I was over charged for a product i did not even want. i also was not giving a choice to give tip less than 50%. i came back in to get a full refund and the lady was extremely rude yelling in my face. i will not be using their services ever again and i don’t suggest you dont either

I waited 10 minutes past open for them to show up. Another woman was doing the same. No one ever came. Zero stars for no notice when their store hours said they would be open.

I am disgusted. I asked for a clean up, what I got was a completely different shape brow that is so thin and shapeless that it is going to take several trips to another threading business and months to get back what I had before it was ruined. Not only did she ruin my brows and make me look rediculous but she missed a bunch of obvious hairs that I have to pluck. Dont waste your time.

I never have problems getting in right away. The employees are friendly and thorough. The prices are the absolute best around!!!

Every time Ive been there for threading, they have been excellent! Ive never had to wait long and Ive always been extremely satisfied with the results.
