Went in today for a manicure and was not disappointed! Professional, clean, and great quality. Only $30 for the service and my nails came out beautifully! I haven’t been to Ok nails since high school but I’m glad that I stopped by again! :)

Came here for the first time. Nail clippers they used were not sterile or even remotely clean. Had stuff stuck in them. Color I chose was not what I got. Needed one nail extended and it broke within 3 days. Dip all cracked in a week. . Only went here because they had an opening when I needed it but will never go there again.

I went there to get a full set and I love them! The guy who did my nails was great and did amazing. I will definitely be going back! A+++++

This is my favorite nail salon in Concord. I love the owners. The other staff is also great. They all talk to the customers too so its not like most nail salons where no one talks and its akward and silent. I tried the DIP for the 1st time. It was $30 not bad price. Again I love this place and so will you!!

Been a customer for years, never disappointed.

My 7 y/o grandaughter, 40 y/o daughter and I went there today. We were not impressed and will not go back. Mani pedi was $45 for me and $40 for my 7 y/o. Water was cold had to ask 3x to make it hotter, not very friendly, they did not offer any water or the massage on chair. I had to ask for the massage controllerAll furnishings are very dated. Not much choice for colors. Did not use grator on bottom of feet until i insisted. I will not go back.

I was a walk in on Friday evening and it was clear right from the start I was an inconvenience. they were closing at 5:30 even though their hours online said they were open till 8pm. then the polish wasnt setting up nicely and there were bubbles so I had asked for these to be fixed.I paid, tipped and left. Just 3 days later my nail polish on two fingers had begun to chip. I called immediately and asked for an appointment to fix. they said to just come in, when I arrived it was the same unwelcome response and when I pointed out that I just paid $40 to have my nails done by them just 3 days ago they didnt acknowledge or apologize but instead treated me like I was complaining about nothing. I wont ever go back. they need lessons in how to treat customers and when they make an error how to best fix it.

Always great service. The owners are super nice and do an amazing job. Also some of the best prices!! So long as they’re around, I will continue to be a loyal customer! Highly recommend

My best friend and I went here the other day for our usual nail day. All she got done was a simple gel manicure on her real nails. They turned out good except she knew she needed another coat of polish as you can see right through the coats that they put on. She was told she did not need another coat of polish and they were fine. She was not happy with that.Me on the other hand. I got my acrylic removed and went back to dipping powder. I asked to have my real nails trimmed down while they were taking off the acrylic and was answered with a half hearted mmmhhmmm. Then I asked for them to be filed as squared with no round edges. I am not sure what they were thinking that meant as my nails look like they were filed by a child. They are all uneven and crooked and super short and have some round and some straight edges. And the dip...lets not even get started there. After dipping them umpteen times and then putting the top coat on before they started filing the excess off, they didnt wait for it to dry and had to start all over again on one finger. They didnt file around my cuticles and now it looks like a gorilla painted my nails. The more I look at them, the more disgusted I get. We would have asked for them to be redone that night but it already took so long already and I was honestly scared they would get screwed up more there so now we are going elsewhere to have them fixed.We will definitey not be coming back to this place.

Went here with my girlfriend because our usual spot was busy busy. We walked in for a pedicure and were seated immediately. The staff were nice and did a good job. My only concern is that they didnt use liners for the foot tub. Other than that, no complaints

I have been going here for months to get my nails done. It was the second visit for my daughter. I needed to get my nails redone because they had been on for awhile. The soaking removal process took time but the girl who did my nails made sure she was gentle with my real nails. I usually get a couple of cuts when getting my nails done but they are small and my nails always come out looking great. I get many compliments on my nails

I have been here and the tech was awe full. She didn’t know what she was doing. Now I go to Wendy and she does a French dip perfect. I only go to her. The only thing that I don’t like is all of them talk Chinese among themselves and I have no idea what their saying. I’m still staying because of Wendy.

Came in mid-week for a gel polish change. Staff was friendly and accomodating and they did a great job on my nails. The gentleman kindly went back and smoothed over a bump on my nail when I asked, even after the polish had been cured and needed to be redone. I had a very nice experience and it was their prices that brought me in to begin with! At only $10 for the gel polish change and $5 for gel removal, they are much more affordable than other salons in town *and* my nails look wonderful. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I absolutely love okay Nails. I go to Wendy all the time and she does a wonderful job. My nails last at least 3 weeks. She knows exactly what I like. And she does a great job.

Horrible first (and only) experience. I went in for a full acrylic manicure set and immediately became uncomfortable when the older gentleman used a dirty nail file. As he glued the tips to my nails I noticed the black chunks in the clear coat he applied on top of the tip (but before the acrylic was applied). I stopped him before he used the electric nail buffer because it was also covered in the same dirty soot that the nail file was and asked if he could use clean equipment please. Extremely politely. He proceeded to mock me while getting clean equipment and shaking his head dramatically. As he switched between buffing each nail he would extremely aggressively yank my arm/hand closer. I got to a point where I told him, again very politely, that’s aggressive and I don’t like that and gently placed my hand back in his.After this ordeal he painted the top two coats of color I chose, which included all over my cuticles. I asked him if he would clean that up and he told me “you have too much cuticle” and I explained to him that I thought cleaning up my cuticle was part of the manicure experience. “No not here”. And he began with the top coat. I asked him politely to take the polish off completely because I just wanted to leave and he yelled at me saying “good me either!” I walked to the counter to pay for JUST the acrylic set and he tried to charge me for the (nonexistent now) polish and I told him no and that I’d pay for the acrylics and that all and he yelled at me to get out.Dirty, rude and innappropriate. Never again and I would never suggest this place to anyone.

Ive been going to OK Nails for almost 8 mos. Wendy is the best! Its very difficult to find a nail salon that does SNS or dipping powder nails. I go to Wendy every 4 weeks and she does an awesome job. She also does a fabulous spa pedicure. Definitely worth the extra $10.

I live 20 minutes away from the salon but make the drive because they do a better job than anywhere else Ive ever been. The staff is friendly and they have a real conversation with you while doing an excellent job. I tried the SNS dip tonight on my nails and they look real and amazing and very clean. I also had her wax my eyebrows and had never had it done there before and was a little hesitant because youre always scared when you let someone wax your facial hair for the first time but she did an amazing job and they look terrific. I will keep coming back here time and time again!!!!

Had my first visit to OK Nails tonight and it was a great experience! Clean, cute place and the people working there were professional and friendly. One of the best mani/pedi that I have had!

Let me start by saying, I stopped going here for a reason-My usual nail place was closed today due to the snow. So I (dreadfully) went to ok nails because 1; I drove 45 minutes. 2; it was the only other salon open & 3; I really needed a fill. A FILL. Next thing I know the guy is ripping all of my acrylics off, which were fine other than 1 or 2 lifting on the sides. Easy fix at any other nail salon I’ve been to. He absolutely didn’t need to take all of my nails off. Then he put white tips on, halfway down my real nails, so they look ridiculous. (I’m painting over them ASAP) Not to mention, 3 of them are lifting & it’s been 2 hours since I got them done. I’m also bleeding on 3 fingers & my nail beds are so sore from him ripping my other nails off. If that wasn’t enough torture, he then charged me 35 dollars for a “full set” which is NOT what I asked for. They will do anything to charge you more than you intended on paying. As soon as you walk in, they harass you to up your services to make an extra dollar off you. Can’t stand this place. Don’t bother!!!

Been going there for years and this morning just because i asked for volumne of tv the owner yelled at me Was extremely rude... never cared for him personally (thinks hes a ladies man NOT LOL) but never really dealt with himHe should never talk to customers the way he did and trust me i get asked for Nail recommendation all the time and it definitely will NEVER be this place

Not happy.....just kind of dirty and Im not impressed with how much polish was left in my fingers....what should have taken an HR took 1.5 hrs .Wont go back

I have been to several nail salons in Concord. Today I tried OK Nails and got the best set of white tip acrylics. The staff were friendly and made conversation and the nail salon was clean. I will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone!

They do a real nice job. My husband had his first pedicure and I had a pedicure and a nail dip. A little on the expensive side.

I was able to understand them so much better. Very pleasant and quick.

Not a super clean environment, last time I got my nails done here they put the shellac all over my skin and left it like that I had to use tools at home to shape it to my nail and it had a rough edge.. My pedicure was half hearted as well.. it was close to closing time I offered to come another day but they insisted it was fine just to rush me and do a poor job.

Absolutely horrible. If all you want is an ok experience, this is the place for you. However it wasnt just the experience, the acrylic nails I got were horrible too. The reason I say that is because they had bubbles, they were huge and the tips of them werent rounded at all. Not only off all that but the male who did them used unclean tools which is actually against the law. Worst experience ever.

Absolutely disgusted- Ive always been told not to go here, but figured what the heck since everywhere else was closed because of the snow. My nails are all different lengths, some have flat spots, some are super thick, and 7 out of 10 nails have fuzz / hair under them from the brush! When I showed them, they said they would fix 2 of the nails. TWO!? OUT OF SEVEN!? Theres clumps of the acrylic under the nails as well, and bubbles under most of them. I will NEVER go back here again. I wont even go back to get them fixed! I will rip them off on my own and have a different place do them over!

Wendy, Misty, David..all of the team here is phenomenal. I travel all over New England and I havent been able to get great nails from anyone but here at OK. I travel an hour just to get my mani/pedi from these folks...you wont find any better than here!

Everyone here is always extremely rude to me and impersonal. I continue to get a younger man who I believe is the owner everytime I go and he is always so rough with my nails and hands to the point that I usually leave in tears. When taking my old acrylics off he dug the took he was using into my nail under neath and ripped half of it off. When hes filing my nails he will almost always tear apart my cuticles until they bleed and he constantly jerks his hand while holding mine because its not relaxed enough even though I tell him that hes hurting me and twisting the joints in my fingers. Hes always in a rush and always rough. Other times Ive left with crooked nails, smudged nails, uneven nails. I go here for convenience but I honestly cant remember the last time I left feeling happy about my nails. I will not be returning and urge everyone to re consider their choice to spend their money here. The people are rude and rough and the salon is gross and unwelcoming.

I went to OK Nails last Friday to have a manicure and pedicure because I had read all the positive reviews. However, I was not satisfied with the experience. The atmosphere of the salon was not relaxing, it felt to me more like an assembly line. The technicians/employees were fast but impersonal, they were chattin among themselves in Cambodian while doing my nails and I did not feel I received personal attention. In fact, when I saw that my toe nail was cut crooked, I pointed it out to the technician and then she tried to re-cut it, but it still looks crooked. Furthermore, and most importantly, the place lacked hygienic conditions, the towel that was used for my feet was thread bare, very worn, wet, and did not look clean. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area and I certainly will go to a more professional place for my next nail service.

This is my favorite place to go for acrylic nails. Everyone employee Ive had does great nails and I come here often! The owners are always working in the shop. Husband and wife that are both sweethearts. Their children are at the business after school playing games on his iPad and listening to children songs. Its very important to support local and family businesses!Plus, they always show new released movies while you get a mani or pedi.

The people were super rough on my nails. My acrylics already look like they need a fill. The little boy that was there was screaming and punching everyones seat. When I stood up he smacked my butt and grabbed it. He pretend punched my mom and only missed by 1/2 to 1 inch of her face. I dont recommend this place

I did not enjoy my experience here at all. The employees overall were friendly but I did not appreciate the fact that they were playing R rated movies with a lot of swearing. Later in the visit, several employees were out back taking a break and smoking with the door open so you could hear them talking and smoke was coming in.I asked for a shellac manicure and pedicure and I got the sense that they were trying to get me out quickly, despite the fact that it was not overly busy there. As a result, they were trying to do both my hands and feet at the same time and needed me to lean in the chair sideways so they could reach my hands while someone else worked on my toes. It was incredibly uncomfortable.Also, because they were rushing, my nails were not properly dried between layers and my french manicure ended up streaked with white brush lines through the pink. I do not know if they offer any kind of design option because they did not ask nor did they give me a choice for which type of mani pedi I would want. Its possible that they only do 1 kind but it is also possible that they did not want to offer anything that took longer than basic.Within 2 or 3 days, there were bubbles on my nails that began peeling. It has now been about a week and I do not have a single nail that has not peeled and chipped.They look awful. Even 2 of my toes are chipping. Shellac is not cheap but typically it lasts for several weeks. I found them to be pricier than other places with terrible quality.I picked them based on other user reviews and Im sorry I did. Hopefully it was just an off day for them but I personally will not be back.

Had acrycils put on here with a friend, they did a not so good job. Didnt file my actual nails, the paint doesnt go down to my cuticles so they look like theyre a month old, the paint is also really uneven and chipped. My friends are even worse, hers are way too short and she had a nail falling off as we left. The manager is fixing them for free but still not worth the 40The dollars in my opinion.

Its just ok. I felt extremely rushed the place is very chaotic. They have large screen TVs lining the entire perimeter of the salon which is kind of odd because most of them were on. Its hard to relax when you have a multitude of distractions. Its almost like I was too confused to relax.
