I leased this 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from Banks Auto. They were great with finding a vehicle that matched my needs and at a price that I could not pass up. They also were able to get me out of my vehicle that I was not happy with. Sales Team and Finance Team were excellent. I will definitely be obtaining another vehicle from Banks! I highly recommend buying a GMC from them.
I leased a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado yesterday and I had to leave a review. This has been by far, not only the best dealings I have had with an auto dealer, but also one of the best experiences I have had buying anything.I have had some bad experiences dealing with sales people in the auto industry and I dont know if the further north you go in New Hampshire the better the service but I would advise anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle, skip the dealers in Nashua/Southern NH and come straight to Banks in Concord, because it is definitely worth the drive.I was referred to Banks by a friend. Upon arrival I was introduced to Michael Tierney. He sat down, spoke briefly, then proceeded to grab the two trucks I wanted to look at. When I was done, we agreed to meet up the next day and finalize everything. There was no pressure, I mean ZERO. The next day I went in to speak with Heather David in financial to run my credit and go over options. She asked if I wanted to add end of lease protection I said no and she, without an ounce of pressure or hesitation, said great, lets get you on your way.It was just an absolutely excellent experience. I got the vehicle that I wanted and to top it off Mike gave me a box of premium chocolate to enjoy on the ride home.It may sound like Im over exaggerating but Im not. I am honestly just that blown away at how well I was treated at Banks. Go see Michael Tierney, ask for him, if he isnt available, find out when he is available, then book an appointment with him. Then when you are ready to finalize the paperwork ask for Heather David.
Best experience at a car dealership I’ve ever had. Very easy. There is even a cafe to eat and drink at and a lounge with comfy chairs to relax in. The process was amazing and I got to drive off with a new car!
My oil change went great as always. When making an appointment for my check engine light on, which is actually a recall on the emissions system, they told me that my truck is out of warranty and they cant give me a loaner. My vehicle is only 18 months old but I am on the road a lot which adds to the mileage. Also, they dont have diesel mechanics on Saturdays. They are leaving me no other option but to lose a day of business. Not happy about that. I have purchased other vehicles from this dealership and always get my service done there to keep things good for resale options. I realize that these are trying times, esecially with keeping a good work force but maybe they should spread the diesel mechanics out a bit to accommodate everyone. Like Banks, I too am struggling to keep as much help as needed to make the best of things but I can assure you that I go out of my way to help my customers.....especially repeat customers.
Purchased a 2021 Tahoe from Kyle at Banks, great honest guy. I have purchased 3 vehicles from there now and always great customer service. It’s a big dealership with a small dealership feel to it. My last Tahoe was purchased at quirks, only because they had what I was looking for when no one else did. I left there feeling pushed in the wrong direction. It also felt like your typical car salesman, just wanted what was best for him. This brought me straight back to buying at banks. I have never felt this there and always felt like they will do what the customer wants and not what they want.
My dealer was very knowledgeable. He made the transition into a new vehicle quite seamless. His patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

I had not bought a vehicle from a dealership in 11 years, so the fact that we felt no pressure to buy during the entire process was very nice because buying a new vehicle can be stressful! Had a recall on a new to be car was able to bring it in and also have them do an oil chance seamlessly. The recall took four hours but figured it should get completed.Staff seemed friendly and it has a small Cafe. I did not deal with buying a car but that was my experience.

I would have given the highest ratings based on my salesperson, Nicholas Tobin, but the lower rating is based on the overall experience. While I ultimately had a smooth, low-stress experience for the final purchase of the vehicle with Nick and someone from the finance group (couldnt remember her name), my initial impression was that it was a fairly unfriendly and cold environment. When my son and I first walked in, there was no one to greet us at the front desk. We walked in further into the showroom and I tried to make eye contact with several sales associates who just looked at me and looked away. Im assuming that anyone who works there, regardless if they are an available sales associate or not, can be polite enough to see someone who is obviously looking for help to take a few moments and stop to find out what the customer is needing. Even a Just a moment and I will find someone who can help you would go a long way. Finally, I had to come up to the other desk where a number of what Im assuming sales people were milling about and said loudly, can someone help me? Im guessing you had a lot of customers as the gentleman who finally said, let me get some help for you asked several people if they were available and none were either available or willing until he found Nick. Needless to say, I felt very unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer, even though I came on a Monday afternoon when I thought it would be less busy. Granted, I wasnt a typical-looking customer (woman with a kid in tow). If I hadnt already done my research with other dealerships and online and had a specific car picked out that they had in stock, I probably would have just left. I would suggest to others that unless they had a specific car in mind already, I would not come here for customer service or to browse. Having said that, Nick was very kind and patient and treated us well. He was thoughtful and helped make us comfortable. Also, the gentleman who picked us up from our town for the final purchase was nice and was obviously quite loyal and spoke highly of your business.

Overall Im usually satisfied with the service at Banks. Staff are always friendly (Josh who drove the shuttle to drop me off, and Linda were great). I was pretty disappointed with the shuttle availability and ended up having to get a ride back to banks because they didnt have anyone available to pick me up when I needed a ride. The shuttle system could really use some work. I would have even been happy to have someone schedule a pick up for me when my car was finished earlier that day! Also, I had them look at my heated seat on the drivers side, it needed a new heating element, fine. I opted not to have it fixed quite yet. After I got my car back my cooling feature doesnt work, (the cooling feature worked fine prior to this). Im pretty sure something was messed up when they were in there looking at it. How much will that cost me....
I had an issue with my Escalade on the way back from a family vacation. I did not buy my vehicle from Banks because I live in MA, but they did not care. They treated my family and I, like we were lifetime customers. They immediately looked at my vehicle to diagnose the issue... Unfortunately we werent going to be able to drive it home, but they were very accommodating to us in the waiting room while waiting to get a ride home. We were told with the global supply chain issues, the parts needed could take 2-4 weeks. However exactly 1 week later I received a call from Banks, stating they were able to expedite the parts and made the repairs right away. Because of their impeccable service department, I will definitely look to buy my next car there even though they are father away then local dealers. Thank you Banks!

We took him for walks inside to look at all the vehicles and they gave him a teddy bear one day and a hat the next! He was a very happy boy! Sat in the waiting area for 5 hours. They needed to change the clutch fan assembly. Had been changed before so this is the third one on the truck. Left and the check engine light came on. Was never on before. Drove back from Merrick again for a scan and they did not have anyone to work on it. Two trips back and forth. At least the fan is not making noise now. Returning on the 15th to address the check engine light. Will let you know how that goes.
I was lucky enough to work with Tim. I arrived at the dealership a little early and he invited me right in. Start to finish, he was a true professional. Answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I never felt pressured by him at all. The rest of the staff I worked with was fantastic and I was able to leave with a car that I love at a lower interest rate than I was pre-approved for going in. Check out this dealership and Tim if you can, you wont regret it. Also, the box of chocolates you get when buying a car is a pretty sweet touch.
My wife and I went to Banks looking for a truck. We were met by Jeremy, and he brought us to Andy. The four of us talked about leasing vs. buying. In the end, we went with the leasing option. Because of the times we live in right now, there were no used truck choices in our price range, and the only two that we could afford, were in N.Y. waiting to be brought over, which took about two weeks. We felt that we were treated well during our visit. For the 2 weeks that we have had the truck, we are pleased with our choice. We havent had to use the maintenance dept. yet. We also had the truck bed coated, and had them put in an automatic car starter. We had talked about trading in two 2005 vehicles which they had figured into the price of the sale, but we ultimately, didnt turn them in. Knowing that there is a cost to getting the trade in cars off the lot, and that price had been figured in the cost of the sale, I was hoping we could barter our truck bed and starter as an even swap, but they said they wouldnt do that. At this time, when our lease is done, if we are still happy with the truck, we will probably buy it out.
Brennan Haywood and Ryan Gelinas are a great team. They listened to what I was looking for and even with sparse inventory were able to find me a great truck. Came in for routine maintenance and a strange noise and both were resolved within a day and two recalls we taken care of that I wasn’t even aware of. Perfect service and truck was a lot cleaner than when I dropped it off.

My truck shift cable popped off, and I was able to put it back on so at least I could make it to you folks. They took me right in. I left my truck there and the next day they called me, told me it needed the shift cable. Later that day I picked my truck up. it was covered under warranty even better. This is the second time the latch for my sunroof has broken. First it was the back (moon roof), and now the front sun roof.Last time, I waited 3 HOURS under the impression they were fixing it, when they were checking to see what part it needed. Three. Hours.This time, we confirmed BEFORE I went down what part it needed. The part came in. I dropped the car off. Received a call that they actually ordered the WRONG PART. That the part I need is on BACK ORDER. So I had to pick up my car AGAIN without a repair. Its still not fixed. I was really excited to purchase my car with Banks GMC after my horrible experience at a different GMC location with my first GMC vehicle. This dealership is no better. Would not recommend.
I had a problem with a subtle clank somewhere in the power train. My service advisor put me together with shop supervisor (Nick) for a quick test drive. Within a couple minutes Nick was able to detect the problem and did some quick diagnosis. He was able to reproduce problem by shifting from drive to reverse with car standing still. I had not noticed that the problem could be reproduced without driving the car. Problem was loose axle nut on front driver side. Well done Nick and team.

Had a great experience purchasing a certified pre-owned GMC Acadia. Multiple options to choose from and was able to get a fair price. They also let me use a personal check to purchase the vehicle so did not have to come back at another time.
My first time to try to schedule an appointment online. It was so easy to do with Banks Chevrolet. A quick response back from the service dept to confirm appointment. Brought in my suburban. Just drive in to the service dept, no need to get out of your car outside, especially if its raining or snowing. My suburban was worked on quickly . A great experience! Thank you!

Overall disappointed with my experience with Banks. I had been writing with their team prior to my visit. Initial impression was good, Gabe was great showing me the options that met my request, even had each test drive ready for me when I came back from the previous one.From there is where the experience went downhill. When it came time to talk numbers, Gabe took all of the necessary information and then we started the “numbers game”. Then he came back to ask me about my current payment info and number of months remaining. Then out came Sal (the sales manager) to make the offer for my trade and into on the payment offer. The offer was just 2k over the cost of my remaining payments and just $30 less than my current payment (comparing a luxury SUV to a truck).When I expressed the minimum I would consider and didn’t want to waste a bunch of time back and forth, Sal gave me the same sales run around as usual about pricing and valuation and then asked for a few more minutes to see if he could “make the numbers work”. Ultimately came back with 2k more but still nowhere near my minimum requirement.While I realize offers are unique based on what each dealer sees fit, in the end the “best deal” the Sal offered me would have cost me $12,000 more than the deal I received at Quirk GMC in Manchester (just 25min away). The purchase and trade were all the same, only difference was the dealer and I even gave Banks a chance to counter the other dealer’s offer.Please be sure to shop around and be weary of any deals offered by Banks, chances are you can save a ton of time and money by checking out Quirk GMC.
MA residents here! We had the pleasure of buying our first vehicle from Banks with Chris Burnor. My Uncle (Paul Kennedy) previously purchased two Yukon’s with him and had a wonderful experience. On 7/24 as a parent of two little ones (6,4 girls) our worst nightmare happened. I was driving on the highway with my little ones where someone hit us very bad (rear ended us in their Jeep Wrangler) resulting in our 2018 Yukon Denali being totaled. My girls and I “walked” away but being in the car we were in and girls in car seats saved us. With the whole chip thing going on and everything basically not being available this added to the stress of not only just experiencing something so traumatic but now people saying “this could be the worst time to get into an accident” because no cars available. MA there was nothing available so I turned to Chris in assistance and he went above and beyond in our search. From the time of the accident to locating a vehicle thanks to Chris it was under a month. We ended up getting a 2021 Chevy Tahoe Z71 which we love and I once again feel extremely safe driving my little ones in. Chris goes above and beyond and we truly appreciate all his help. I was charged $569 for a new battery and a software update. This was way over your $350 estimate, and very expensive for the small amount of work. I was also told that the software work would be under warranty, which it was not. I feel betrayed and unless this is rectified, will no longer be your customer.

Banks Chevrolet, New Hampshire lol, this was by far and beyond team work service. I still cant stop thinking about this power team up in New Hampshire. From Tamara and her team, to Jeremy (the manager), to Mike in front of the red Camaro, to Steve in finance and my power team of woman on this end in car service. They truly proved what go getters sales people would be. And they had this entrepreneur to prove it. Coming from Bridgeport, Ct on a Friday afternoon, getting approved by Saturday and closing everything out by Tuesday without notice. It was amazing. And I must add with all the correct follow up that this team did and the good vibes they spread, I was up and going by Thursday the same week by DOT and DMV in CT.Being it Customer Service field for over 30 years, I always say everyone in the business is part off the closing deal and the training with this team definitely proved it. Not one phone call answered was negative. I spoke to different call center girls there and they were all positive. Thank you so much for exceptional customer service. That is all I look back at this time. It wasnt just the vehicle, it was the service. If I need to do it over again, I would bring the wine just to celebrate seeing them again. Buying a vehicle is not as fun as it seem but with good vibes and service; you do not realize the challenge once completed. Thank you Banks Chevrolet. By the way I couldnt believe the GM business all in the same building. Up here in CT they all have their own space. lol That was amazing.
