Have made reports n nothing has happened.especially ruining vehicles then illegally inspecting them.luvkins auto in Whitefield.n never reported my vehicle being hit n letting it leave inspected.n ruined.8.900.down the drain.never fixed psi fuel pressure n never undercoated.800.00.put paint junk around truck n ate the paint n metal n rockers.n told me I auto do crack.very rude at last day.but know he was bashing in my truck after he would drop me off at home.my truck hasnt been inspectable since I bought it.but now has front end problems big time.was makeing noise the day I brought it home n backed it in yard.driver tire was touching mudflap I found out.i was to scared to drive it n still em.did have Vons check the psi n it still was 77 instead of 44.so he didnt fix it.n I got oil change n guy told me it wasnt undercoated n took a picture for me.t.j auto.so was robbed n ruined my truck I just bought.so 9.000 down the toilet.n he put verbal restraining order on me so he could get away with what he did.just cause he owns businesses in Whitefield n likes crack.i will never try nor need to go to any of his businesses.n should of never inspected my truck.n should of called when it got hit.but I made report n it didnt matter.explotation on disabled woman.n abusive.rude n lier.

BBB helped dispute my case with Shaw Academy.I think communicating through BBB puts some pressure on the company and prompts them to act more quickly. They initially refused to refund my subscription fee and offered a six-month package for free . I was able to turn that offer down through BBB and submit a second message inquiring a refund. This time it was approved. I am truly grateful for the platform BBB provides to facilitate the negotiation between business and customers. While I will certainly be more careful in the future subscribing to free trials, it does feel better to have someone at my back.

I had a very pleasant experience with the BBB. I gathered all of my factual information before putting in my complaint. I thought about all the information they would ask me for, and included it in my complaint. They looked over all of the information, got in touch with the business, and within 10 business days I received a refund into my bank account. I am very happy with the BBB. I am also very happy with the business I filed the complaint against as it was just a misunderstanding. I would do business with both of them again. After experiencing a customer service responsiveness issue with a well known cruise travel agency, I reached out to the BBB and submitted a complaint against the company, noting the company was a member of the BBB. I received an immediate response from the BBB; and, remarkably, I received an immediate response from the Customer Relations Manager of the company which was the target of my complaint.The BBB provided me with critical assistance through facilitating interaction with the company. My issue would not have been resolved had it not been for the BBB. Through the complaint process the BBB stayed in contact with me and was extremely responsive to my questions regarding the process. They were a neutral party that had no connection to the case. Based on my experience with BBB (Better Business Bureau), I would like highly to recommend them if you are victims of fraud.I would like to express my gratitude to the whole staff of BBB, specially to Abygayle Fisher who was engaged with my case, for the excellent work they do to help people.I have never heard about BBB before I was scammed by Shaw Academy educational platform.In brief my story with Shaw Academy begins on 2 Sep 2020 and consists of:- charging me for free trials, unordered and unused materials & lessons.- receiving misleading information and emails, contradictory to the announcements and the Shaw Academy Terms & Conditions.- refusing of refund and refusing to discuss the refund in a written form.I knew about the possibility to raise a complaint against scam with BBB from Facebook group 202403510916809 (Original Shaw Academy / Scam Academy (no Shaw employees)).I wrote to BBB on 29 Sep 2020 and I received almost immediately a confirmation about the raising of my complaint.The website of BBB is very well and understandably designed with options to see and download the status of your case during its course, to add additional attachments and comments.My request was successfully solved already on 19 Oct 2020, despite the multiple controversial emails and responses from the business both to BBB and to me.
I was having a problem with an on-line company, and getting nowhere. I contacted the BBB, and they acted on my behalf, and I was very satisfied with the resolution of my complaint. The BBB was fast, professional and supportive.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND I have had 2 companies deny me legitimate refunds (one charged a $60 restocking fee, one auto-charged my credit card without notification for something I did not want), both with with multiple contacts on my part to attempt to resolve. One trip to the BBB and both disputes were resolved. It is truly amazing.

I am extremely grateful for the services extended to me by the BBB.I have been doing business with Stackry, LLC, a shipping/forwarding company based in Nashua, NH for over three years now. Last month i experienced some shipping issues with them.Being based outside of the U.S.A. (I am actually from Philippines) i felt hopeless and desperate not knowing where or who to turn to for help in having my issues with my shipper resolved, i then sought the help of the BBB.Not knowing how deep i might get myself into, i initially looked at what the BBB stood for and what kind of services they offered. My primary concern then was to have my issue resolved amicably and as peacefully as possible, without much delay and most importantly, without incurring unnecessary expenses just to arrive at a resolution.A week after filing my complaint, i finally got a response from Stackry, LLC (which ignored more than a dozen emails and messages i sent them in a span of two weeks) where they not only acknowledged their shortcoming, but also offered a solution to resolve our current issues and where my items where eventually got shipped out without much hassle or delay.My decision to seek help from the BBB as a final recourse turned out to be a blessing. Coming from the Philippines, i did not expect that the benefits from the services that they offer would extend to me, without much delay, and without much expense. All for FREE.The advocacy of the BBB to maintain honest dealings in the market place through their services has earned my highest respect and admiration. Ive been having problems trying to communicate with a dental service for several weeks over a procedure for my wife. While we had a firm quote (which did not rely on insurance) and paid in full the day of the service, we continued to get additional bills (several hundred dollars extra) and overdue notices - with no explanation. I might add that since I was the spouse and not the client, I had to go through a process to ensure that I was authorized (by my wife) to have access to her health records even though the discussion was only about the reason for additional billing. However, after going through the process, the business still did not provide a single response (three phone calls and one certified letter over a six week period) with an explanation as to the reason for the additional billing (but they had no problems sending an overdue notice). I finally resorted to the BBB. For some reason, I was not able to fill out the online form (got to the end but the final SUBMIT button would not work). I called instead and got a very friendly and helpful response. I was emailed the form, which I filled in, and emailed it back to the person that helped me. He then confirmed receipt and later called to let me know that they would try to get this resolved shortly. It took only three days and I received acknowledgement that the dental service removed the additional charge but still was not given an reason as to why the charge was put there. I am assuming it was an error and they couldnt admit that they made the mistake to me. I went to the BBB since I was concerned the dentist would submit the overdue bill for collection (based on the overdue notices and lack of response) and having to live that nightmare. Thankfully, the BBB got a copy of an invoice from the dentist saying my bill was paid in full - something I could not get directly from the dentist. I am very thankful to the BBB for their help.
Highly Recommend!!!I was going back and forth with a company for a refund that they refused to give me stating that i had signed up for services I did not.Within 10 days BBB had me refunded. It was also so helpful just to feel like someone had my back when it feels like youre outnumbered by a company.
BBB helped me with an issue with RagingBul Financial Services in New Hampshire. BBB was with me every step of the way, they approached the business, and after looking the business indifference toward my request for a refund, they posted on their BBB site that the Raging Bull is not a customer oriented company, and that they did not respond at all to the customer complaints. Educated people, 99% of the time check the BBB website for customers feedback on any company who does business in USA. No one wants to tie in a business relationship with greedy people, and bad products or services. After the BBB rating on BBB website, Raging Bull learned in the hard way, that they were loosing business and they were not growing. Finally I was approached from Raging Bull customer service with a resolution to my complaint and request, that I was happy with. I was happy to see the refund as requested in the first place. BBB helped me to resolve the issue, and the Raging Bull company to correct the bad peoples behaviors in their business, and replace them with people who put the customers first! Thank you BBB for your great help and assistance, keep up the good work!
I contacted the BBB of NH about a business that was not upholding its promises. After my contact with this business, they contacted the business I was having problems with and got back with me the next day.Even though i had contacted the business I was having problems with, they never responded to my request. After the BBB contacted them my problem was solved. If it wasnt for the BBB the Raging Bull wouldnt have responded to me with a positive result.Thanks BBB of Lee, NH.
Im just wondering how BBB is giving Timberland a A+ rating. According to Trustpilot, 83% of customers disapprove of Timberlands way of doing business. It would not surprise me if Timberland was paying them off to receive that rating. Ive been told by more than one person from Timberland that corporate doesnt speak to their customers. Apparently, they think gratitude is a bad thing. They fail to realize that without customers like myself, they dont have a business at all.

Better Business Bureau is not as it appears. They Appear to be a non bias almost governmental organization. They are not, they are a private company that hosts reviews. This would be OK if they did as other private firms do, which is provide a impartial forum for reviews. They do not, instead they use the negative reviews to extort money out of businesses so the bad reviews will go away.

I had a subscription to a service which was not working as advertised.I wrote several complaints to this service and got nowhere. They did not improve anything. I suggested that they transfer me to one of their other services, they still did not respond until I complained to BBB, who then wrote to the service and got them to agree to the transfer immediately.Without the help from BBB I would still be locked into a not-working service.
Recently I had an unsatisfactory experience with a vendor regarding a $12K+ equipment replacement for my home. I felt the invoiced pricing was unfair when compared to published prices for the equipment, and that I was charged for work and items that were not included in the estimate. In 75 years of living, I have never disputed an invoice from a vendor whom I have had work on my home. But this time, the discrepancy between the vendor’s estimate and the cost of what was done, including what was not done, as well as the manner in which I was treated, was just not acceptable, so I entered a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.The Better Business Bureau has rules and a procedure for handling disputes that first got a dialogue going between myself and the vendor, something I was unable to do on my own. After two or three exchanges, the vendor offered to adjust his invoice amount, and even though I didn’t feel the adjustment was enough or fair, I accepted that it was a compromise, and that I wanted to avoid litigation and get on with my life. So I agreed and paid the vendor the adjusted amount.As the incident proceeded, the Better Business Bureau was instrumental in staying neutral and keeping the discussion going. They neither advised nor took any position. The resolution to this incident would never have occurred without their patience and help. The Better Business Bureau was an invaluable resource for me as a forum for having my arguments heard, and more importantly, as a force for resolving my complaint. I am extremely grateful for their help and their aid.
BBB of NH was extremely helpful in resolving an issue that I had with a business. It was a very easy process & I was able to quickly get reimbursed by the company that I had an issue with. I will most definitely contact BBB again should I need assistance.

I bought something from a merchant online, unaware that once they had my credit card number, they would continue to send me products I hadnt ordered, and bill me for them. I reviewed the companys profile on the BBB website, and saw that other consumers of the same product met with the same fate, but that all BBB complaints against this merchant had been resolved.to the consumers satisfaction. I filed a complaint. Within a week, I was telephoned by a company representative, who offered me a satisfactory solution. I have to say, their written response to the BBB was somewhat dishonest, but they did refund my money and suspend their trial on approval program. A rapid and effective solution was provided by the BBB, I am completely satisfied and fully recommend consumers using their service to solve problems with businesses.

Do not consider Heritage Plumbing for any jobs! What they tell you over the phone and what they actually do is not honest at all. Not only are their prices off the wall, you MUST have all of the money that day, whether it be $89, or $3,000. But thats not the only reason Im writing. They charge you $89 to come into your home checking out the issue by flushing the toilet once that took 1 minute total...and then write up a bill that is astronomical PLUS what they would need to do after they checked out the issue the second time.
We had a local auto shop charge for parts and services that they never installed on the vehicle. They had commited fraud both against us and the insurance company. We filed a BBB complaint for the first time and were very satisfied with the quick remedy

Lincare has been charging me each month--and my health insurance company--for months for equipment that they acknowledged removing from my home on 3/15/17.
