did clean even though the wonderful is not clean at all I dont care if they had a $5 sale on a car wash there I wouldnt go back
