Do not use them! Based on other reviews and then my own experience stay away from this company. The rudeness of the dispatcher who set up the move should’ve been my first signal not to use them. So the day of my move, I’m in the parking lot at 8 am waiting and waiting. 830 rolls around and I call them and they explain that the 8am - to 10 am time frame was an approximate arrival window. I said ok my mistake no big deal. Now 11 am rolls around, STILL NOT HERE! Here I am living in my in laws house with my stuff in storage and my life basically depends on the second rate no name movers who can’t tell time to save their life. I ended up waiting until 1230 before just cancelling and deciding to rent a trailer and doing it myself. Why not ? I had already taken the day off work. So they made 50 bucks off of me because of the security deposit for not even showing up or lifting a finger to help. Pay more and go with a more reputable moving company like All my sons or two men and a truck. You’ll pay more but at least they show up. I can’t wait to read what excuses the owner comes up with on his reply to this review.

We moved our retired parents. We were hit bad by the storm in Houston. We had to immediately move our whole home and relocate to a relatives home. We called the movers and booked. Was a smooth transactions. We choose them because they had a great price and were recommended by our friends. This was a good experience in a bad time. Thank you all for your help. Great movers, however overly priced! It cost $717 to move 1 bedroom worth of things. They are not located in Conroe as listed. They are from Houston & even though it only took 3 hours to move I was charged for 5 hours because of the drive to and from Conroe.

My boyfriend hired this “moving company” 2 weeks in advance and they gave him a time frame of 1-3pm arrival time. An hour before the scheduled time they call him to tell him that they were moving the arrival time back to 3-4pm. They never showed up. Well after 4pm they call to say they were running behind but due to other plans he had he requested to reschedule to the following day. He was told the movers would arrive between 8-10am the next morning and that he would be the “highest priority.” The following day no movers had arrived by 9am so he called to check in and he was told that “the movers should be on their way and I will check in with them and call you back” no call back was ever received and by 10am he placed multiple calls which were never answered. When he finally reached someone (the reservation manger) he was basically told there’s nothing that they can do for him and had nothing but excuses about why the move had not happened. They had no care or concern that he took off of work to move on Friday and moved back plans for Saturday when it was rescheduled. He was told that employees just didn’t show up for work and that he’s basically SOL. These were excuses made on day two of them no showing. They offered no discount and then told him that he can reschedule to another day. He decided to go with another company. Don’t waste your time or money with this company, you’ll be disappointed.

Larry and Bradley with Pack It Movers Conroe are very professional and very knowledgeable on how to handle furniture. We were moving very delicate pieces; a large glass cabinet and an antique piano. They wrapped the pieces with heavy plastic wrap to protect them and handle them with extreme care. I am very happy with this company and extremely happy how Larry and Bradley handled my furniture.

Great company! They were very open about everything and worked very fast, while still caring for my things. They listed to what I wanted them to do and made it to my new house before I did.

Dont use this company! On the day of the move, they rescheduled to the next day. They also charge an additional 8.25% above the quoted price which they dont tell you upfront. and charge you another hour for driving back to their location if youre more than 30 minutes away. They try their best to get a $50 deposit before they answer any questions. Not honest and and are unreliable. By the way, that $50 deposit is nonrefundable, which is why they can reschedule you without concerns (i.e. youre out of $50 if you cancel). The information about the driveback charge is in the emailed confirmation; however, you dont find that out until after youve paid the NONREFUNDABLE $50 Deposit, as the confirmation is emailed to you after you pay the deposit. In addition, even though their address on their website shows a Conroe address, Anthony said the drive back location is in another Zip Code, father away. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience of being rescheduled. Anthony said they would eat the 8.25% processing fee. I asked what the processing fee was for, he said that was for credit card and debit card users. I told him I was paying cash via Zelle, he then changed his story and said the 8.25% is basically sales tax. When I told him there is no sales tax on services in Texas, he then said all customers are charged the 8.25% processing fee, even if they pay in cash. I went back to my email and reviewed the confirmation again. The confirmation said the processing fee is charged for use of a debit card or credit card. Bottomline, Anthony was lying to me to avoid giving compensation for rescheduling. The other thing I discovered while reviewing the confirmation is that they schedule you based on their convenience, not yours. Again, they can jerk you around because they have that NONREFUNDABLE $50 Deposit. As a retired district manager for 21 years, I understood that the idea of being in business is to have a Win/Win with customers. The customer wins your services while the business wins the customers business, referrals and good reviews. With this company, the customer always loses. You Cancel, YOU lose! They show up late, YOU lose. They reschedule you, YOU lose! They lie to you about the processing fee and provide no compensation for incovenience, YOU lose! They show on their website an address in Conroe but charge you an hour for driving back to some other location, YOU lose! You hire them for your move, YOU lose!

I want to be clear that I have NOT used this company, nor do I ever post ratings online. However, as I was online searching for a moving company to use in the near future, I began reading the reviews and very quickly decided NOT to use this company based on the following: the responses by “owner” to the negative reviews not only did nothing but detail a list of “excuses” in an attempt to justify their service (or lack of), but never once offered an apology for the customer’s poor experience or took responsibility for a single negative thing and even publicly listed a customer’s personal email address. How unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Ultimately this was proof enough that, in the event something went wrong or was unsatisfactory (as mistakes do happen!), this company is not at all concerned with taking accountability for anything and clearly customer satisfaction is not at the top of their priority list. I would’ve simply overlooked it if it were 1 poor review, but there were several poor reviews that all had similar complaints, as well as the company’s response being of similar content...simply argumentative...completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

Larry and his crew was very professional and finished everything with no problems. I was very skeptical about moving companies although I’ve never hired one before, but this time around I need to move some big furniture. Larry’s Crew was very impressive and very professional.

02/10/18 We hired this company, I am so disappointed, $560 later I still have at least half of a truck load sitting at my apartment that wasnt moved or even touched. So I paid to have movers and not all my stuff is moved. The whole point in hiring movers is so you dont have to move the items yourself. NOONE came out ahead of time to look to see what size of truck we needed or the amount of men that it would take. When the movers arrived to the new house the bed of the truck was wet so most of my boxes were soaked, some of the boxes had busted BUT the movers did try and restore the boxes. THEN when the men left our home they pulled out of our driveway and tore up the neighbors yard. I am at a loss for words right now.You havent tried to resolve anything, no phone call, no email. Nothing. The only thing that was offered to my husband last week was a hourly rate of $70.00 REALLY, why would I pay you another dime to come move my belongings that you NEVER finished in the 1st place. Does that make sense at all?

Arrived hours later than agreed upon. Charged $100 more than agreed upon. Said it was to cover travel time. This was not explained properly when the deal was made. Travel was from a different move a long way away, so dealing with a local branch of this company, gave false impression of only local drive times. Manager was rude & argumentative when confronted.

This is a cool company to use b/c they have better pricing than their competitors.

Used them for a family member and they got the job done even tho they had to go through two different parties

The movers were amazing! If you can request Larry and his team, they are fast, professional, and just good people. Who ever is answering the phone needs to be more clear but the movers were some of the best.

The three young man was very professional and the owners is a rip off they got hidden charges theyre lying to the customers wants to get you theyre not honest theyre not truthful I dont recommend nobody use them they are not what they seem to be I am reporting them to the BBB the Better Business Bureau I will not use their service ever again and dont recommend anybody to do it if you dont want to get beat or cheated out your money dont use these companies the three young men they had were excellent young men the movers are fine its the owners thats not and hidden fees and then slapping them in your face when the job is all over there beating people out of money !!

This Movers Conroe Company is Great. Bradley was fast, accurate and very nice. I requested service on a very short notice in high season and within a couple of days they offered their excellent service to me. I even asked them to deliver my stuff at a specific time, and they did it. Absolutely recommended.

Rip off...

After my original movers canceled 20 minutes after they were supposed to be at my house I was in a frenzy to find a company available on a Sunday. After some quick research I found Pack It Movers and they were able to send a team out in a couple of hours. Davien and Jeff worked tirelessly in the heat on a summer afternoon. They were very attentive and careful with my furniture. 10/10 would recommend, after a day of cancellations and unforeseen circumstances they made the move bearable.

Very unprofessional company. Had a move scheduled a month before the move date called a few days before to make sure and my name wasnt in their system yet they took the deposit out of my bank. They then put me into the system and then the day of the move called me two hours late to tell me their truck was losing power. I cancelled the same day (Friday) and needed my deposit to be refunded. They insured me that my money would be refunded 4-5 business days. I STILL dont have my money back. Definitely not done with them.

Henry “the boss” never told me about the fee for the supplies or the fact I would have to pay the hour travel fee back. They didn’t even bring a large enough truck for all of my belongings so a few things are still left in the other house. They showed up an hour late. They didn’t hook up my fridge, washer and dryer properly. Or put my crib together correctly they left a screw on the floor that I luckily found. The movers also ripped my door and didn’t even say anything. Now that I’ve gotten things some what settled I have contacted them. Will see how this ends. I gave three stars because the movers were polite and did really work the entire time.

I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring them. Very unprofessional. Work ethic is lacking, as is their GPS and how they utilize their time. I was supposed to have them come back a second day and I told them not to bother.

Absolute worst experience of our lives. We have moved around this area 6 times in 11 years. Tried this company because they pack for you. Promised they would pack it in a day and move us the next day. They packed about 1/3 of the house - only worked from 11-4. Came back the next day to finish packing and move us. Promised it would be done by end of day. Didnt show till 11 again. It is now 9pm and they are on the way to the new house with about 1/2 of our stuff. Spoke to Joe, the owner who could care less. Blamed it on his crew. Demands payment before they unload the truck!! Where is my recourse? They didnt even finish the job! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Im not done with them

The movers were great, but the administrative staff was disorganized, unprofessional and had a total disconnect in communication with the actual movers doing the work which did nothing but cause me to have to relay the correct information to the movers only making there job harder.
