He is honest, reliable, accessible, fast responder, sees every detail - I love that he is a bit obsessive compulsive - you NEED that because he cares about it all - quality, aesthetics, output, impact. He will be a trusted thought partner to you throughout the journey and you will hardly get frustrated.- The team - the workers were all great. Conscientious and quality work. Willing to re-do things and accommodate.- Timely - only about 2 weeks delayed overall, and totally understandable as some materials didnt arrive on time.- Budget - this is a big thing for all of us homeowners and I heard so many stories from friends that went over their budgets by so much. Trust Jacob when he commits to the ballpark because he wont swindle you or come up with new ridiculous add ons. This was huge in forming trust with him and the team. Bathroom Remodel w/ Jacob, Saul & Rigo — My wife Alex and I are very satisfied with the work that Saul & his team were able to complete in a relatively short period of time (~2 months from start to finish). Jacob, the lead contractor @ Green Group takes point on the project with high energy and conviction to bring the best product possible to life. As plans changed throughout, he took them in stride and really worked hard to partner with us. The pictures speak for themselves -- was that Poseidon filling the tub? Is that now a skylight in the fully enclosed glass steam shower? Saul has the skills to do most anything on site. The quality and amount of tile work done, we have to give Rigo credit where credit is due! Happy buyers over here. Quality work at very fair prices.

We are very happy with our new kitchen! Green group removed one wall and pushed back another wall so that we could have a bigger kitchen that includes ample cabinets and an island. The quality of work was great, especially the tile work, dry wall and painting.They also raised the floor in our sunken living room which required them to raise the electric outlets too. All in all, very nice job.

Over the summer we were looking to remodel a bathroom in the basement in-law unit of our home. This project was not large in scale, but highly complicated given a tight space and the age of our home (100+ years old). Also, bringing the bathroom up to current building code required a significant amount of intricate work, especially with the plumbing and electrical wiring. We sought several bids during our process, and upon meeting Jacob we knew that Green Group would be right contractor for us! Jacob was honest from the get-go about the potential challenges of this project and told us up front what would be required in terms of the complexity of the work, cost, and timing. We appreciated his honesty, fairness, and willingness to be flexible should issues arise and changes need to be made to the project scope.The Green Group crew could not have been more hard-working, honest, and nice to deal with. They are just good people, and moreover excellent at their craft. The crew worked to a fast timeline and performed well in every facet. One could not ask for a more professional group, and people who are just hard-working, patient, and pleasant to be around! We had multiple changes to this project, and a very difficult process to obtain City approval of the work. Through it all, Jacob and crew handled themselves professionally, patiently, and with the utmost integrity. Communication was excellent, as Jacob reached out to us daily with updates and to answer our questions (we had many through this process!!!).Perhaps the ultimate endorsement is that we gave Green Group more work upon seeing the excellent results in our bathroom! They ended up renovating the adjacent office space and storage area of our home, and we are equally pleased with their quality work. We cannot recommend Green Group more highly. My wife and I had been itching to transform our backyard since the day we moved in to our new home, and Green Group Remodeling helped us achieve our vision. We worked with Jacob - whos great: very communicative and flexible - and his fantastic team to build a beautiful Redwood deck, flagstone patio, and contoured garden spaces that truly fit out needs. Like all construction projects, there was back and forth, and sometimes initial discussions or plans dont always map to expectations. This is where Jacob and Green Group really shined. Seeing what we initially planned for the flagstone patio come to life, there were a few aspects of the design that werent sitting well with us, but Jacob reacted to our needs and ideated with us in person, and we arrived at a beautiful solution very quickly. The entire team was professional, through and through. We definitely recommend Green Group - and Jacobs folks in particular. A+ fellas. We love our back yard.

We hired Jacob + Green Group to redo our master bathroom. After bidding out to 4 companies, Jacob walked in the door and made us feel like we could get exactly what we wanted with the timeline and budget we had imagined. What we have learned, from past experiences, is the money and timeline get thrown out the window once the project starts. This was not the case with Green Group. Although once we exposed the floors/walls we discovered wood rot, Jacob and team worked late/weekends to keep us on track with a minimal change order.We now have a brand new bathroom that we adore. The entire crew was a pleasure to have in our home. So much so that once the bathroom was complete, we hired them for three other projects that we wanted to have done in the house (carport lift, skylight in bedroom, moving a closet).We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Daniel Lusky was our general contractor and he and his crew far exceeded our expectations. He was upfront and honest from day one. Bravo, well done!We had our kitchen remodeled, the most beautiful tile backsplash installed, a quartz 2 level countertop fabricated, a window installed (on a 3rd story loft) and all of our floors and moulding replaced with luxury vinyl and all sorts of little things in-between. I cannot think of even one negative experience in the entire process. Adam Biton walked us through every stage, let us know what to expect, updated us on the timeline, and came to check up on the job progress, and quality every single day. His attention to detail and customer service was unparalleled. The crew was super knowledgable and all were very skilled craftsmen. They were very professional, worked hard and were very respectful and conscientious--wearing masks all the time--even in the horrible heat of August. One week into the project, after everything was torn out, we ran into a huge structural problem that no one couldve anticipated. Adam came out immediately, switched the crew to another task on the project, had a structural engineer out the very next day, and he had an engineered plan to address the problem the day after. He kept everything rolling when other contractors might have had a several week delay. We stayed on schedule! Any hiccup was addressed immediately and resolved the same day. I was very appreciative that Adam kept the project moving, knowing our family was having to live without a kitchen and 1/2 of our house.If you are looking for a high quality, reasonably priced, responsive, and reputable contractor--dont hire anyone else--call Green Group Remodeling! We hired Green Group to help us remodel our bathroom. Our bathroom was quite old and was in need of a refresh. Adam, our project manager, was fantastic to work with. Ive had the pleasure to work with Daniel and his team to remodel our bathroom. One of the best things about Green Group is that we always felt like we were part of the process, Daniel guided us from the design process, to getting the permits, to inspections, all the way until the final walkthrough.
