Weve been having Big Wave do laundry for us for a couple of years. Theyre great and affordable. Would recommend.

Long term assignment in the area led me to need their help. They are exceptionally honest and always exceeded my expectations. More times than not my laundry that was dropped off at 4:30pm was ready before closing. I could not recommend them more.

Good laundry spot. Reasonable prices. Machines are always in working condition. Staff on site during operating hours. Rarely crowded.

Very well kept and clean! They also offer specials throughout the week like free soap, discounted drying rates, and my favorite discounted wash rates! They are card operated and for every $20 you deposit you get $1 credit added! They also have a laundry product vending machine along with a snack and drink vending machine. Lastly they have an atm on-site, offer free Wi-Fi and fluff and fold services!!

This is a big CLEAN laundromat where there are people that work on-site. They are super helpful. The location is great - there are 3 tasty restaurants in the same center so doing laundry doesnt seem like a big chore if you can grab food at the same time!

Being a first visit, I was pleasantly surprised to have encountered such friendly staff and patrons. Everyone was very considerate and helpful.

This is not ment be a bad review, but some insight as to how to better the staff and services, I myself tend to keep to myself and not chat with anyone but when I do communicat with u there is no need for u to be standoffish and hide behind ur said policies.... I made observations and also pointed them out to and the staff hid behind the comment, its policy,,, so it seams ur 10 person limit is fair, not in question as to that, but I took video of ur staff leaving an elderly lady out side in the extreme heat, due to ur 10 limit... while I understand and waited in my car...I also took video of the same situation again minutes later of a mother having to leave her young daughter outside due to policy 10 person limit, I as an observer took vid of 3 separate individuals inside, sitting during this... 1 lady reading a book, 1 man using Wi-Fi on his laptop, 1 lady chatting it up with staff as if a regular customer and friendly, clearly shows she understands the 10 person situation yet clearly, does not care of others but herself....the point is your staff is letting people sit selfishly, not asking them to accommodate others, Im glad the elder lady did not have a heat stroke, or the little daughter get kidnapped, that would have been a terrible situation for big wave laundromat, I would have gladly given the vid to authorities, big wave would now be just a ripple in pond...

They are RUDE. I understand not being able to fold on the main tables anymore but as I was pulling my clothes from dryer and trying to put it inside my bag; I was trying to make my clothes less wrinkled by placing it half folded. A rude woman with an attitude said: Can’t fold here!At the door she looks at you up and down without saying: hello (at least)My clothes was super wrinkled when I went back home and had to do more work.I usually just get home happy and put my folded clean clothes away but not that day!Not only they have that rule they have rude employees.I told all my big family to not go there anymore.We are going to burbujas now!Never ever coming back there.Those women there need to be trained properly or educated a bit. Greet people! Specially in these hard days.

This is a great place with staff on site for a little extra they will do your clothes and fold them very clean place and always plenty of available machines

The big Wave is open no matter how when or why?.....Clean laundry is what they do......say no more....and they can fold clothing like no buddies business.....even size minus six X.....you have got to see it.....in fact the clothing has no intention of relaxing in the moment it could fall out of your car at 30mph and it would not trade its composure......time for a visit....great people every day of the week......

I like the facility however, the young lady that worked the closing shift tonight 10/31/20 was extremely rude and was talking about my friend and I to her co-worker in spanish. Unfortuntely for her I speak and understand spanish fluently. I am not sure why she was clearly bothered by our presences. Perhaps she was concerned that she would not get to leave on time as we arrived about 745 we left at 845. My laundry after 4 rounds in the largest dryer were still very wet and now hanging throughput my place. . I dont think I will return any time soon. The place is however very clean and well maintained that I do like very much. Nothing worse than a filthy laundry mat!!!

During the shelter in place, they changed the last wash to 8:00 PM. The only items that I needed to wash were my bedsheets. I walked in at 7:59 PM, when I was walking to the washer it turned 8 PM. They told me that I could not wash my clothes, that I needed to start the washer at 8:00 PM. I have been coming here for over a year. I use the wash and fold for my clothes and then wash my bedsheets, so I was extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, they lost a loyal customer. The website states the last wash is at 9 PM, so I wasn’t even aware of the time change until I got to the place.

The shop is clean and well kept and organized. I was in this shop late in the day yesterday and theres one attendant, I dont know her name but shes done rudeness to me the 2nd time last night. I only washed 6 pcs of beddings & 1 towel. While I was folding my laundry, she announced 5 minutes then TURNED OFF the lights just on the spot where I was. I was not able to see very well the folding I was doing, I even walked to the other aisle where the light is on while folding a lightweight bed sheet. Her action was so offensive and ill-mannered.

Its great very clean and they have these cool giant laundry bags for $7.50.

I used to like this place not until I have an encounter with their Mexican staff.She was arrogant,needs a thorough training about customer service.She feels likes she own the place.She can treat you well and let you in if youre friends with her.She will let you wait outside if its exceed the capacity of 10 but you can see her friends sitting down playing their phones inside.Beware of their washer/dryer,they malfunction and get your money.If u ask about the refund they will refused.

Clean but rude.During the covid-19 pandemic I have had the worst experience with this business. It went from only one person from every vehicle can enter the building, to you cant stand together, although you entered together, while inside. Then I was told that if I started my clothes and it wasnt done by 10 p.m. that I would be forced to leave and my clothes would have to just be there until the next morning. I cant make this up. Honestly, I begin to take it personal but then I realized, no, the women that work here are just f*cking stupid.

Nice and clean but is a small space with few places to wait or fold your laundry. Don’t get me stared on the Washer to Dryer ratio, the amount of time spent waiting for a dryer is rediculous.

There are only two things that I look for in a laundromat - cleanliness and convenience. Big Wave hits the mark on both! One of the cleanest laundromats Ive ever been to. They have a helpful staff, plenty of machines and wash n fold service for those days that you just dont have the time to sit around in a laundromat.

Awesome honest customer service at this place especially Nancy and Margarita. Being a small biz owner I know how hard it is to have truthful, on time and happy staff and Big Wave employees people like that. My trade is barbering and I use them for my towels and hair capes yet we just returned from holiday so I dropped off my regular laundry Friday. Saturday I work but could not find my 100$ bank roll of 1s, 5s, and 10s. Today on Sunday I go to pick up my wife’s and mines stuff. Nancy tells me she’s been looking for me and hands me my wet bank roll of 100$ I thought I lost. Thanks again Nancy!!My goto for wash and fold. 1.25$ per pound of clothing not sheets or other items.

Wash and Fold Services here are excellent. They are very quick to turn around our loads when we drop them off. Even at $1.25 a pound it is worth the time savings.

Horrible employees. The girl that was working was so rude.. I started laundry at 8 and was almost done and she called the cops on me at 10:04 because I wasnt done and leaving. She told 911 I refused to leave and was causing trouble and she feared for her life, I still had 2 dryers to get done. If The dryers would have dried properly I would have been out by 9:45 but the dryers took an hour to dry 5 pair of pants and 5 towels separate dryers. The cops were nice said the lady does this all the time and there just doing their job. At all cost avoid this place..

Nice, clean, friendly laundry mat. Self serve or have them do your laundry. Reasonable prices and plenty of carts. Good taqueria next door too!

Neat and Clean. It has special deals on specific days, ie free dry with wash. Also, has service to wash, dry and fold if youre having a busy week.

Let me tell you that their wash-n-fold service at $1.25/lb is amazing. I had classes in San Ramon during grad school and I was so busy, I used to bag up my laundry and swing by Big Wave on the way down. They would get anywhere from 50-75 lbs of laundry done in a matter of hours, same day, and every single piece would be folded, stacked and bagged back up in neat little towers... and they text you when they are done. Super easy, super convenient and a great job!My best advice as a repeat customer: ask for extra softener and tip generously. You will love all the time you get back not having to do laundry! I

Clean, employees helpful and courteous. Dryer time is off or on too low, my only peeve. People... get there BEFORE 8:59 for last load. They close AT 10:00 pm!! Maybe YOU wouldnt work there but they do and like YOU they want to go after their shift. Some of you got real nerve!!

I use to really like this place... but never again Two stars only because it is relatively clean...Come here because I do not have to carry a bag of quarters.Decent folding area but the workers take over more then half of the folding tablesI am doing laundry for myself my lady her sister and daughter 2 weeks worth [a ton].When I asked the employees who have 10 carts occupied if I could use 1 or 2 there reaction was as if I wasnt speaking AmericanThis place isnt busy noon on a Monday and yes I am irritated I can not get a single cart or an area to fold my clothesRemaining funds on cards but I will not come back, instead Ill give them to a random homeless person so they can have some clean clothesNow my clothes will be rink led and a pain in the ass to carry to my car from my car to my apartmentItleast I found something to do while standing around since thats all you can do here

I get my clothes done here weekly. Fairly priced, and convenient if youre as busy as I am.

Seems like good prices, ranging from around $2.50 (I think, might be a little less) for the small washer up to $8 for the giant washer, and up to $0.55 for 10 minutes drying time in the bigger dryers. Ive noticed my stuff dries somewhere between 30-40 minutes. All machines work, or seem to be repaired swiftly. My clothes are OK after using the dryers. Ive only used the washers one time after a laundry emergency, and I did notice they smelled like the previous detergent (I use the sensitive/scent-free stuff), and the other times there might have been a slight scent from previous dryer sheets. If that doesnt bother you, rock on with this place.The cards you load your money on usually require several attempts before the machines register them, so be prepared for that. The bathroom is in OK condition, and the attendants are swift to restock toilet paper and paper towels.I will try to update this post if I think of anything else.

I will be contacting a manager. washed and was waiting for my clothes to dry i used my laundromat prepaid money card to access the restroom. The worker knocked on the bathroom door and told me I had to get out The bathroom. I was confused she said I had to wash to use bathroom I did previously and was drying in the dryer. I got my clothes and cofronted her about me being a paying customer and I cannot use the bathroom. She claimed she just saw me walk in and go in bathroom she said she did not know I was washing. I asked her do not judge me like that I am no bum off the streets. Avoid this place rude and prejudice staff.

I have been coming here for about 3 years and I gotta say, this place is top notch. I still come back, even after moving to Vallejo because you just cant beat the service. Machines are great also, no tearing or burn marks on the clothes, ( which is all too common at some laundromats.) This place will stay my go to for laundry services.

They ruined 2 of my nicest shirts. I just bought them and gave them detergent and all and they came back shrunken into crop tops with bleach?! stains. I dont use bleach! 😒 For 80$ Id expect better.

Love this place I called and left a message the owner got back to me right away they are cheap and I always pick up my clothes smelling fresh and they fold them very professional I have used them a couple times now and the workers are extremely nice and always had my clothes done when I needed them done right away will be returning here again

I havent been to a laundromat since I was a kid, so this review is based on what I expected vs what I found. I travel for work but this trip was a couple weeks so I had to do some laundry. This place has a card system, kinda like a preloaded credit card. At first I was confused on how to get started, but I asked the lady working there and she helped me out. You put how ever much you want on the reusable card and it comes out loaded with the money. There were plenty of machines and they went fast, also the place was pretty clean. I was dreading going to do my laundry, but this place more than exceeded what I was expecting. When my job was done I had about $15 dollars still on the card, so on my way to the airport I stopped by and gave the card to a young couple that had lots of laundry to do. If I find myself back in the area, for more than a few days, I would return here.

The staff are very helpful the ladies go out of their way to help one time I had a problem with my cash card in one of the machines I asked the lady that works there for help and she dropped what she was doing came right over and helped me and was very polite about it...

Its a good laundromat. The place is very clean, and the machines are nice. They have multiple sized washers. I use the medium one at $3.75 a load.There is a great little taqueria next door with solid micheladas.The machines take a pre-paid loyalty card.Its easy enough to do, but you must use cash, and the machines dont take anything other than that card. Its actually pretty convenient if you plan to use this laundry all the time.Im only here from time to time, so not so much so for me.

Clean place with new machines including some big ones for comforters and sleeping bags. Very helpful young lady works in there and will help you if you dont normally use a laundromat. She helped me a lot. Thanks.

The staff is great and keep things clean and I never had a problem with my wash. It gets a little packed at times but never seen more than one washer or dryer out of sevice.

I like that its not coin operated. You load cash onto a card. Clean, well-lit, with free Wi-Fi. Restaurant right next door.

As far for the music, it sometimes buffers but thats okay. Not everything is perfect. Id recommend this place, CLEAN BATHROOMS TOO!

The Two ladies I deal with are the Sweetest, Tolerant, or would it be tolerable, thoughtful Ladies . Its upbeat and extremely clean..oh they also have new vending machines and good taste at the variety of various snacks and drinks ... Yeehaw ! And guess where Im going eight now ? Yep down at my hangout !! ...LOL ...

You have to put money on a card then use the card at the machines. The card readers dont work very good. No refunds on money left on the card.

Called, emailed, did everything short of walking in personally to set an appointment for their supposed wash & fold services, but was left unanswered for over 48 hours. They dont pick up the phone when you call, it just seems very disappointing for how much people hype it up, its really not that great when you attempt working with them.
