Its not All About The Tow! Its all about running over anybody who gets in your way to get to where youre going. This is the SECOND time youve bullied me on Fish Creek Thoroughfare while Ive been driving WITH MY CHILD IN THE CAR!!!! I saw the wreck. Im glad you didnt arrive there on time to get the job! You cant go 70 on a 45 just to get to an accident!!! Youre going to kill somebody. Ive reported you TWICE to the police on each scene. If youve done this to me twice, you probably do it everyday. You are horrible!!!

I really do wish negative-star ratings were possible. If you are one of the many people unfortunate enough to have to deal with these people, I am sorry. Bad people doing shady business. They own a lot at 1104 S. Frazier in Conroe, and several others. I was arrested for a traffic warrant, and given no contact number for this tow company. Just a company name, and an address. The listed number for the company rarely answers. At that address (1104) there is a sign with false information, promising 24/7 release with 1 hr notice. including a different phone number that never answers. Montgomery Co. Precinct 1 was no help, telling me to go to the companys office. With WHAT? My VEHICLE? All of this runaround did exactly what it was intended to do. Daily charges racked up for a MONTH before I finally got someone to talk to me. I arranged a time to meet them and sign the car title over to them, and just get my belongings out. I waited for TWO HOURS in the heat for these people. They promised they were on their way several times and finally just turned the phone off.

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars but the website won’t allow me to. ALL THIS COMPANY DOES, IS RIP PEOPLE OFF. My mother’s car broke down on the side of the rode and a man from this company saw that we were broken down and asked if we needed help. My mother told him that we had rode side assistance on the way (it is covered by our car insurance) and he said “okay no problem” and took off. Ten minutes later, a cop shows up saying that he had been receiving “phone calls” of complaints and that we needed to move our vehicle out of the lane (which is understandable) but my mother explained that rode side assistance was 20 minutes away and the cop said “your car can’t be left here for 20 minutes, I can have someone here in 40 seconds” right when he said that, the SAME wrecker drive pulls up and starts clamping the car onto his tow truck, leaving us with no choice but for him to tow our car out of the turning lane. He drives us to the Walgreens parking lot which is NOT EVEN A MILE from where we were broken down at. He then tells my mother “okay that’ll be $200” my mother said “you didn’t tell me that it would cost $200 just to move my car from where we were at” he says “I’m sorry ma’am but buy law, I have to charge you $200” it was ridiculous but we figured why not have him take it to a relative’s house close by since he’s going to charge us so damn much anyways. We get to my relatives house and he says “okay, I could give you a deal and charge you $110 and it would have to be cash because I don’t have a credit card scanner” -_- my mom goes to the nearest bank to get the cash and the bank only gives you $20, $40, $60. So my mom had $120. The tow truck driver says “Im sorry, I don’t have cash on me” which leaves my mother with no choice but to give him the extra $10. This tow truck driver TOOK ADVANTAGE of the situation and tried to get money out of it. I get it, our car wasn’t in the safest place but we had rode side assistance on the way (20 minutes away) which was covered by our insurance. BUT we had to spend an extra $110 because of this tow truck driver. It doesn’t look good on the company’s part.Moral of the story: DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY ONLY RIP PEOPLE OFF.

Broke down on the side of the road and they were there within 15 minutes, great service.
