I hired this company to install an complete new ac unit. They did an incomplete job by not replacing the drain pan under the evaporator coil. this eventually led to house damage. They ignored my request for repair. I had to hire another company to address the issues. Turned out there were several issues with the installation. This is a man that does not stand behind his work. Do not hire this company!!

Wes not only diagnosed the problem, but fixed the issue after the new part was overnighted from Ft. Smith. He is an amazing technician, but even more so a better person. Middleton has always sent very capable techs, but Wes was simply the best. Cant say enough good things about him and the quality work he performed, thx.

We had hired another company during the snow storm and thats when we were told that the air conditioner was also broken and we would need to have it repaired in the spring. Waited over a month trying to get them to come out and finally called Middleton. Middleton was able to come out the same week came out on a holiday weekend and then back on the Monday to get it fixed correctly and for less money than the original company was trying to charge us. Definitely would use Middleton again great job

They are truly an A+ company that will correct all problems you are having. They also corrected all the issues I had from using Arkansas Service One that I hired three years ago.

My AC unit stopped working because of an electrical problem. Called late afternoon and they were out the next day. Corrected problem very quickly (blown fuse in attic unit). Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous.

They came to my house to check out a problem with my new AC unit that was just installed last year and a motor had blown on the unit and they weren’t able to fix it and had to order a new one but they set up a portable AC unit until the new motor comes in and it works really good!!! Terrible customer service. Last technician recommended installing computer board on outside unit and it might work correctly if thats the problem thats the whole point of an diagnostic to find the problem. Customer service did not explain veterans discount. would not be using them again.

I have used Middleton for the summer and winter maintenance checkups. Its a good value for what they do. I have had them also diagnose problems, and occasionally fix the problems when I dont have time. So far, all the service men seem to be knowledgeable about what they are doing. Most of the time they seem to charge fairly. I will keep using them until they jam me up on price or damage something without offering to fix it. I have used them for 5 years or so, which is longer than other contractors I’ve used.

If i could put no stars i would wanted to charge my mother over $12,000 to upgrade her unit called a different company they just put some stop leak in it that has been working fine.. Middleton didnt even put their gauges on it just tried to beat a senior citizen out of a little over $12,000 wont ever call Middleton for anything
