Impeccable service and output!! As if my own mother cleaned, folded and wrapped everything with that extra care. I unexpectedly had to use their full wash-dry-fold spread and am a convert to use them regularly. And laundry IS my favorite chore! Highly recommended. Very clean, but like most there isnt anyone there after wash and fold hours. The vending machine was full with good selection. No change machine so make sure to bring your own.

I went for the first time since the state wide lockdown started, they are still open, they have signs up saying try and have only one person from your family come in at a time, fold a home and wait in your car, a good way to help keep people distant from others.

I have changed my mind about this laundromat. Previously, I rated it 2 stars. But within the last few months, West Concord Laundromat has made huge changes. First of all, they are under new ownership, and let me tell you, it is OBVIOUS. The laundromat itself has been revamped. Gone are the faded pictures on the walls and the outdated wood wall paneling. The walls have been painted a bright white, which makes the place look vibrant and fresh. Next, you can tell the owners are friendly and really care about their patrons. The gentleman who owns/manages the laundromat saw me doing laundry and offered me a helpful tip in order to save time and money. I like the new owners much more than the previous ones. The laundry prices are the same, but Ive gotten used to spending about $20 in quarters every time I go in there to do laundry. Now, I highly recommend this laundromat to everyone.

Reasonable cost. Soap dispenser. Been serving West Concord for a long time. Great place.

$4.75 for a double washer, which is what i used (x2), for both of them to not rinse. I had to wring out the excess water myself before i put in dryer. Dryer is 25 cents for every 5 minutes. No physical workers present to mark equipment that does not work. Plus side is the liquor store next door, drink while doing laundry!

Very expensive, and always multiple machines not working in a small facility. The worst however is the Operatic music which is way too loud and extremely annoying. Silence would be so much better!!

Hettie is the owner and manager of this laundromat, and she does an excellent job. I have been bringing my patient gowns to her for laundering for two years and she is extremely dependable and pleasant.

Without a doubt, this is a hidden gem.
