Ive been going to the Dublin and Livermore locations for years and have never had a problem. This was important to me as I recently purchased a used car and was planning on having all my fluids replaced. These locations have always been professional, checked all my fluids, and advised me of any services they feel my car needs. So when I saw there was a location close to my work, I felt confident taking my car in.That is not the case at the Concord location.Yesterday for $87, I received an oil change, 3 tires were checked, and a half attempt of checking my lights. Thats it. No other services were perform. No fluids, filters, or wipers were checked. I bring this up because all these services are mentioned not only on their website, but they are also listed on my receipt as having been performed...which, of course, they werentId like to say they were swamped with other customers to give them an excuse on why my service was so poor, but since I pulled into a empty bay and there was only one other vehicle there being serviced, they were not drowning in cars. Ill tell you what I could have done without - my CC returned to me dirty and covered in oily finger prints. Next time I need my oil changed, Ill drive the extra distance and go to a place where Ill get better service. 1-star only because they did change my oil.

These guys are totally trustworthy! Had an issue with my car after one of their services not only did the manager Kareem responded quickly to me and even came to my house to fix the problem and I live in Pittsburg. Although he was an unable to fix the problem at the house I went in the next day so they could properly look at it in one of the bays. Kareem and his crew are very professional and we’re upfront and honest with me through the entire process. I would highly recommend getting your services done here they not only care about doing a good job they also care about keeping you safe.

I have been coming here for years. I have watched the quality of mechanics get worse and worse. Last visit they struggled for twenty minutes to get the oil level right. Overfilled. Under filled. Could not see the full line. I have been doing my own oil changes my entire life. I come here for my company vehicle maintenance because I have too. Such a disappointment every time.Today I was told to leave my vehicle even though we are still doing COVID concerns. Masks and other protocols.I asked to stay in my vehicle as I did not want another random individual in my vehicle driving it.I was very rudely told that due to company policy I need to remove myself. I refused.The individual then decided it was warranted to call the district manager for approval/assistance.I was granted to stay in my vehicle. And drive myself inside like I have been for the past year.I was told once again by the attendant extremely rudely that it was against company policy and that the district manger granted me approval.Really? We had to go there?I have worked at these places in these past. Nothing but twenty something idiots who have zero knowledge about the vehicles they work on. Yet give immense attitude and rudeness to every customer who walks in. Really a disappointment.I wish people would be more professional and take pride and not be such jerks for doing simple tasks.

Went during my lunch...There were four cars ahead of me, Kareem approached my car asked me some pre-oil screening questions..... told me It may be too early for an oil change....asked me to pop the hood, checked everything.. let me know all I need is air & cabin filters .... told me I can purchase them today? or on the next time I come for oil change. loved his honestly ! And attention to detail.

Had to wait over an hour(cause i timed it) one car in front of me when it was my turn only took 20 mins and only just an oil change no tire pressure check no window clean nothing $95 was shocked as far as im concerned there are far better places with nicer staff around than these guys save ur money go somewhere eles

My car battery died on me in a parking lot near Oil Changers. Some company wanted to charge me $100 and take 30+ minutes to get there. I called Oil Changers and one of their employees Francisco was kind enough to walk over and jump my car free of charge. He is a great guy and I really appreciate his kindness. I will definitely be back for any future service needs!

I took my car for an oil change and the check engine light turned on as I was leaving. I kinda knew it was a funny glitch but they were kind enough to check the diagnostic codes and let me know of any codes that came up. The light turned off the next day, I knew it was a glitch but the fact they were so helpful, I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism and for being so helpful even on a busy Friday night. Outstanding customer service! 5 stars!

This was by far the best oil changing experience I have had in a shop. These gentlemen where quick but efficient, kind and thorough. There was a small wait but I never had to leave the comfort of my car which I really enjoyed.

I recently stopped by Oil Changers for the first time (for obvious reasons). its kinda nice in the age of COVID that you stay in your car during the oil change. I had no idea someone was working on my car til they were done, I thought they were working on the car next to mine. the oil change and checking of various instruments like headlights and tires took under 15 minutes.**the following was originally part of my review, but after clarification from the owner, Im recanting the following passage from my review:the only thing I did not like about myexperience is that they ask you to writedown personal information. Im not talkingbank account or Social Security numbers,but why do they want or need my DL#,home address, mobile and home phonenumbers, and license plate #. just seems alittle sketchy.

The observant staff identified a small but serious leak in a high pressure hose. My family was on a short day drive to Mt. Diablo, and we stopped there because a few miles earlier, a Dont ignore this sort of oil warning light came on in the car. We were overdue for our oil change, so we hoped that was the reason for the indicator light. Part way through the process, they identified the problem, went under the car to take a video to show us the impressively spraying leak, and then recommended we tow immediately to save the car from bigger problems. They pushed us out of the bay into a spot accessible for a tow truck, put an absorbent pad under the car, and came back a little later and offered us drinks. No charge. Thank you, Oil Changers, for taking good care of us! Highly recommend!

I have a small fleet of collectible cars. Take em all here. Even the diesel pickup. They are very professional and take pride in their service. I buy discount bulk oil change cards. I bring my own Mobil 1 synthetic and no grumbling.As to person who complained didnt check radiator antifreeze level: it is dangerous to un-cap a hot radiator! Check it at home in the morning BEFORE you start it up (therefore cold...)

They charged me for services I didn’t get and when I asked for they were rude and unprofessional. I will not come here again as this location is over charging and not doing services as requested. I would recommend everyone to go to a different location.

All work was presented clearly and without pressure, and was executed professionally. The attendants were focused, diligent, and wonderfully civil - theyre busy people at physical work, but they know theyre in customer service.The set-up is such that you sit in your car and... well, wait. Thats a matter of ones preferences but a good thing to be aware of. My car is comfy, so its not a big deal but you may use a little gas waiting, or be turn off the a/c.Hey, theyre in demand.Plenty of eats nearby, so one can grab some coffee and a bite to eat in the car while the work is going on.

I have a prius and came here to get my oil changed because I was tired of the expensive visits to the Toyota dealership. I chose this spot because of their high ratings and because I used to go to a similar business model (where you stay in the car and they do the service) when I lived in a different state, and I always appreciated their work.All of that said, I had a pleasant, professional, and thorough experience at this Oil Changers. They let me know the price estimate up front, which I always appreciate. They were also completely not pushy, but reasonable, with the optional services. I also like that they show me whats going on (fluids, filters, etc.). They were quick too! I came on a Sunday, late morning.Thank you Oil Changers!

Almost destroyed my engine. Took my Audi A4 here because the reviews are good. The employee didn’t put the air cap back on correctly and it almost cost me a new engine—next morning the engine was chocking because air got in, and it could have let to oil leakage and major damage. Seriously, how hard is it to insert and twist an air cap? The oil change is overpriced—$100 just for oil, didn’t check air filters, no window cleaning, didn’t reset the service alert on my dashboard. Employees talk a lot, use foul language, and don’t care.

This Oil Changers is the best! Stopped for my oil change. The great serviceman noticed fluid systems needed flushing, so we took care of that. Another team member noticed my wiper blades needed replacing (which I knew but had forgotten). We took care of that. And I bought a discount card to get 4 oil changes for the price of 3. All in 25 minutes or less. Could NOT be happier with my team!

Tight crew, methodical and professional. I was impressed at the teamwork and clean shop. I had all my fluids done there. Trans, coolant, differential, power steering. The price was a good deal, and I was back on the road in 25 minutes.

I have 2013 Prius plugin. I just have changed engine oil there and they charged me $173.94 for oil, oil filter, air filter and cabin air filter. $40 for cabin air filter. Be aware! Such a scammer!!!!

Go somewhere else to get your oil changeTHE SHORT FAT KID He wasnt paying anyattention to what he was doing, the oil hosehad slipped out of the hole. He was holdingthe trigger and spraying oil all over my engine.When he realized his mistake several secondslater, he repositioned the hose back in the holeand continued pumping oil. Once it was full,he tightened the cap and tried to spray off the oilwith water and wipe some oil off with a rag.he didnt tell me but i saw all. He had gottenoil all over the valve cover, on all the wiring,on the spark-plug wires, on the windshieldand on all sorts of things .

Oil change for transmission was sucked out with pump not a complete pan removal and clean. Later I performed a complete transmission fluid change and there was tons of sludge at the bottom of the pan which mixed with the (ATF) from there oil change.IF YOUR OIL IS TOO BLACK AND DIRTYCHEAPER IF YOU DO IT YOURSELF.NOT WORTH THE MONEY.NOBODY WILL CARE MORE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE THAN YOU.

Don’t go here for your car needs. They are not very helpful location. The don’t wash windows, they don’t check you fan belts or any cable connections, they don’t ask if your a Veteran and they don’t top of any of the fluids either. They did not put windshield fluid in, did not check my radiator. The did not go over the print out with me and discuss any future needs with the summer coming. Only one person asked if I needed to reset my oil chang light. I recommend the San Pablo location because they do all of the things this’s place doesnt’. Won’t be going back to the Concord location.

First I found the air filter box cover had been left loose and was rattling. Then I found the washer fluid cap that had been left hanging open. Finally, I noticed the oil drops accumulating on my driveway. The oil filter had been left loose...spinning easily in my hand when I checked. How hard is it to change the oil and remember to tighten things up when you are done? You had one job to do, an easy job... one star.

A simple oil and filter change.They managed to incorrectly reposition the oil filter o-ring, which shredded it and caused a massive oil leak.Came back the next day and they were closed!Incompetence at its utmost for such a simple task.
