This is a COVID related review only. Woman who checked me in entered my car not wearing her mask (was under her chin) then checked me in at her station without wearing a mask (the picture shows her mouth sort of covered but most of the time that wasn’t even the case) while coughing and sneezing, then encouraged me to come around the plexiglass glass barrier to stand right next to her to view her screen. Despite having signs up about the mask mandate, the waiting room contained a woman wearing no mask and witnessed another arrive at checkout with no mask. Also saw employees driving people’s cars, windows up, with masks not properly worn. They should call it COVID Hyundai of Concord.
I bought a 2015 Genesis in January 2018. I purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty up to 125K miles. I have a service issue and the repairs should be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. I am being told the warranty has expired because it is past the 7 years from delivery. When I bought the warranty I explicitly stated that I wanted a 5 year 125K warranty and was told by the dealership that that is not what I got. POOR service from the sale and response. I will NEVER recommend this hack of a dealership to anyone.
They are handling the covid situation very well (call ahead). Over the few years Ive used them they have been great. They smile and are very friendly to everyone. The seating area is very comfortable and I look forward to the coffee when the pandemic is over.
