My usual Shelter agent, Philip, was out of town, so he referred me to the owner of this branch, Ryan, for life insurance for myself and my family. From the front desk to the office, everyone was so personable, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I used this particular agent for homeowners insurance due to a friend working there. Have yet to talk to the agent and when I did call to inquire on an issue I had ..i was not able to get into contact with him...fortunately I did get ahold of the corporate number ro take care of my issue and later was contacted by another agent in this office. So customer service by this particular agent is not anything I would recommend. Looking to switch as soon as possible to someone closer to home and with better customer service.

Mixed feelings about this business. No one can explain why my insurance went up 330 per 6 months of contract. Used to pay 1300 now almost 2000. No tickets nothing. SUV is 4 years old with only 30000 miles. They cant tell me anything but just give me the money. Shopping for another carrier come winter.
