For a place called eyebrow bar, you expect professionals performing the job. Unfortunately I found out the hard way. Before start I emphasized on how I wanted my eyebrows. When she was done, it was the worst job ever done on my eyebrows. Totally ruined them. Took off almost all of it. And there was nothing I could do about it except pay and leave very upset. My recommendation: do not at least go to this location. Worst eyebrow job I’ve ever experienced. I called the owner but no one has returned my call.

Searching for someone to do my eyes, one day just popped in this place . AMAZING she’s the best!! I’ve been going way to Oakland for years. This is the place if you want amazing eyebrows.The shop is quiet, clean and best of all she’s the BEST you wont be disappointed!

I have been in this place, so today was my second day there and it is Friday. I never saw her before that lady. I had a terrible experience. she is not welcoming, not nice, oh my when she removes my eye brow it was so painful and she is not gentle. what makes me wonder is while she removes my eye brow, she was watching her favorite movie that is so rude. I think I came in the wrong time. please the manager take some steps regarding this. The First Lady that I met there was so nice and she did her job professionally! So this is a great place in a great location don’t let that lady to destroy your business. This happen August 31 Friday around 2:00pm.

Not the same person that did my brows are there. Its always someone new. But today went to get my mustache and chin threaded she was barely removing any hair and she expected me to pay. Ask her to clean it and redo it again politely she said it looks clean.Aint worth it i guess im going back to the one i go to in Downtown Concord Sonya.

Good place to pop in for a quick threading, clean space, nice staff

Today Friday who is working is obsolutely not good in this shop.i was been going to this place on the day it opened.but today I faced so difficulty with her.she is soo rude in threading eyebrows and upper lip.she is not even doing gently.i was decided not to go on the day that she works.

I Brow Bar is open now regular hours.
