FedEx did not deliver package containing refrigerated food to front door but rather left it in front of our garage standing in the hot summer sun out of sight from any windows. We have complained to FedEx before and their response was that we could elect to pick up our packages at their offices. We have brought this complaint to the attention of Home Chef to see if they can help.

Said they delivered my package but I was waiting all day and it never came. I opened my a case and 2 days later still told me they couldn’t find my package that was worth over $800 and did nothing to correct the issue. They then told me they would check the truck cameras then a day later said that the truck didn’t have cameras. Not to mention my package was 5 feet long so it’s not something that would be easy to lose. Overall fedex has terrible customer service and shipping and this branch particularly are very unhelpful.

We were in and out of here with our shipment this morning. They had just opened shop too. On the ball with spot on professionalism. Id be happy to come here again if the need arises.

Package was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, was rescheduled to Wednesday because it wasnt picked up on time. I wasnt home when they attempted to deliver Wednesday because of a Drs appointment. Immediately called when I got the notification, as no one will be at the house to get the package in Thursday because we have to work. And was told oh well they wont be back today. I When I asked to speak with someone higher up I was told no. Theres constantly an issue with delivering to my address.

I got a call back from the manager the day after I came in about a missing package, he explained the wallgreens location didn’t scan it in like they should have and settled the claim with me. Wish he would have helped me the day of, but at least he came through. Thanks bud.

Very rude staff. It seems they dont want to help you in any way. No carts to unload heavy items, didnt even bother to look.

I had prescriptions sent through FedEx. I have had a driver claim for 2 days in a row that they have knocked on my door and I didnt answer. Ive been sitting in my livingroom for 2 days waiting to hear them knock and not even one of their trucks have been stopped in front of my house. I put a note on my door saying knock hard so Ill hear and give me time to get to the door because I have a broken leg. They need to reevaluate their drivers. You agreed even in inclement weather you agreed to do your job a little rain wont melt you

I have been fighting for a few weeks now with no one caring that my packages are NOT getting delivered . The fedex driver keeps claiming the packages are undrliverable even on days fedex delivers other packages . How can yall decide some packages are deliverable and others not? Why are they not trying to figure out how Ive lived here 20 years and all of a sudden some of my packages are undeliverable and others arent ? Calling thier so called customer care is a joke . No one does anything and they will lie to you .

I come to this FedEx location to ship bulk items or things that require special approval before they cab be shipped, for example, engine lubrication oil. The staff here are very polite and professional. I will recommend this location to everyone.

Best shipping place in the entire world

The worst, will not have anything shipped to me by them again. Out and out lied to me saying would be delivering by 6pm called again and told no that it is back at yard too bad. Customer Service agent at location told me put in request yet never did she lied her Name was Deser’e (sp)

Customer service is beyond poor, called and checked several times during the day the tracking number to confirm it was being delivered, I waited 2 1/2 hours past my business hours due to requiring my signature and quote unquote would be delivered end of business day, the first customer service rep I call (I called 15 minutes before their supposed end of day hours) only to be hung up on, the second customer service rep I called out right lied saying it would not be delivered because of weather, the weather was fine. I will not use FedEx for any of my business shipping needs again and would strongly recommend you thinking carefully before using FedEx unless you want to waste your time and be lied to.

Fast and good service

Went in because they canceled delivery to my house which was okay, I don’t live far from fedex so I dove up there because customer care said that it would be okay to go pick up, once I got to this place lady behind the counter could not find my package with tracking number in there system so she didn’t even think it was there check about three times and kept telling me no info with the tracking number, called customer care again and yes the package is there, but because it’s on a truck out side not in warehouse they are unable to get my package, why would you keep packages out side in a very cold truck I would think that any electronics or high valuable items would not be left in a truck. Will never use FEDEX again. I know big companies don’t care but people need to know how there packages are being kept.Very easy for a Thief To cut a fence and get whatever they want. And I even paid for express two day air never again. Wow UPS just delivered on the same day FEDEX could not trash company

This is NOT a review on the people that work in this center but a review for FedEx it’s self;This company is a disgusting money hungry, scum of the earth corporation!!! They have ABSOLUTELY no regard for their employees safety or well being. They expect them to come to work during EXTREMELY dangerous weather conditions to a building without heat and yes they have A/C but they’re are NOT allowed to turn it down below 75 degrees!!!!! This company does not care about their employees or customers as long as they get your money any way possible they’re happy. If you can avoid giving this AWFUL company your money then PLEASE do so.

If I could give FedEx the corporation less than 1 Star would. I have a camera on my house. Last night they said they drove by at 9 and nobody was home. All the lights were on in my house and my camera didnt pick up anybody driving by. Seems to me if they had technology similar to Uber where you could see exactly where their drivers are at if you are waiting for a pickup. Their customer service is horrible. I called them and they basically told me too bad....,. If youre looking for someone to ship your items or if you have a choice on who sends your item to you do not choose federal express. Im way less impressed with Federal Express now.

Ive had a package over night delivery with direct signature required from las Vegas Nevada and the delivery driver has lied and said he left the package on my front door step and then said that a Hispanic guy who doesnt speak English signed for it which is complete lies, I have a picture of what appears to be a zero on the signature line with a note as the name of the person who supposedly signed for it.I am however suing this company, I have a meeting with an attorney in the woodlands tomorrow at 4pm. So for all the bad reviewers on here they are about to learn a very valuable lesson.Also watch the news over the next two weeks lol, I have family who works at two different local news stations they are about to be very famous at the conroe location.

Chronic-incompetence. They do not follow directions on where to leave packages, if they even get them to my house. They leave them at the mailbox that is 1/2 a mile from my house by a busy road, they leave them halfway in a ditch rapidly filling with water, they go out of their way to not put them where I ask, I have been told to come get my package a few times when calling to see where my supposed overnight shipment is.. I have multiple open cases with Fedex with no desire to close them out or make right on their screw ups. I was told I can request a refund AFTER i recieve my overnight package. Which means I have to call back and get through the worst automated system on the planet and take more time out of day to get my $21 back, when she could just refund it there considering its past the time of promised delivery and they have stated it will be monday morning by noon before delivered. Starting to feel like the USPS. Urge your vendors to use UPS or any other carrier other than FEDEX or USPS obviously.

I paid for 2-day shipping & my package was suppose to be delivered by 8pm last night. The guy never shows up so I call customer service. This package has a very important part for my machine so o can continue to work. The lady had the nerve to tell me that he showed up at 7:44pm (which he didnt, I was home and outside on the phone with her come 8pm on the dot) and that because I didnt give special instructions on where I wanted him to leave the package he just left. The package DID NOT require a signature, and I receive a package from fedex or UPS once a week and they get left EVERYWHERE. I told her to make him turn around she tried to say he was already back at Conroe facility and home. Then her and her Customer Service supervisor, Jenny, decide to tell me the only way I can have my package this morning was by driving myself 40 minutes away to Conroe and pick it up. I will find a way to make sure that anyone I orde from uses UPS from now on. FedEx customer service is a joke

Ive had quite a few items shipped through FedEx and this shipping center with minimal problems. However today wasnt the best experience. Im having a (relatively valuable) package 2-dayd to my work that is literally NEXT DOOR to the shipping center, but I understand drivers have a route to follow so Im not worried about it being the middle of the day when it gets delivered. Where I work we close for lunch around 1pm, so of course its during that time that the driver decides to deliver my package. Obviously we are closed but for some reason they didnt think it would have been a good idea to leave a note, go to a neighbor, or re-attempt later like they usually do. He/She thought it would be a good idea to give it to one of my works clients, sitting in his truck outside waiting for us to open back up. Now these people arent exactly upstanding citizens, and had I not found the package in this mans truck while working on it I can almost guarantee it would have been stolen and never to be seen again. Thankfully I had insurance with the seller but it would have sucked regardless. Needless to say Ill be picking up my packages from the facility from now on, since the drivers dont really think too hard about where to drop off their packages.

Was expecting a package on Friday afternoon ended up picking it up on Saturday afternoon because they said my address was wrong and I get mail here all the time!!! Will not be using this fed ex again....

I dont like them at all. They came an dropped off a box at 11:30pm woke me my wife an my daughter up. Didnt know what was goin on. Then left. Woke up to find my daughters iPad sitting on the door step the next morning all wet from condensation................
