We maintain a yearly Plumbing and Air Conditioning Service Agreement with Four Star for our Condo Unit and it is great knowing that we have a service company that we can count on to inspect and service our Unit’s equipment. Their Technicians are thorough, knowledgeable, and always explain in detail any issues or recommendations. Their service is impeccable. The office staff was courteous and professional. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Mike and Anthony arrived on time to provide an estimate. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. While reviewing the proposed work, Mike gave me guidance on how to best prepare for the work to be done. Once we agreed with the price Mike contacted his office to confirm the times for the disconnect and installation dispatches. Very good first impression.

I used this group to replace the air lines under my house. They have been called back twice because of sweating issues which have rotted my floors. They refuse to fix their shoddy work. Do not use this group.I paid another service to fix their problems, and using the same trunk line would not work, had to replace it all again. But guess what? Not water at all.There is a big difference in professionalism and this shady company.Considering lawsuit..

I came across an issue when changing out my shower faucet and handle, everything was badly corroded and I couldnt change it...it was awful! We needed it done immediately because we had guest coming in town. We called around and no one was available. Finally Four Star answered and had Mike come out the next morning. Nick and another guy arrived on time. We needed two bathroom sink drain pipes re-routed to line up with already installed new sinks. Literally less than 20 inches of pipe each with connectors and an arm going to the p-trap to connect to the new outlet on the new sink. We knew it was $75.00 to come out and look at to give us a price on the repair. After looking at both drains, the price quoted to us was $540.00. Nick agreed it was about an hours worth of work for both sink drains, making the labor charge over $400.00 for that hour. We said thank you for your time, that price is outrageous and paid the $75.00 service call charge. We will Not be recommending them to anyone for anything for those kind of labor charges.

The repair man Mike was very knowledgeable and my options for replacing my water heater. He went over the different types and the pros and cons of each. Mike answered all our questions and was able to replace and remove the old heater with a new the same day!! I am very satisfied with his work and he was very nice, which made our experience even more pleasant!!! We will be using Four Star all our plumbing needs!! Thanks again for a good experience!!

The repairman arrived early, he knew correctly identified the issue of each toilet, thoroughly repaired each toilet with patience. He showed me each problem spot as he repaired them. My toilets work a lot better now. I highly recommend this service.

The gentleman who came to the house was very cordial (also he was from the same area as we were originally from, Buffalo, NY).He told us it looked like we has a serious problem and told us what it might be and gave us an option for him to fix it or replace with a new unit.We chose to have a new one but said it couldnt be installed for 4 days. So he gave us a quote and said they would be back to install it.Well thankfully whatever he did while tinkering with it, that night we had hot water and have since.

I have used Four Star Plumbing for years now. Their work is always excellent. This time I had the water line for an icemaker rerouted, had an instant hot water system installed, and had the water supply faucets for my washing machine replaced as well as two shower faucets. When I call I know that I am in good hands and completely trust that the work performed will be done properly and in a timely fashion. I am never disappointed.

Highly overcharged! Rep scorched the wall behind the toilet, installed the master bath sink stopper handle backwards, forgot to replace water supply cover outside.About 1 hour of work and charged $345 including $50 coupon. We will NEVER use Four Star again due to exorbitant charge and lack of reps clean up!!!

Four Star gets 5 stars. Old water heater replaced by Ralph, the technician, who was clear on what needed to be done and performed the replacement in the time estimated with no surprises or extra cost.

Called to have my pool leak repaired . They said it would be 75 to come out then they would tell me the additional cost to fix it. Waited two hours for them to show up only for them to call me to reschedule due to an emergency. So when they finally came out they said no it would be 75 plus 450 for four hours to find the leak THEN they would give me the price to fix it . Most of the time they spent standing by the truck and vaping .So I pay them the 525 then they tell me they cannot fix it that I have to call someone else . I ask them who I should call and they say “ no idea” . 525 bucks down the drain .

Two techs came to provide service agreement contracted inspections of HVAC system and plumbing. Determined need for additional coolant; identified problem with water heater - both elements functioning below standard; and rusting blades in the disposal. With my approval, coolant was added the same day. Water heater was under warranty and parts were ordered. Less than a week later, the plumbing tech returned and repaired the water heater and installed a new disposal.I was completely satisfied with: the customer service; the professionalism of the techs; the fast service; and the sense that I, the customer, mattered.

I placed a call today to Four Star Plumbing to have my mothers toilet looked at. Brianna took to scheduling an appointment right away for Monday. After explaining my mother only has one bathroom… Brianna quickly scheduled a technician to come out today from 3-5pm. Much to my surprise I got a call around 1:15 from Ralph who stated he was 20 minutes away! Ralph showed up on time… Quickly assessed the problem… Gave me an on the spot estimate… And then performed all the work within a 30 minute time frame. His demeanor was both pleasant and reassuring from the onset of the appointment to the finish. I’ve had lots of other experiences with plumbing companies that send out 2 people to change a toilet and bill you for two times the labor. It’s refreshing to have a company honor their commitment to reasonable pricing and upfront cost analysis. We’re getting ready to change out some of the fixtures in our home and Four Star Plumbing is the company we will call.

Gene from Four Star Plumbing explained the advantages of a natural gas Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heater. He calculated our hot water usage and recommended the model that was large enough to ensure our satisfaction. He also advised us on the Four Star annual service plan. Gene will be back in one week to install the new heater. No sales pressure. No information guessing. If he didn’t know ananswer to a question, he found out on the spot. Nice to deal with upfront people like Gene and Four Star.
