I worked with Robert from Keith’s Towing. He was very helpful and put my truck on a clean glossy red flat-bed tow truck. He brought it to a shop that was closed on Saturdays but talked to the owner to get the code so it would be inside the gate for the weekend. I really appreciate his help and the experience made having to get my truck fixed a little easier. This all happened after a highway accident with my truck, Robert from Keith’s towing picked it up and took it to Kustom Werks (another great shop who is fixing my truck now)

Person on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me twice because he was too bothered to tell me where my car was and how much the price was.Unless there’s an apocalyptic event going on and this is the only tow service available, go for it. Otherwise, stay away. Can’t believe they even have a business.

I had my car impounded. the tow fee ticket says 175$ plus 20$ tow fee one day later I ask them how much it was to go get it and they said 336$ there is absolutely no way the price went up 100$ in a day. The guy on the phone is absolutely rude.

Jesus christ what is wrong with you. You are the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I dont understand how you run your business like this. I hope you never come across a person like yourself if you are in a bad situation.

They towed our car after an accident. They were not my choice. Their staff is rude and condescending. They held the car hostage as long as possible to keep collecting daily impoundment fees from the insurance company until the Insurance Company had to contact the police in order to get the car surrendered to the third party tow truck for the collision center. We also learned that there were several credit cards that flew out of a passengers purse that were missing from the wrecked vehicle. Charges were filed for fraudulent use, and the suspect was arrested, a suspect who works for this tow company.

Oh, just no. Use anybody else

Ur drivers like to be massive inconvenience waiting at atms that they are NOT using like the vultures you make tow drivers seem to be when I asked him to move he refused in the rudest way. For sure never to use this company with this being how y’all operate.
