I needed a piano moved. Brandon, the person I spoke with said they could do it that day. I secured a time and called them right back. He then said they already had three deliveries and could not do it today but he could do it tomorrow. I once again secured a new time and called him back. He said for sure and absolutely he could do it the next day at 3:00pm. At 1:00pm the next day I get a call from a person named Steve that said Brandon gave him the job and he could not pick the piano up at 3:00pm. I asked him to please just give me a final, secured time. He said 5:00-6:00pm for sure. I once again secured that time with the person whom I was getting the piano from.I called both Brandon and Steve to check on the ETA as it was already 5:00pm. I left multiple voice messages and texts. No response from anyone.I had someone else call the same number asking for a piano to be moved. They called right back. I got on the phone and told them who I was and what was the ETA? It was already 5:30pm. He said he had to check and hung up on me. I tried calling him again and it went straight to voicemail.I would advice not to use this company due to them lying and not communicating. They wasted a day and a half with two parties rearranging their schedules multiple times. They are untrustworthy.

They moved my piano fast and carefully, I would definitely use them again.
