My husband and I just purchased a new vehicle from Banks so we have a free oil change. We dropped the car off the night before and they told us it will be done the next morning and we would receive a call. We didnt hear back until about 1pm and the receptionist was very rude and mentioned if we hadnt gotten a call then the car wasnt ready — we asked her to check anyway and the vehicle had been done for hours. It was unfortunate we had a wait around most of the day — but appreciative of the free oil change, tire rotation, and wash/vacuum.

Went in for a state inspection and they were able to get me in immediately. Took over an hour but got my car back washed and vacuumed :)

I have been having my truck serviced at Banks since I bought it. Always friendly, professional and courteous. I have never had an issue with their service. They seem to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

Bottom Line. I was misinformed, pressured to move my business to Banks from a competitor assured I would receive all the same deals and quoted better pricing if I would receive rebates. Very transparent in my questioning if Banks was an authorized dealer since I saw no applications and did not see them on the manufactures website. Made to feel ignorant and told no worries. In fact banks staff went into great depths of inaccurately educating me how credit lines work and how rebates work. My concerns were validated and Banks was 100% inaccurate when it came time to satisfy the bill. Manager said he would call and speak with manufacture and get back to me on Monday (the next business day). Followed up with a walk in on Tuesday and told me he would work on it that day and get back to me. Three days later no contact made to me.Ended up paying 100 more when it came to satisfy the bill after installation because they were not correct. Maybe even more if I can’t get this partial manufacture rebate. Pay first, won’t trust them with anything more than basic service. I found basic service for oil changes wonderful but will not ever trust them for anything further. Nice waiting area

In for a basic service. Waiting hour and a half, still not done. Bought the car here, back for 2d service. Hate the fact that you cannot make an appointment for oil and service. We drove an hour to get here. Waste of my time. I may buy another car here, but will not be back for service. I have many options, so I dont have to put up with this. They can do better if they really want to. Its supposed to be customer service, but leaves a lot to be desired.

Always use Banks for service on my GM vehicles. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very nice waiting area with a kids room, Wifi, TVs, complimentary coffee, Tea and hot chocolate. Ive purchased my last 5 cars there and look forward to doing it again.

Absolutely top-tier service. Everyone from the greeter, to the service rep, to the mechanic, to the cashier are interested in your full satisfaction. Very well-trained staff. The breakfast sandwiches at the cafe are a nice touch...

Bank Chevrolet GMC ALWAY provides Exceptional, Prompt Service. Very Satisfied with their Service and Sales Departments. Im sure that the reason that Banks is the #1 GM Dealership in New England is they work hard at making their customer their #1 priority.

Great buying experience, the process was easy which is all I could ask for. Called Keith Mello on a friends recommendation, talked for a few about the vehicle I was looking for and he called back with options within a few minutes and their pricing beat another local dealer by about $3,000 on a new GMC Sierra with no haggling whatsoever. No pressure after that, it was a nice experience. Finance department (Steve) was super easy with no pressure to upsell a bunch of stuff. Overall it was the best new vehicle purchase I have had in years.
