Customer service was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. A man who has worked there for 30 years (I overheard him say) helped me/checked me in and was so kind even through a mask. Shelley Baker was so honest, respectful and made me feel cared for as she helped me do my taxes. It went by fairly quick also! She made sure everything was clean and sanitized and even sanitized my drivers license after holding it before giving it back. Sadly I dont believe shell be working there next year, therefore Im not sure if I will be returning or not yet. Overall great experience.

Have gone down their office in previous years and was happy with the results. Took a while in office but what can I say..its taxes!I decided to go through their website and do it online this year. I opted for their premium package which comes with worry free audit support. It didnt take as long as it did when I went to their office👍. I miss imputed some numbers and I got a text saying I did so, long story shortAfter I fixed my mistake and resubmitted it; I was done 😁I think Im going to stay with filing online.

Shelly Baker did such a good job last year it was a no brainer this year. I have used H&R Block since 2012. I have been pleased with how easy it is to get my taxes done. The reassurance that it will be correct and not have any repercussions from the I.R.S. is settling as taxes seem to cause anxiety.

I have been going to HR block for years now and not all my questions were answered in the way that gave me confidence in my tax return. The tax rep experienced multiple problems with my tax return and it took more than 4 hours of time to complete. I also do not know if I missed out on money due to the technical issues being faced. My tax professional was unable to answer questions I had and I had to catch his mistakes.

The main reason for our high scoring is because of Tetyana Vasylyeva. She has been our tax preparer for years, as well as my parents tax preparer. She is always so wonderful, and makes tax preparation easy. We will continue to keep her as our tax preparer because she is very knowledgeable, and makes everything so convenient. She is beyond excellent at what she does.

The “business manager” failed to convince me that I was at fault and continued to speak over my request when I was explaining the situation to him. My appointment was scheduled a year in advance and they failed to update their schedules.

I didnt even make it into the building I scheduled an appointment for 3/20 at 4pm. I was just called by someone to confirm first she said 3 than she said 3:30 I double checked my email and sure enough it said 4. She asked if I could come at 3:30 when I advised I had a prior appointment and that I chose 4 to allow time I was promptly told I can come at 4 but there is no guarantee that they would be able to take me. This is so unprofessional before I even reach the building. I just asked to cancel I will take my business elsewhere.

I like H&R Block because you made filing my taxes simple and explained all of the details that I needed to know.

I set up an appointment and when I get to the location I was told they did not have for an appointment that day. Lady was on the phone and didnt even care to bear me. Very poor customer service

I know there is a pandemic but there is NOOOO excuse not to be able to answer the phone or reply to any messages in 4-5 months, 1-800 number doesnt work, support doesnt answer, my taxes are for some reason not available to me online and Ive been trying to obtain them since I filed in April. I have spent more hours trying to get a copy of my taxes than actually doing my taxes. Someone help!

Always great service. I was spoiled with my father doing my tax preparations in past years, this was the first year I had to pay to have my taxes done. The only reason I said 4 not 5 is I may look into a cheaper option for my return for next year. But their service is great and the price really isnt bad.

I am wondering why my H&R agent did not consider the expenses I incurred in my house when I changed my roof, renovated the laundry room, put in new gutters and painted the awnings. I kept all my receipts because I thought that they will help me since I have rental income. Are those expenses receipts still usable for me? In my rental income, the water and electric utilities are included. Shouldnt they be deducted from the rental income?

I like the easiness of just going in and getting my taxes done. It usually takes less than an hour and Id prefer not to have to do the filing myself since things change from year to year. Very friendly people that work in this office as well!

Probably okay service if you can get in. I had an appointment, but it didnt seem to matter. After waiting in the lobby a while with no news from the receptionist or my agent I had to leave to go to another appointment. I previously used this company because how useful they are supposed to be.
