It took 4 phone calls & 2 email attempts to reach someone to be able to schedule the 1st (7500 mile check) routine maintenance service appointment for my new car. They performed basic minimal service, no car wash or even a quick interior vac. We are still under covid restrictions, but there were no paper mats in the car when i picked it up, and it wasnt wiped down after anyone worked on it. They checked tile pressure, but did not replace one of the tire air valve caps. I expected better service care for my new car than what i received.
The entire staff in the Service Dept were extremely helpful well informed.Jamie the service writer was especially friendly and helpful. The Service Manager was also great. We appreciated the follow up texts and notice of the jobs completion in a timely manner. I booked an appointment for a recall, Future Hyundai had a time slot two weeks earlier than the other dealer near me. But I don’t mind to drive 15 extra miles to Future Hyundai to get the recall done earlier.The recall was completed in half day, and they noticed me right away so I can pick up the car around noon. That is efficient.I will have my future routine maintenance there due to the good service experience.
Brought my 2020 Tucson in for periodic maintenance on a Tuesday. The service representative was one that had assisted me a few times and always very courteous and attentive to my visit experience. She accurately approximated the time it would take for the visit and always very thorough about ensuring key items about my vehicle gone over. This place continues to reinforce that my Tucson purchase here was a great decision!
Everyone at the scheduling end and on the day of my service has friendly, helpful and honest. Really appreciated the quality treatment! Also enjoyed getting text messages on their progress, updates, and pick up times.
My experience at this dealership is the best one I’ve had so far. Jimmy, Melissa, and Richard all made this experience memorable. They were all very personable and friendly! I have been here several times for my oil service. The last time I came in I couldnt get a car wash so I gave them 4 stars. The associate that helped me called me a few times back to back so I answered thinking was an emergency and it was just asking why I rated them they way I did and if they give me a car wash could I change it. I was upset that they called me like that but changed my score to 5 stars. This time around I had first thing in the morning appointment at 8:00am. I walked up the street to have breakfast after I was done I walked back up and my car was already parked and ready. Waited for a associate to help me I was told I needed a new filter and when I asked why I wasnt called to see if I wanted them to go ahead and replace it I was told they are busy not to busy to change filter but to busy to have let me know ahead of time to let them know to change it. But if I didnt mind waiting they could take my car back and replace it. I was upset because this is the point of the service to check whats wrong and fix it. I just paid and left. Without the filter change.
Maribel has always been very helpful and provides great customer service. I have gotten our cars serviced here for over 7 years now and the service she provides has been the best. She is one of the reasons we choose to keep coming back to get our cars serviced. Along with being personable, she is very informative on what needs to be done on our car without bringing in too much jargon for someone who isnt knowledgeable on car maintenance (which is why we go get it serviced). I had a very satisfying experience. Maribel was personal, pleasant, and helpful in answering my questions as well as going over the multi point inspection findings. I find the recommendations helpful yet I was not pressured to resolve them immediately. I went in because my car wouldn’t start if I if I didn’t drive it for a day or two. It was found that the master lock was drawing the battery. Hyundai provided information of cost and the length of time of the backlog to order the part. They washed my car too!
My car was being serviced at Future Hyundai of Concord for a week and the customer service I received throughout the whole week was no less than excellent. My service representative, Maribel, called me everyday (even multiple times a day!) to give me updates every step of the way! She quickly got me in a loaner car for the time I didnt have my car, she always called within every time frame she gave me, and more. Burning smell outside of my car. No sign of leaks. No warning lights. Took it in for check to see why the smell.It was a plastic bag melted up on the muffler.$98. to scrape it off. IF I knew this it would be fine to leave it and let burn off. But I needed peace of mind in case something worse. Expensive learning lesson. Ill be more careful.
They are courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and one can now book an appointment online avoiding a wait for an employee on the phone. My concerns are always addressed and the service staff will discuss various options for any service recommended. I have been a satisfied customer for @11 years.

My nearby Hyundai dealership closed, so I made the roughly hour long trip out to Future Hyundai for a service appointment, and other issues (recall, etc.). Jamie listened to, and noted my concerns, and repeated everything back to me to confirm my cars needs when preparing the estimate. This attention to detail was an unexpected plus, as in the past Ive had issues when other dealerships glossed over things and missed key details.I passed time at the Veranda Mall, which is a block away, per Jamies suggestion when I asked about nearby malls. Service took about 2 hours, and I was promptly notified by phone when my car was ready. Pickup was a cinch, and every single issue was addressed satisfactorily. The service team did an outstanding job!

Called in to check if they had availabilities, got one on the date I needed, confirmation was sent to me and location was easy to find. Julie checked me in gave me the procedure of what will go on and what needed to be done. Gave a price and break down of all things that would be taken cared of and sent me off with a lift to my home for the time being. I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Sonata last year & recently they recalled this model for their defective trunk latch.I found this out the hard way, as my trunk is currently being held closed by a rope.I called ahead to set an appointment with the dealership to fix it, assuming they would provide the part since it was recalled, I didnt expect these people to try to scam me for $200+ to fix a trunk latch that shouldve been taken care of for with a small service fee, if not for free. (Mind you the piece itself isnt worth more than $40)So they left me high and dry with a half open trunk thats honestly a hazzard on freeways but its obvious theyre only concerned about money, Definitely the type of dealership to take advantage of women & POC who dont have too much knowledge about cars.

Over 2 hours for an oil change is crazy ( always I show up WITH appointment). I can get it way faster and cheaper. Overcrowded appointments. Not first time lately. And the service is hot and cold, nothing above average. They have lots of flow at the service so I dont think they care about customer experience as much as before.A few years after .. down from 5 to 1 star. Too much to explain and too many things happened to consistently over time
This is not the first time we have had poor service from this dealership. They misrepresented the availability of a car when we wanted to buy one and then kept our $10,000 deposit for a month.This time we had a problem with our Hybrid battery cooling system that had happened before but they didnt bother to check or offer a plan to fix the problem other than charging us to look at the car and do nothing.Despite the fact that we paid for a Hyundai extended warranty they still charged us to look at the car.Our opinion is that this dealership is dishonest and only looking to get or keep our money.We like Hyundai and like our Sonata Hybrid, just dont do business with this dealership. Our problem is that they are the closest to our home so when we dont know how drivable the car is we got stuck.

This dealership people are very suspicious. I did bring my car to exchange and when they did the inspection they didn’t take me with them. I didn’t hear from them if they found anything wrong with my car, but a month and half later a got a bill of $5000.00 dollars for repairs on the car. Wich is very illegal to do. Make a deal on a new car before informing the customer what is wrong with the car being trade.I will give 0 stars to this place If I could. Don’t go here.Very rude people too.
Unfortunately I did not have the same experience here as I did in 2016 when I purchased my car. My daughter and I were here on Saturday August 21st for over 5 hours. Just when we finally were ready to sign on a reasonable monthly payment of $350, we were introduced to one of their finance guys. He stated that because of our mediocre credit and low income the payment would be $450! Mind you I was co-signing and I own a house and have a double income with my husband. He said the banks dont see that. This was for a lease on a 21 Elantra. When we walked out we were stopped and asked if we could put $600 more down($3600) then we could get the $350 payment, Or $3,000 down with a $390 monthly payment. I said NO because at this point I knew they were playing games and wasting my time. Needless to say after all of this WE LEFT!About an hour later I get a text from Chong offering $2700 down with a $350 monthly payment. SMHLong story short we went the next day to Honda and my daughter got an SUV instead for a much lower payment and down plus its a 2022. And I found out that my credit score was much higher. Hyundai purposely uses the lowest one to charge a higher interest rate.Side Note: While we were at Honda, Chong offered a 2022 Hyundai Kona, $3k down, $350 per month. Then later said she was mistaken but she still had the Elantra. Good Grief.Today is Tuesday, this all happened on Saturday. Chong sent me yet another text today offering a 2022 Elantra that they just got in. Yet on Saturday she told me they would not get another Elantra until next month because of the high demand for Elantra.I would not recommend Future Hyundai of Concord. Furthermore, do your research and come prepared at any dealership.
All questions were answered in an incredible timely manner and my new Kona was delivered straight to my driveway; I was even able to sign all paperwork from the comfort and safety of my home. This was definitely the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had!

Salesmen are salesmen. They will pretend to be nice to you until you buy a car then forget about you. We worked with Sohail on 2/16/2021 to buy a used Hyundai from this dealership and the process was fine up until we had to drive off. As we left, we were told that there is a second key for the car but that it was locked in the service center, which was closed by the time we left (we had waited a couple hours just to finish finance paperwork). We were told that there is a second key and he would find out where the key was the next day and that he would let us know if we could pick it up and if not, they would make a new key and send it to us. A few phone calls later and we still have nothing. Every time we call someone says they will find out where the key is and call us back. Never did we get a call back. It’s been a frustrating process.Also, the car is supposedly equipped with the “Ultimate Package” but it didn’t even have a cargo cover, which is included in the package. Another red flag to add to the list.

First off, this story is a lil long. So here we go. Went to this dealership just to check them out. Wife already narrowed down her options between a Honda Pilot and the Kia Teluride. But the agent at the Honda dealership in Concord could not even satisfy our queries regarding the vehicle like he was in a hurry to get home, ended up giving our contact number in case they could get back with us. I know during this pandemic, hours of operation has been cut short but that was the only time we had after getting off from work too. We then went to Kia in Concord and the agent there just kept throwing numbers and how they were selling their Palisade like hot cakes. In short he didnt even bother showing us a vehicle, like we could not afford it. We went home frustrated. Couple of days later and a lot more research, wife was more focused on the Honda Pilot. Honda then called us and wanted our Honda experience rating. We told them our not so good experience. They asked us to give them another chance and we did. Alas, nobody even bothered to accommodate us, after being there for a good 15 minutes we left. Wanted to go visit Kia again, but along the way I remembered Hyundai was also in the area. We decided to just take a look. As soon as we parked, this guy was all smiles and greeted us, I even told my wife were just gonna look. We introduced ourselves and he asked us what we were in the market for and I just told him that were just looking around and that we already narrowed it down to the Pilot and Teluride. He then politely introduced us to the Palisade as the closest to the Teluride with little differences here and there. We went to the lot and saw this vehicle and fell in love with it. Then he brought one out for us to test drive without us asking. Good thing we did, we drove around and parked away from the dealership where we could inspect the vehicle without any pressure. We checked the backseat and the 3rd row seat was just perfect! Loved the headlight, standard safety equipment, etc... I could tell, wife just wanted to bring the car home. So went back to the dealership and started working on the numbers. Jimmy (sales manager) sealed the deal. But would not have happened if Naveed wasnt there to begin with. He was just very pleasing to deal with and after a couple of weeks has passed, he was still the same guy when we had some inquiries. So, thank you Naveed and Jimmy. This was our first Hyundai and just leased it to have a feel for the brand for a good 3 years. After that, if everything goes well, we will be back for another. So, anyone out there whos in the market for this vehicleor the brand itself, please give this dealership a try.
New 2022 Tuscon Vehicle is a disaster. Car was brought in from some other dealer or Port. Car went dead within 1 month for NO reason, rarely used car. had to call towing company and now waiting for dealer. DO NOT PURCHASE OR LEASE TUSCON 2022.

Service hardly picks up the phone anymore, or if you leave them a messages they dont get back to you at all at times. Use to be a great place before the pandemic, now it seems like everyone in a hurry or rushed.

I bought a car from here two days ago. I was waiting for my second pair of key because it was in service. Ive had to call them three days in a row and no one has gotten back to me about where the specific key is at. The manager did not even apologize and just kept saying what am I supposed to do make the key magically appear? As a customer who bought a car literally two days ago I felt very disrespected and very frustrated with the lack of communication and clarity in this process. He also literally asked if it was in my contract that I would receive two pairs of keys when the sales person told me that I would receive two. I would not recommend anyone go here to buy a car. Their lack of professionalism is very low and as soon as you buy a car its like they dont even care about you anymore. This was extremely frustrating I still do not have my second pair key.
Ive been coming here since Dec 2012. My last visit was great for 105k miles serv. My favorite person still works in the Service Team Department. Eyes on something else now to purchase.

I came in for some service when my leased vehicle was having engine trouble while on a road trip passing thru town. I was helped by Dominic, who is an absolute super star. Dominic was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved in no time. He also identified a minor recall on my vehicle and got it fixed while I was there.
