Went in today for the first time to get my oil changed. Very professional and kind staff. Took less than 10 minutes to get everything done. Pretty straight forward, you pull around, wait in line for your turn, they then wave you forward over the hole that they work out of to change your oil. You pop your hood, give basic information (mileage, year of car, what kind of oil you want), turn your car off and they do their thing. I liked how they also check your fluid levels, clean out leave from your air filter, etc. while you wait- free of charge! Spent just under $33, which is cheaper than my usual mechanic (since they don’t have to lift your car up) and it was super quick. I will be coming back anytime I need an oil change!

I use this location for most of my oil changes, and they always take care of my car quickly with care. The manager is always goes above and beyond to make sure that I receive excellent service.

I absolutely love this place, this location in particular. Fast, friendly, professional. Start a song when they start, Ill bet you anything theyre done before the song. Only wish they did state inspections, but Im not going to hold that against them.

This is a great place to get a quick oil change at a very reasonable price from some relatively knowledgeable people Best of all if they see something wrong theyll tell you and since all they really do is oil changes you can trust that theyre not going to steer you wrong if they say that lets say you need break work or exhaust work or you have a leak somewhere because they cant do it so you can honestly take their opinion go to your mechanic and get this stuff done where unfortunately with other locations that do this work they might just be trying to skim these guys are honest they work hard and I would definitely trust them with any vehicle you have

They busted just about all of my skid plate bolts and hung it up with one zip tie. Their also looks to be oil leaking from somewhere underneath aswell. Each time I go the price is different. Not as professional as I thought they would be, I mean yeah they did it quick but a half fast job. Someone should learn how to break a bolt loose instead of snapping it off. Would not recommend this place.

They have my business forever :)I brought my car to Prompto because I was in somewhat of a hurry to just get in and out. This was my first time at Prompto and loved how quick and easy it was. The gentlemen who worked on my car were so nice. I appreciated their taking a second to offer me different windshield wiper fluids and they kept me up to date about delays: my car was a bit stubborn to put back together and they worked so hard to make sure my underbody cover got put back on quickly. Even with the headache my little car gave them, I was in and out in about 20 minutes or less. Fabulous experience. Ill certainly continue to go back there as opposed to going back to my dealership. Great thanks to the guys who work there - youre great!

Super quick and convenient for an oil change.

I waited for 45 minutes, only to be turned down because there was transmission fluid on part of the truck frame. They did not offer to look at it, they would not change my oil, even though this same condition persisted at my last visit here. The service manager Was not easy to deal with, and refused to give me service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been coming here for the pastFive oil changes, and will never come here again.

Stripped the oil plug and spent a half hour retapping the hole.

I drove into the garage, they provided me a price, and within 10 minutes I was out the door. They were extremely courteous and very helpful when I had questions. Ive always really liked the convenience of this oil service station. But the last time we went, they informed us that my oil pan was leaking and rusted through and refused to change the oil. I thought it was strange because theres never been any sign of damage or leakage underneath my car on the pavement in our driveway. The oil levels are typically fine when I check it but its an old car so I expect to need a bit after 4 months of driving or 4,000 miles. Anyhow, I took my car to my mechanic who had ordered the parts for me after I called him and after inspecting it and changing my oil, he said there was a normal amount of underneath rust but there certainly wasnt any leaking or reason to replace anything. We live in an area that surface rust happens. Needless to say, I will never go back to Prompto.

Extremely quick, friendly. The place is set up to make it very easy for them to do oil changes. There is a crew down below in the pit and a crew up above. I brought my kindle thinking I would play a solitaire game. Didnt even open it up because I talked a bit and suddenly they were done. Also our car uses snthetic oil and that was no problem for them

Been going to Promto on and off for around 13 years. Started skipping class in high school for an oil change, and they still have the best price around by far.I especially like that they dont try to sell you anything you dont need... they almost never ask me, but it also makes me nervous that they arent being as thorough and checking every fluid as they should. Theyre definitely not completing every box they give you on your receipt saying they did everything. You have to be sure to ask them to check tire pressure, or typically they wont but it says on the slip that they did. But what can you really expect for 25$ and some change...10/10 reccomend for the price.

I would never go anywhere BUT here. They advertise the 10 minute oil change but typically they are done in LESS than 10 minutes. They are super fast, inexpensive, very nice and dont try to sell you other random items that you KNOW you dont need. The last time I went, I watched the guy take out my old air filter and bring it over to me and tell me I should probably replace it. (It was clear that he was right!) The reason I was so impressed by this is simply because most places will just come out and tell you that you need a new one (after youve been waiting half an hour) and you never really know if you truly need it or not. But this guy made it a point to show it to me. Oh, and the manager is pretty funny too.

I used to go to Valvoline because they offered coupons and I didn’t know any better. Pronto was half the price even without a coupon and didnt do the annoying cross sell thing for stuff I didn’t need for 20 minutes while I waited in my car. Pronto got it done in 5 minutes even though they advertise 10 and their staff was very friendly and polite. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Got oil changed here. Good prices even on synthetic oil. Staff seemed a little unsure like some where new and there was a wait as they were busy but I plan to give them another shot.

Always my go to oil change spot for years. I bring all my company vehicles and personal vehicles. Fast and friendly. Even have the special dexos oil for Chevy. And cheaper than the dealership. For some reason when you go to the dealership it takes 2 hours for an oil change and it costs more. I could be in and out of prompto in an average of 10-20 mins depending on if theres a car ahead of you. If youre looking for a quick cheap oil change this is the place.

Wayyy better prices than Valvoline. Quick friendly service my only complaint is that while they were changing my oil I overheard them talking to each other about some very heavy leaks. In the notes section on my receipt they wrote heavy leaks but they didnt elaborate further or even make mention of it to me while I was there.
