I really like this laundry mat its clean its easy to use you can use your debit or credit card on the machines or you can use cash and get the Sacagawea dollars to pay for it. They also do your they will also launder and fold your clothes for you if you want. Which I have had them do and they did a really good job I was very impressed

This laundromat is very well maintained, clean machines are checked frequently by the staff, the floor is cleaned constantly as needed, and its always staffed with helpful people who are proactive and on top of things. Nice to be able to use a credit card instead of quarters!

Machines work very well, love the credit card capability. Staff has always been friendly, very helpful, and kind. Ive gone at varying times and Ive only run into a large crowd once, but there were still washers and dryers I could use.

Clean and the machines do a good job. They have large tables for folding clothes.Nothing to be excited about. I went, got my cloth washed and dried. I got done what I came to do. It was Hassel free.

Ive used this laundromat twice now and have had a pleasant experience each time. Its kept clean and the machines are easy to use. I also appreciate that the machines have the ability to take cards as payment since I often dont have quarters.

Clean, friendly attendant on duty to help with anything you might need, $4.00 3 load washer was great for my needs . Dryers are .50 cents for 10 minutes 20 minutes dried all the Jeans and sweatshirts I had plus towels (used 4 Dryers).

Loved it! It was very clean, attendant was helpful, lots of machines to fit all your needs and it was air conditioned.

Service is immediate and polite. You can use a card on the machines. I prefer to use the card because I dont like giving away my $1 coins.

Horrible experience at this location today. The attendant was very rude when I was in the process of putting clothes in the washer. She told me that laundry beads arent allowing. There is no sign for this. She was so over the top obnoxious that I pulled my clothes right out of the washer and took my business elsewhere. Time to look for new help!

The best laundromat in the area. Plenty of washing machines (in various sizes) and dryers, and they, along with the building itself, are all super clean. The owner is on-site frequently and is super friendly and helpful, as are the staff. Even at peak times, I have never had an issue with finding machines to use. And the best part: all of their machines take debit/credit cards! They just recently started offering a Wash/Dry/Fold service, which I haven’t used... yet. Even though there are laundromats closer to my house that I could use, I far prefer coming here!

This laundromat has quickly become my new favorite in town! It’s always so clean, wicked good prices and has the best dryers!! The staff is also really friendly and is extremely helpful when need be! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner today and he was extremely kind to everyone and you can tell how much he cares about this place by the way he takes care of it. There’s never broken washers or dryers and they are always performing at their best. There’s plenty of room to fold and organize your clothes without being crowded by others. Another plus is the music they play in there to listen while you fold! 10/10 recommend going to Loudon Roads Laundromat over any other in the Concord Area!!

This place is very clean. Theres a woman attendant here that is very friendly, and helpful. These things are reassuring in these times of covid.

First time there,had high hopes. But, Attendant had thier mask off around thier neck, kept coming over over watch me unload and reload my clothes which they did not do for the other people. Then to top it off, they got into a conversation with a customer about COVID-19 conspiracy and how the vaccine is a joke. Everyones entitled to an opinion but thats just unprofessional in a business setting. Also nor sure why the washers only take dollar coins and the dryers only take quarters. Seems like a pointless waste of time converting back and forth.

This place is great! I happened to meet the owner and he was so helpful, and everyone else who works here too was so helpful. Very clean place. A wide variety of various machine sizes. Takes credit/debit cards which is awesome! Large folding tables.I’m usually very uncomfortable/anxious going to public places like this that are new to me, but it was very comfortable here. 👍🏻

New to the area and state, owner was actually on site and-helped me with choosing my machines. Staff were also very helpful and answered any questions I had. Very clean and they were constantly wiping machines which did not go unnoticed. ( Especially during these times). They accept debit and credit cards. I would highly recommend this laundromat.

It is clean and an attendant there. The lady attendant there during the day is awesome but after 3 the male attendant is rude smokes by doorway. Masks are optional which is not great in such close quarters. The dryers are very old and somedid not heat up the plus is you can use either coins or debit card.

This laundry mat actually has attendants on duty the entire time, and they’re friendly, helpful, and patient. The laundry mat has recently under gone upgrades, and it’s really the nicest one in concord. The machines are powerful, and the dryers work well. If they don’t, they will dry the clothes for you (for the one not working).They also recently did a promotion where if you washed your clothes at the laundry mat, then they would pay for you to dry your clothes to help their community during the pandemic. It has since ended, but it lasted for several weeks, and it shows me that they are community minded and I really enjoy that!

Good place for laundry or oversized things that dont fit in the home machines. Machines all worked well. Takes coins or credit. Attendant was helpful in choosing the correct size machine for a comforter but not oversized to save some money. Drier finished everything in a half hour. Just about 1 hour total in and out.

Very Clean and very new. The staff was very helpful and I appreciate them helping me with my questions about the sizes of so many washers. I used the 90 lb washer for my entire family and it was done in 1/2 an hour. The facility has a ton of parking in the front and rear of the building. I definitely recommend Loudon Rd Laundromat. It is across from the Irving station. And next door to Valvoline oil.

Today 4 almost 5 hours after drying my clothes they smelt musty almost like wet clothes still even though I knew they were dry went to pull my clothes out if my landry basket to figure out what the cause of the smell was and there was an amber in the middle of them Ive been drying and washing my clothes here for 2 years and my fiancee has Been drying then for many years before me Ive never had this happen and when I called they said that it was my fault it started when Ive been doing the same thing for as long as Ive been going there

We were camping at Lazy River and an unexpected rain put two of our tents with our luggage, sleeping bags and clothes under water.The lady theyve got working here was incredibly helpful!!!I could not give her high enough praise.They have plenty of machines to get things done quickly too.

I really appreciate that the laundry mat has industrial machines so I can do one large load and get all the blankets done at once. Then the super large dryers same deal. Cost for industrial washer $11.00 and dryer $1.75. and hour and a half of your time. The place is clean and smell good. The woman who works in there is friendly and helpful.

4th visit to this establishment. So far, so good!Clean and well maintained facility. Once out of the four times I visited, had to wait for a washer to open. About 5 minutes. (Mostly because I wanted to do it all in one of the big ones. Saves time.)Washers-2 (9x) really big $112 (6x) still big $74 (4x) my preferred choice for my big laundry basket filled to the top, all in one load $54 (3x) $416 (2x) $3Dryers 36 -All big ones (currently three down for maintenance)Prefer to split into two dryers for my 4x load and it dries in 21 min. No need to do so as it can definitely fit the entire wash but cuts waiting time.$0.25 for 7 minutes. I do two dryers at 21 minutes each on medium heat.Total cost is $6.50 and takes an hour with folding for one big laundry basket.

The attendants are always super helpful. This place is clean, has a wide variety of washers and dryers, and has a great atmosphere. I keep going back to this place because of price and convenience. I trust my laundry to be safe while I go to the stores on Loudon road. It’s a great place to do your laundry.

The laundromat is clean and attended. It also lets me pay for washing and drying using Google Pay instead of cash and coins.

Terrible customer service. Went here to get change before bringing laundry because I don’t like keeping all of that money in the car. The female attendant informed me that I cannot make change unless I have laundry - which is fine - but she was extremely rude and condescending. Needless to say I will never take my business here! More training for the employees please - she needs it desperately!

Visiting the area with my boyfriend and came here to do laundry and not only is it super convenient (accepts debit cards as well!) the cleanliness was impressive but most of all the lady on staff was amazingly helpful and friendly! Great experience and will never go to another next time we visit.

CLEAN! And they have heavy duty big machines that can fit big king comforters - these also take credit card which makes life much easier. Even though they are open until 10, last load is in by 8, so keep this in mind. I had planned on that and arrived before 8pm, but those who might not think ahead should be aware. The attendant was courteous and helpful - will definitely use again for the big comforters!! :-)

Hands down the best laundromat in Concord. Theres always an attendant on duty. Individuals that work there very helpful and friendly hours of pretty convenient last washes at 8 but they are open till 10 they have washer prices ranging from 2:50 all the way up to $11 all the dryers are the same work great for $0.25 you get seven minutes on a dryer

No air conditioning! sweat my ass off. no attendant. expensive. people leave their clothes in large washers. while i was there a good 3 hours, 3 people had to take clothes out so they could use washers. too many other good ones to use in concord. stay away if u can!

Our RV park was a little old, so we decided to do laundry off site. This laundromat was very clean and plenty of machines. Quite a few of the large washers made it simple to do large loads.

Wish the owner would post a sign about city wide mask ordinance. Several different sized machines, lots of dryers, clean, attendant on duty. Been going to this place 20 years.

Very clean laundromat and the owner or manager on duty was amazing. He was very helpful helping me with my laundry because he. Oticed I was having trouble with my 1 year old. I also noticed him wiping down the washing machines everytime someone took their laundry out or noticed any type of spill. By far the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to. I also like how you can use your debit card right at the machine since I never carry cash on me. I would definitely recommend!!!

I was rudly harassed and antaginized by the cocky, boligerint And arrogant attendant that works there during the day. He is an older man with grey hair, grey facial hair and glasses (not to be confused with Paul, the sweet older gentleman that works at night). This Arrogant man approched me while out side with my dog and told me I could bring my small dog inside the laundry matt if I like as long as I hold her Or keep her in the basket. So I began bringing my dog in when I went. Several weeks later this man seems to have forgotten that he invited me to bring my dog in because when arriving with my dog the other day he made a ride comment as I entered the door. I reminded him that he told me to bring the dog in. He became instantly hostile raising his voice and demanding I take the dog out. I had place my dog into a laundry cart with her blankit as I always do. The arrogant attendant (who was off the clock at the end of his shift) approached my dog with arms extended as if he were going to remove her himself. I told the man to step away from my dog. He held onto the laundry cart my dog was sitting in and continued to raise his voice argueing with me. I continued to repeat my, self asking him to step back away from my animal and lower his voice as he was frightening her. I can not believe the way this man acted!!!! He is lucky I did not call the police! I have whitnessed this mans arrogant inappropriate behavior toward customers countless times over the past yrs. Its sickening that he is still employed to work with the public as he clearly has some self controle issues!! I Wil never return to this location where I was attacked and my dog nearly assulted by this individual.
