They do not have accurate customer service and do not update their website in a timely manner. My package has been sitter there for days now and not delivered or sent to where it needs to be so it can be delivered. My delivery date has now been pushed back 3 times due to this issue.

I ship equipment to and from all over the country. In 16 years Ive had one damaged piece. Great to work with!

Fast pick up service. Unfortunately, they tend to damage our freight quite often.

Twice in the last month the driver tells me he cant pick up my Freight. The First time was a Saturday he delivered but refused to pick up 1 package ready to go. Today had 4 pallets ready and he said im full and cant take it. why even come ? Fedex Freight in DFW never gave me and issue.

The facility offers on-site pickup for Freight customers.
