Looks like a lot of bad reviews and snappy reply??? just thinking I need some work but think I will pass you ask why one star??? I dont know you just looked at the reply left by others you did work for.1 it is best to not make legal threats open for others to read it will give you a bad reputation2 Some replied you charged much more then the price given up front bad for business contractors should know the cost of materials before a price is given.3 Never be or appear rude to a costumer Word of mouth is worth more then most know. I know you run into mean nasty people at times but it is best to overlook it.i owned a small business from the 60s to 2015 when I retired and sold out.My Father owned a construction business from 1942 - 1980 and the price he gave was the price the customer payed even if it cost him money on the job.As I said I need some work did on my house and I am 78 years old and cant do it my self.I live a christian life and respect others and try my best to treat others as I wish to be treated.Thank you and may God bless you in these troubled times, and hope you get much great feedback.

Great job quickly assembling and hanging three ceiling fans.

Mike and his staff were on time, clean, and did a very good job! This work was for my elderly parent. Mike and his assistant were gracious, kind and did all the work efficiently and carefully. No detail was overlooked in ensuring that my parent was very happy with the work completed! I would highly recommend Mike and will be using his services again for my home and the homes of my daughter and my mom!

Very good work with a bad attitude. Quality of work is five stars. Dealing with Mike is one star. Mikes recently performed a small repair to my home. It appeared I had been overcharged and nicely asked the bill be reviewed. The response over two plus days consisted of personal attacks and disparaging comments about my profession and said I was a know-it-all. I dont claim to know it all, but do know a piss-poor attitude when I see it. If you call Mike for a repair, the work will likely be done correctly. The downside is you may encounter Mikes dark side. Just my opinion.

Contacted Mike to replace some baseboards in our home that our 7 month old puppy chewed up. I was quoted $250 for the project over the phone and in my home. When Mike and his guys showed up to complete the project I let them know that I would be out back with both my dogs to stay out of their way, but if they needed anything to come get me. Two and a half hours later I realized the two men who came with Mike were no longer at the home and an hour and a half after I realized they were no longer at my home Mike called me to tell me he was charging me $525. More than double the price he quoted me. When I asked what constituted the price difference I was informed that the materials and labor were double what he thought they would be. At no point did anyone stop to come ask me if I wanted to move forward with the project since I would be charged $275 more than what I was originally quoted. To add insult to injury a week later Mike puts a note in my door that he was putting a lien on my home for lack of payment. Mind you I never received an invoice for the job. Needless to say, I will never recommend him to anyone and my suggestion is to stay away. Not only is he unprofessional the work completed is shaky to say the least.
