Todd and John were awesome! I had to get all my stuff moved within the next day and they were able to schedule me and accommodate help within short notice. They are very efficient and helpful. The move went by so easy and a lot less stressful! They handled everything with care. Both of them were sweet! Definitely recommend!

Im a single mom whos just moved and Todd and his team did an amazing job helping me get a couch from a fb marketplace seller in the area . They were very patient and even helped move things out of the way in the storage unit to get the couch . They were very accommodating and drove a good distance to help me out . Nothing was damaged in the transport And pricing was beyond reasonable! I seriously recommend them for any moving needs .very grateful for their help 😊😊😊

Our moving experience was great overall. They treated our furniture as if it was their own. Everything was moved from my storage unit to my new house with no issues. They even helped me get the heavy furniture items our of my POD that was already in my driveway. I recommend them and would use again.

Let me tell you an awful story! I called and got quotes from multiple moving companies to simply load the moving truck while we were moving out of town. Todd was responsive, gave me the best priced quote (you get what you pay for) and communicated well up until the day before we were supposed to move. I had him scheduled to load the truck on a Wednesday morning at 8:00, I texted him Tuesday night to confirm... nothing. Then called him Wednesday morning at 7:30 and he said he was running a little behind, hed be there by 9:00--- late, but I was paying him a 3 hour minimum, so I thought Id wait and not load anything myself... then at 9:30 I called him and he said since he was coming from downtown Houston itd be another 45 minutes. Finally at about 11:30 my dad and I started loading the truck ourselves, he went silent, no calls, no texts, nothing. Finally at noon I told him not to show up... we were supposed to be on the road by noon... but with a no show from the truck loaders and having to load ourselves, it wasnt until 4:00 until we finally left the house... if he wouldve said Im not showing up at 8:00... we couldve started loading up ourselves and left town on time... but the flakiness and unprofessional leading us on that hed be there in 45 minutes multiple times put us behind, and made us load our own truck. VERY unprofessional--- DO NOT CALL TODD!!!

Our moving experience was excellent overall. Todd is an independent small businessman and when you deal with Moving Forward, you are dealing with the owner, not with some large franchise chain mover. Todd is extra careful not to touch walls or stress furniture. We have several large furniture pieces and lots of heavy glass pieces. All were moved with not one problem. Can’t say enough good about our experience. Highly rated and would use again if needed.

A solid 5 STARS for Moving Forward Movers. They are friendly and communicate well in the period leading up to the move. They are hard workers which helps to keep the hours down. Todd’s time estimate for the move was precise and accurate. They were very careful not to damage anything while navigating a garage and elevator. A solid 5 stars for Moving Forward Movers. Highly recommended.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They are very unprofessional. First, they were late. Yes, they did give me about a half hour warning they would be. Second, only one guy showed up to begin with. How do you bill for two guys for two hours when only one shows up? The guys who moved my stuff did an OK job. Next, I could not pay with a credit card. Then, I could not get a receipt for days. I texted or called the owner, I guess is who that was, and he kept telling me hed get me one and never did or didnt respond when I reached out over and over. I needed the receipt for reimbursement. Finally I got a picture of one sent to me on my phone and it was hand-written like a six-year-old wrote it out. I am not sure if this will fly with my employer who is paying for the service. If not, I will have to eat the cost of this move. I asked if the receipt was a joke and later in the day said Id get another one. I still havent received one and dont expect to.

I had a great moving experience working with movers LT and John; they were fast, professional, and respectful of my wishes for the movement and packing of my things. They brought the necessary moving blankets and seran wrap to prevent any damage to my belongings, and fragile items were handled with care and remained intact post-move. The owner, Todd, also called me to make sure that I was satisfied about my services and I appreciated the level of care shown by him doing that! Would strongly recommend them to anyone! :)

I can not say enough amazing things about this company. For starters my original moving company did not show. I was beyond stressed when I called Todd and when he told me he would help me and move me the same day I was beyond grateful! They worked their butts off and got all of my items moved and even went out of their way to my friends house to get my couch so that I would have one. Not to mention their prices are unbeatable. I can not thank you enough for helping me and being there for my move! I would give you 100 stars if I could.

The guys with Moving Forward Movers were excellent communicators (via phone and text), on time, careful, and courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. They delivered patio furniture and moved some furniture around inside our house.

I spoke to the owner and scheduled a move. After he agreed to do it. No communication. I had a bad feeling he wasnt going to show. The morning of the move I text him he text he would be there around 1pm. About 9 I get a call from another mover saying he passed my job to him. No call no cancel no Im sorry nothing from this guy. It worked out but I ended up paying more for the move because he had a different rate. ANT movers is AMAZING. This guy here is not business related and will stand you up the day of your move ..

The owner is awesome! He moved my items all the way from North Houston to Conroe and helped me assemble some of my furniture at no additional cost. Definitely worth supporting this business.

Todd and his great helper came to move an antique piano for me! I called expecting that I would get a response during the next week. Instead, he returned my call almost immediately on a Sunday and worked me into his schedule for the same day. The price was great, every precaution to preserve the very heavy antique was taken, delivery was made promptly with a smile on their faces! I will use these guys anytime that I need some work done... soooooo very pleased! Why cant I give 10 stars?

I highly recommend using them at your own risk! I cant get any of the several achievements and collections that were stolen from my home while boxing up my home in transportation to my new home. There was no settlement for the things stolen which was a music collection from early 90s- today in cds, Class A(Army) uniform with ribbons I can not get back, military clothing (field jacket and wet weather top)acquired throughout my military career. Also tool bag full of tools, a drill bit set and a socket set. All I got was a sorry and and explanation or back story of bad employees whom he says will never get to work for him again. Please be careful and not fooled with the professionalism and pleasantries of Todd the owner and operator of this company. I very disappointed and displeased of the service of Moving Forward Movers.

I didn’t want to right this review. They were nice and worked hard but they did a lot of damage and on top of me having to get it fixed. They over charged. Will be handing company info over to apartment complex

Our move date was may the 6th we made reservations for moving 3 months in advance. When the day comes to move this company is a no call no show. I made sure a hour before our appointment that we were still on schedule Todd messaged me back telling me yes. His helper showed up told us that Todd should be there any minute now (an hour and a half later for the appointment). Once 2 hours came by of being late to our appointment the helper left saying he was leaving for picking up another helper. 30 minutes later no one showed up and I tried calling Todd and figure out what was going on no answer. I tried calling 3 more times and no answers. If I could give this company 0 stars I would because they could have called me and told me what was going on and reschedule the appointment but they didnt even bother to call me.

Just moved here from out of state. Called Todd when we arrived and he told me him and one of his employees can be here in a half an hour! They were on time and extremely professional and efficient. Pricing was very fair, they were a huge help and we are extremely grateful for their prompt services If your in need of moving services I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!!
