Thank you tire warehouse for actually balancing my tires correctly unlike the past 2 places I’ve been. amazing customer service from everyone!

This tire warehouse is fun, fast and friendly. Theresa is the tire queen. I was so excited about my new tires she rolled them out to give me a look on my rims before they put them on. Truly an above and beyond move for a tire freak like me. (Thanks Theresa you are truly the best). While waiting for my tires to be mounted in the waiting room, a gentleman came in to ask where he could get some weird tiny mini bike tire inflated and they did it for free with a simple “come see us when you need tires for your car!”. The only negative I can give you is they are honestly SO BUSY, they are so popular for tires in the area that sometimes it’s hard to get a time a slot and if you give the store a call you will always be placed on hold, but very understandable for the amount of customers they are servicing, I hope to see them expand their staffing.

Unbelievable Experience. Literally, I cant believe the price and service here. I had a blown 5th wheel camper tire. I already had a replacement tire, just needed it mounted and balanced. I called and they said “no problem, we will get u right in, 5min job, $20. 😳 WHAT? … I get there and the lobby is crowed with customers. I dropped off my tire & wheel & went next door to vacuum out my truck and before I could simply vacuum the floors, it was done. Then they only charged me…. well lets just say it was less that $20 for mounting & balancing a 10 ply camper tire! Doug was super cool, friendly. I am a TN guy, lost up in the Northeast and he could have got me for lots of $$$, but they chose professional service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Went to have 2 tires changed and after finding out that all 4 tires were bad. They quoted me 3 different options. I picked out a set and they found out that they didnt have a full set. They upgraded me for another set at the original price. Service was awesome. I will be bring all my cars to them. I also have 30 years as a technician. It was great to get same service as I give.

I went in with the thought that i needed my entire tire replaced from a slow leak little did i know that it could be repaired. The staff were friendly, and welcoming. As well as pet friendly. I would highly recommend going to tire warehouse. Ask for Doug the man who attended to me was awesome. Whether his name was Doug or not. The service has done quickly, and properly. If he you have Any tire needs l... Id recommend going there. There only question left to ask is Who is the Real Doug? I may never know. #outstanding

Not super organized but 100% helpful and they do whatever they can to accommodate you. They got my 33 trailer into their small yard when others couldnt. Sara and Doug were awesome. Would use again!

I brought my daughters car in for a very slow leak in one tire. They were very busy, but offered me an appointment later that day. When I arrived they took care of the issue quickly (ground down the rim of the tire where it was not sealing) and didnt charge me anything! I will definitely be back when its time for new tires!

I needed to replace 2 tires and get a front end alignment. The Tire Warehouse employees on Manchester Street really do a great job. The timeline was spot on. The efficiency was outstanding. Price for service was reasonable also.

Awesome experience, was down to two employees and still took my truck in at 5:30 for 4 tire mount and balance. Both stayed untill 7pm to make sure the job was done, and done correctly. Highly recommend!

I got a flat tire around the corner and managed to get my (deflated) spare on after a while. Tire warehouse was close and came highly recommended so I called and they said they could fit me in to repair my tire. I pulled up and they were pretty busy but everyone calm and hard at work. The manager fixed my tire in 10 minutes and filled all my tires and I was good to go! He didn’t charge me a penny and made that unfortunate flat tire a success story! I can’t thank them enough and plan to go back to get new tires. All the staff were friendly and welcoming despite the constant flow of customers. Go here if you need anything tire related!!

Awesome experience this morning. Woke up to a low tire which has been a chronic issue. Stopped in was greeted by Toby went inside and was in and out within 15 mins! Staff was super nice and friendly. Best experience yet with a tire shop.

Staff was friendly. Was able to get an earlier appointment. Staff was able to easily correct an issue with selected tires when appointment was made online. Will definitely be going back in the future

I was in need of quick service. I had a flat tire and with an unforgiving full work schedule, you can understand I was in a panic. After calling my dealership they were a day out to help. I called tire warehouse next and they said bring it right in. I was there no more than 15 min and they didn’t even charge me. Super good service! I will definitely recommend them and will go back myself.

Came in for a popped tired and needed a plug. Only waited about 5 minutes for them to fix it and put it back on my car. They also went ahead and checked my tire pressure and set it to the right PSI. Went to pay and they said no need, it was only a tire plug. 10/10 customer service and efficiency. Highly recommend

I have had the best service each and every time I have come to Tire Warehouse. From purchasing tires, to fixing a flat and tire rotations they are always helpful and polite.

The service technician and technician that worked on my vehicle were both excellent! I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair issue and they were able to complete the work within an hour! They were thorough, explained the issue and were able to get me on my way in a timely manner.

There were some initial glitches where the corporate offices and warehouses sent the wrong amount and the wrong size of tires several time resulting in a weeks delay But the manager Doug kept me informed at all times and caused no Real inconvenience and the tires are on and it looks good and were very happy Doug had his men check our alignment and found no issues he did that as a courtesy for our inconvenience This is my 3rd time dealing with this particular site and there have been no glitches until this last time and they were quickly solved I will continue to bring my tire business to this shop

Best price to mount and balance. It was like $15/tire and there is also online coupons. This place need a good remodel and better time management but I would probably go back again if nothing else is cheaper. Staff could use some training about customer relations, but they were respectful.

I called needing my tires balanced and the guy that answered told me to come right over after struggling with a different location I was happy to get them done asap. I was in and outta there in less than 20 minutes!! Awesome people and fast service couldnt be happier!!

Brought my daughters car up with a very slow tire leak that I could not find. Was putting air in it every few days, so it was real slow. 5 minutes and they found it (bead leaking) and dismounted the tire from the rim, cleaned up the rim and remounted. I was there less than a half hour from beginning to end, they even topped off the other tires. I was also pleased to see the torque wrench come out when they put the tire back on. Highly recommend them for your tire needs!

Doug and his staff are the best. They actually care about customer service. I have been buying my tires at tire warehouse in concord for 15 years. I do not even bother checking pricing anymore I know they have the best prices, but more important than price is customer servicer. No matter how many people are swarming around the place dough stays calm and focused. You have a problem he will find a way to fix it. He also explains where you fall in line, and always beats his estimated time. No one takes more pride in their customer service than the concord tire warehouse. If you buy your tires elsewhere you paid too much, and I promise you if you have an issue they will not help you like Concord tirewarehouse.

It took 5 times to get the alignment correct. Usually a great place I wouldnt suggest it for alignments.

I have had the pleasure of going to tire warehouse on Manchester Street twice in the last 2 months for tires on both my vehicles. Brian has been amazing! I wasn’t sure how many tires I needed on one of my cars and I was worried they would convince me I needed 4 (just for the money) but that’s not how it went! I only needed 2. I came went there today 10/29/2020, they were a little backed up, due to short staffing. For example my appointment was at 1:30 and it ran a little over 3. I worked with the manager Doug? He was constantly moving because of the volume of work they had to do as well as his associate. The both of them never quit, smiling or working, and pushing through the orders. I always get great deals at tire warehouse, but today the service made me happy. Yes I was very happy to wait for my tires. Doug and Sarah both show that good employees still do exist.

Craig and the team at the Manchester Street location took care of business! I paid the location on Fisherville Road already to do the job. I returned 2 days later with tires down 17 psi and was told there was no leak. Their manager confirmed! I went to Manchester Street and they found the leak by the weights and re-did everything entirely. Go to Manchester Street location to have it done right the first time!!

We were 2 hours from home had just bought a used boat/trailer. Unfortunately the trailer tires were dry rotted. I called many places before we got on the road to head home looking for tires. Stores weren’t open & the ones that were didn’t have the size we needed let alone a matching set. Then finally I found the Manchester St location, I spoke with a pleasant young man by the name of Craig and he assured they could help us. It took us a while, but we finally got there. Craig came out to the car and met us and he and Toby got right to work on the trailer. They were so very nice, knowledgeable & most of all helpful! Brought my car here to get a tire looked at because it had a slow leak. The check in process was super easy the front desk person I believe his name was Brian had a Glorious beard and was wicked busy but was still very calm and professional. I dropped my car off and the next day he called and said you’re all set and they didn’t charge me for anything.These guys are great! I highly recommend them

This place literally saved my day! I was already on a donut when it blew, it was raining down pretty good and I had nobody around to help. I called many places, none could help with what I needed. I had another tire to put my rim on but needed it to be mounted at a shop and no way to get to a shop. This place, no questions said theyd send someone out to get my other tire, take it back, mount it AND bring it back. No charge!!Highly recommend this place, am already getting my next set of tires from these guys!
