Matt Springer and his staff are a top notch team. They have assisted us in going through several large home owners claims and have made the process as easy and straightforward as possible. They have excellent follow through, always returning calls, and Matt is always willing to jump on the phone and talk directly with you when needed.I traditionally have never used an insurance agent figuring I could always get a better deal on my own, but I have been with Matt Springer and team for 3 years and will continue to give them my business for many to come.

Matt’s office is always warm and welcome. Since switching, Breah from his office has helped me save between $75-80 with even better coverage than my previous Insurer.I’ve met Matt and his crew on multiple occasions and they are most definitely a great group of people!

You know how good your insurance company and agent are via claims and documents. If you have an accident over night or over the weekend, expect a call from your agent as soon as the office opens asking how YOU are, how your claim has been handled and offering to assist in all things needed. Their first concern is YOU and they look out for YOU. If you ever call the office for anything, you are not a number, you are their #1 concern. My son dropped USAA for them and sadly had to file a claim, his experience was the same as mine. The insurance is great at a competitive price, you cant beat the agency. You will swear, they consider you their own family.

Phenomenal customer service. Devyn got me exactly what a needed in a timely, hassle free manner, and did it with a smile on her face. The building is a bit difficult to find, though. The address will take you to Cavender’s just north, but luckily they’re e a quarter mile farther south than where the gps takes you so it wasn’t too bad. They certainly retain their small company feel, with all the benefits that a large company like state farm has to offer. 11/10 would recommend.

Ive been a customer for 2+ years and I have cancelled everything with this office of last week. I found out he upped my rates to over $500/month without letting me know.. His office copied my signature from one document and copied it to another after I agreed to full coverage for my wifes car and she had an accident (not her fault) but I found out after we called that they didnt do paperwork right and had me down as liability. When I called about the matter instead of getting an apology, Matts wife went straight defensive and wouldnt actually help me with the problem. She told me she had a signed paper stating that this what we signed up for. Hence the forged doc.. That I never signed..
