Just got home with my 2022 Impreza and I gotta tell you I not only had a great experience but every single person I dealt with was awesome. Derek my sales guy was great as was Zakk the sales manager. Could not recommend them enough. Thanks again guys, I love the car.
Their service center is absolutely amazing. No matter what I bring my Subaru in for, they are able to help. They are incredibly professional and very willing to accommodate my schedule. I would highly recommend them
I never thought I would be writing a review for a car dealership much less giving a five star review. This past Friday I traded in my 2009 Outback and purchased a 2021 from ERS. The whole process was so easy, comfortable and efficient. It far exceeded my expectations of what purchasing a new car would involve.Brett and Allen were wonderful to deal with from our initial online interaction to texts to emails and finally a comfortable and efficient in person closing.I cannot Ed Reilly Subaru highly enough. Fantastic experience!
Its probably unusual to write a Google Review for a dealership where you did NOT end up buying a car, but let me explain. I was in the market for a new Subaru, unsure of whether to lease or buy. I stumbled into a website (cant remember which one) that put out a bunch of feelers for me to Subaru dealers all over the Concord/Manchester/Nashua area. I found myself inundated with emails, texts, and calls from eager salespeople. Among them was communication from Jenn Spinney at Ed Reilly Subaru in Concord. She stands out because she was quick to respond, very warm and helpful, eager to gain my business, but not in any way pushy or aggressive. She made me a fantastic offer, right within my budget, but when faced with a couple very comparable and excellent offers, I felt the only fair way to decide was to take the offer that had come in first. Hence, I did not end up buying from Jenn at Ed Reilly. However, even when I let Jenn know I had leased a car elsewhere, she was warm and congratulatory and thanked me for the opportunity to assist me. I feel that the least I can do is to give Jenn and Ed Reilly a shout out for some very gracious and helpful legwork. I have no doubt that anyone in the market for a Subaru would be well served by working with Jenn!
This isnt so much about buying a car but its more about being good humans. My 89 year-old dad bought a subaru there about 8 years ago and he has gone back in for service over the years. This past week he heard a beeping sound while driving and since he was out he brought it over to the service department. Someone very kind nicely explained it was his cell phone and actually helped him turn it off. Thats the kind of thing that youll never see on a balance sheet but its the kind of thing that should make the business proud.
The best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I had been looking for a WRX several months and engaged with several Subaru dealerships in NH and MA. I found what I wanted at Ed Riley subaru! I bought a 2020 WRX Limited certified preowned from Derek S. I took the car out for a test drive while my trade in was appraised. When I returned, Derek had a print out with the important payment info and trade in offer for my 2017 Kia soul. No pressure, at all! Only one email thanking me for coming in. There was no need to haggle because the price was so good and the offer for my trade in was the best I had received. About 2 weeks after I purchased the car, the tire pressure light went off. They were unable to find the source of the leak, they resealed the tired and replaced the stem, no cost to me. The light went off again a few days later, while I was heading north for the weekend. I called over and they were able to get me right in. After closer investigation, a slash was found on the tire. The Sales manager inspected and replaced the tire with no cost to me! I know most places would have told me I was out of luck and I would have had to pay $300+ for a new tire, not Ed Riley!! They also gave me a 2021 cross trek loaner to go up north with so I didnt have to cancel my weekend plans.Ed Riley subaru is where you need to go if you are looking to buy a new or used subaru. Dont even bother looking elsewhere.
I had an amazing experience with Ed Reily Subaru. They promptly answered the phone and addressed all of my concerns. My subaru was quickly repaired and a loaner car was offered in the meantime. Kent and Josh were particularly helpful, informative and attentive. I was extremely happy with my experience and would 10/10 recommend to a friend and happily return for future needs.
Have bought two Foresters from ERS. Both times an excellent experience. Will be back when it is time for purchase number 3.
Have gone here for years. Yes it cost more since its a dealership, but thats business. Always have amazing service, and keeps cars lasting a very long time. Always appreciate the hard work these guys put in day after day. If you are looking for a highly skilled mechanic, then the team at ed reilly subaru will take care of you. They always have for me.
Very friendly staff and highly efficient! Did a great job with my car. The wash afterward was a huge bonus and awesome surprise 🙂
Family owned and run, super friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Spotlessly clean dealerships speaks volumes !!!!
I had been researching as to what vehicle I might want. Once I narrowed it down, I then visited several different dealerships nearby. While all were pleasant, I settled on Ed Reilly Subaru for various reasons. The salesman, Mike Michalski was stellar. He was very patient, knowledgeable and we hit it off right away. He listened to my needs and understood as I was downsizing from 2 vehicles to just one.The same for my experience with everyone at the dealership. They made this transaction an easy process.I would definitely recommend them.
I take the time to drive here from Bedford because I trust the service department and have never had issues here. Thanks again!
Had a great experience with the service department, bringing in a used Crosstrek purchased elsewhere. It had a litany of odd issues, but all were addressed effectively and efficiently.
In the past week I purchased a Subaru Impreza. My salesman was Derek who was great. He gave me excellent service with out any pressure. From Derek-sales, Al- financial, and the service department it was an awesome experience. I look forward to bringing in my car for servicing in the future.Thank you all! I love my Subaru! 💜
One of the nicest and most professional shops in the state. Very ethical and professional. Great car purchase experiences, repeat customer over many years and a superb auto repair shop. This is the place to go for a Subaru in NH.
Had an issue with a window that wasnt rolling down. After calling a few other places and getting pricey estimates, I gave Ed Reilly Subaru a call. I spoke with a member of the service department who walked me through how to fix the problem in about 20 seconds. They saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of my time, and I couldnt appreciate it more. Thank you!
I purchased my 2020 Outback from Ed Reilly Subaru in March and enjoyed the process. Mike walked me through the vehicle and did not pressure me through the negotiation process. Al helped me pick out the appropriate warrantys. I returned during COVID for my first maintenance in August was glad to see how they adapted to COVID to keeping everyone safe. I was in and out in an hour and was able to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Service staff was helpful and fun.
Mike my salesmen took the time to work with my credit and trade in. They made the deal happen and I left with a vehicle I never thought I could afford. Very happy
Up until most recently I had a great experience working with Ed Reilly Subaru. When I bought my car in 2016 it had a crack and some rust building from an accident that the prior owner was in. I asked Ed Reilly to take care of the repair and that my purchase of the car was contingent upon that repair. They agreed and took my car to their local body shop. I thought nothing of it.Fast forward 4 years later the rust has shown through and the mediocre patch job of fill and paint that their body shop did has completely worn off. Now Im left paying over $500 to correct a repair that they left me with and wasnt my fault to begin with. I called several times to see if they would help pay for this repair, since they were the ones who didnt address it in the first place, and they wont work with me at all.I am planning to buy another Subaru in a few years and now I know to not go to Ed Reilly and I will also be telling my friends not to either.
I purchased a Forester this week from Ed Reilly and we had a great experience from start to finish. We worked with Derek who was professional, patient and thorough, a great salesman. He listened to what we wanted without pressuring us. Would highly recommend!
I had a engine problem with a car I purchased from them they and their highly skilled staff replace my motor in a few days and had my Subaru going again for a very reasonable amount and gave me a great feeling to go get my next Subaru from only them being a technician for a major dealership in the area I new let these pros do there magic and I could do mine for others these people are great thanks again Ed Reily Subaru and 5 star staff
This review is for the service department. Jim in service has been servicing our vehicles for many years. He is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Unfortunately the sales department isnt what it used to be.
Bought a used Subaru and everything went smoothly. The people were very helpful and couldnt have been friendlier.
Found what I was looking for.Great sales and negotiable. Thanks!
Excellent service and very quick turnaround
Professional sales staff helped me to make purchase decisions. They insisted I go home and think things through. They explained each bit of the deal. No gimmicks. No pressure tactics. Just help in getting a Subaru. Obviously, Ed Reilly is investing in long term customer satisfaction instead of a fast buck. Theyve earned my patronage for the foreseeable future.Do I recommend Ed Reilly? Absolutely. Do I recommend a Subaru? A-duh! Safe, solid, and affordable. I wish the Big Three would take a hint.
I would admit, I was non impressed with my first visit to Ed Riley. However, the service manager kept in contact and explained. When initially diagnosed happenstance happened AGAIN. Jim took over! I was seen THAT DAY was given a loaner. I felt as if I had been ultimately HEARD. So far so good, with the fix. Thank you to EVERYONE involved in the process! Thank you for HEARING me! It was IMPORTANT TO BE HEARD! I would suggest the shop! Thank you for treating me as if I mattered. My car has 31k miles. 5yr old LEGACY. Bought from Irwin in Feb. bought extended warranty and they offered ZERO HELP. Sent me to SUBARU with NO diagnosis. Thank you guys for understanding what happened.
My husband and I recently purchased a Subaru Impreza from Ed Reilly and we cant speak highly enough about our experience there. We worked with Mike and he along with the rest of the staff were so friendly, not pushy and made the entire process so easy. Car buying can be a stressful process, but from start to finish they made the process not only easy but enjoyable. Its very clear that their priority is customer satisfaction. They have made lifetime customers out of us!
I have a 2018 Outback that I bring here for service (that I purchased elsewhere). Service seems to be really friendly and their prices for oil changes and tire service seem to be very good (In fact, the synthetic oil change here was $20 less than my independent shop!). I have been treated very well so far so Im crossing my fingers that it will stay that way as the car gets older.
My experience with Ed Reilly Subaru was very pleasant. Starting from dealing with sales all the way to pick up. I highly recommend anyone that wants great service to come here !!!
The dealership end is great, love their salesmen, but beware the service department, theyll charge you much more than necessary. You can get better work done for less elsewhere.
While on a vacation in New Hampshire my 2019 forester started making a God-awful sound when backing up as well as a rattle on the highway. I was concerned about driving in all the way back home without getting it looked at so I stopped at Ed Reilly as they seem to be the closest subie adealership.I am a woman in my early thirties so I was a bit apprehensive about stopping at a dealership I had no familiarity with and getting hassled or upsold; was also apprehensive about getting stuck.. Ed Reilly despite being very busy took my car for a spin, then brought it into the shop and identified the issue was a rock in the backing plate. They fixed it, and did not charge me. I was on my way in less than an hour easy.I do not live in New Hampshire so its not like by treating me well they were going to gain a likely customer - but they were on the side of the angels. I would definitely go to Ed Reilly if I lived in the area.
Dropped my car off for recall. Was given free loaner. Staff super polite and great sense of humor!
Fast, friendly service. Got my car in at the time promised and had it done quickly.
I have bought two cars from Ed Reilly. Its the best car buying experience Ive had. The service department is also excellent. Friendly people, comfortable waiting area.
The sales staff was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. They were very courteous to my kids. No pressure sales, and no sale surprises. The Sales Manager was very helpful in finding the car I wanted. Thank you again Ed Reilly Subaru for the wonderful car buying experience.
I heard Reilly Subaru was quite reputable with their service, and getting an appointment was quite easy and user-friendly.I had brought in my 2002 WRX to inspect a fuel leak that I had suspected to be a to-engine fuel line. However, once inspected, it had turned out to be the gas tank. I was quoted a minimum of $1,500 for the whole replacement and they said it could easily reach $2,000. Even after I had mentioned not needing a fuel-pump (I had an aftermarket performance pump recently installed), they had tried to upsell me for a new fuel pump and tank straps.I happily paid the fee for them to put my car on the lift for the inspection of the leak and left the dealership afterward. I then proceeded to order a tank online, and Ill be having it replaced at another shop in town for a grand total of $600.For the record, I know my own car inside and out, and I would be swapping the tank on my own if I was not without my tools and garage that are two hours away (Im in Dubuque for school.)Reilly Subaru was very easy to set an appointment up with, and I was very vocal with them with what I wanted before anything was to be done or any parts were ordered. They complied with what I asked of them.Take this how you will.
I live in West Virginia. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to order the model car that I wanted (Legacy Limited XT) from the factory and no dealers in my region had the car in stock. Very few were made prior to the factories shutting down. I eventually found one at Ed Reilly Subaru. I contacted them on a Saturday, by Monday I had the paperwork, and by Thursday the car was on its way to me. Everyone I spoke to from the Sales Rep (Emma) to the Sales Manager (Zakk) to the Financial Manager (Alan) was kind and helpful. The process was easy, and they even negotiated with the shipping company on the price to ship when I thought it was a little steep. I expect the car to arrive within the week. If I lived in NH, there is no doubt that I would recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you!
I went to Ed Reilly Subaru wanting a used car and was expecting so-so service because of that, but that was not the case. I worked with Jeremy, who is awesome, and got a great deal on a used Subaru. Everyone there was super nice and welcoming and made the whole process much easier than I thought itd be. I would definitely recommend buying a used or new car here!
I’ve driven [used] Subaru’s for the past 5 years. Tonight I just bought my first brand new car from Ed Reilly Subaru, and I just want to give the folks there credit for how nice the experience was.I wasn’t looking for a new car, but my friends convinced me now was a good time to buy because of the 0% finance options currently available across many brands. I called Ed Reilly because they’re my local dealership and I’ve been happy with the Subaru brand.Zakk [sales manager] picked up the phone and ran through my options (trading in a car I’m upside down on). The next week I had some time to go there after work, where I met Alex T [my salesman] and Zakk in person. They went over my money situation and arranged to have a car delivered from another dealership (I insisted on a stick shift). In the meantime Al [finance dude] called and tee’d me up with all my loan paperwork. Tonight I showed up to meet Al in person. He ran through the paperwork and dealership add-ons, and was very brief and no-pressure. Next, Alex helped me switch my insurance, and then explained all the cool car features to me. I showed up late from work (5 and they close at 6), and I was driving out of there in my new car in an hour tops.I have trouble making time for stuff like this, especially with staffing shortages at my work due to Covid. Those boys stayed late to get me in my first new car because they knew it was a big deal for me. They bent over backwards to get me in a 5-speed Impreza that wasn’t even on their lot. I went from being upside down on a 12 year old car to driving a brand new Subie, with 0% interest on the whole deal.I know new car dealers don’t make much on new cars, especially with these Covid interest rates. They were super low on my trade-in, but that’s pretty much my only complaint. In these trying and uncertain times, I’m actually kind of OK with it, if it helps out a local business make money where they can. I’m really happy with the whole experience, and if my dealings with them continue that way, they’ll have a customer for life. Thanks Ed Reilly Subaru.
I have bought 2/2 of my vehicles at Subaru. They were both used Chevys, but I was always treated like I was buying a Subaru. This most recent vehicle was a rare find. Working with Derek to buy it was awesome! He was welcoming when we arrived to the dealership by offering us something to drink. Derek was super helpful and really listened to what our concerns were when buying. He made sure we knew all the specs of the car and was cheerful and knowledgeable while we took a test drive. He was prepared with all the paperwork for us and helped us out by getting us connected with our insurance company. We got there as he was scheduled to leave work and he stayed way past his time in order to help us through the whole process. All of the staff seemed friendly and the dealership was very clean. We had a wonderful experience at Subaru and would definitely buy again!
Recently picked up some parts here and they were able to get the parts quickly and at a fair price. No complaints here. Will use them in the future.
Ed Reilly Subaru is excellent to deal with. We buy all of our Subaru parts there and have sent many customers with warranty or recall claims, their service department has always been professional and courteous to the folks weve referred. I would imagine that their sales department is just as good as an organization like this is usually good from ownership down.
Very professional and timely
I can only say great things about my experience with Ed Reilly Subaru! The reps. were extremely helpful and attentive.I felt like I was being treated like a person and not just another sales number. They worked until they found me the deal I wanted! Thanks guys!!Definitely take your business here!
Loved dealing with the sales people. FIRST time I walked into a dealership and dident feel assaulted. Thanks
I felt I was treated fairly. Cost was what was expected without hidden fees. They will call you to confirm costs before repair if you ask them to. Repairs were completed quicker than I expected. Pick up was fast and simple. I will go back again and recommend Ed Reilly Suburu for repairs.
0n 3/29/20 I negotiate a car deal with Ed Reilly salespersons Emma for a 2020 outback premium with remote starting, rear seat back cover, rear bumper cover and trailer hitch for $27350. The next day I went to pick up the car and they tried to charge me a additional $600. This a unethical tactic by the dealership and they have a very unhappy non customer
Customer service was decent enough. Parking lot not the easiest to navigate. I was told to park somewhere else when I tried to walk around the lot. General Manager was very helpful and I was asked by several people if I had any questions.
I was looking for a set of cross bars. Called Belmont Subaru and Ed Reilly Subaru. Both didnt have them and both said they would call back that same day. Ed Reilly Subaru called back within 30 minutes. Its been 2 months now, and I still havent heard from Belmont Subaru. Ed Reilly gave me a good price, and had them in stock 2 days before they were promised.
My son was traveling from Boston to Burlington VT and broke down on the highway. His car was towed to this Subaru dealership. The staff was incredibly helpful especially the service advisor Sean. He went way out of his way to help my son and didn’t charge him anything even for diagnosing the problem. Great place.
My recent purchase at Ed Riley was phenomenal: straightforward, friendly and professional, with no high-pressure sales tactics. The staff were knowledgeable and willing to explore many options to find the car and financing option that worked best for me, while also respecting my limits and not pushing me to buy more car than I wanted or needed. This is my third Subaru purchase from Ed Riley, and I could not be happier. I live over an hour away from the dealership, but each time I return I am reminded that it is worth the drive. I am thrilled with my purchase, and have never had a more a positive sales experience than at Ed Riley Subaru. Highly recommend!!!
Very nice people, lots of coffee when I made my purchase, but best of all they worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I cant remember ever having a nicer experience at a car dealership. The car is terrific - taking into account the experience and the car it looks like when its time to get a new car itll be a Subaru from Ed Reilly!
We have a 2011 Outback and were traveling from Rhode Island when we had noise and vibration from the front end. We stopped at Ed Reilly Subaru to have them check it out. They got our car right in, checked the car out and let us know it was ok to complete our trip. With two dogs in the car on a hot day, they got us on our way with piece of mind and at no charge for checking it out. Top notch! Now that we have a house in NH, will be shopping there for our next Subaru! Nice to find a great dealer!
Just went in to ask about popping my bumper on the passenger side back in. They fixed and didnt charge me for their time nd supplies. Next time I upgrade my Impreza I will be checking with them!
Great service.
Super friendly service staff. Never feel pressured into repairs. We were planning on staying in the waiting area but they offered us a loaner vehicle for the day
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff with great prices!
Bad service on the phone... Was on the phone waiting for 4 minutes just to be told that no one could help me in the parts department.... bad service at its finest.
Service department does a good job and are very friendly and professional. The shuttle service, or ability to get a loaner, is very helpful.Sales department folks are nice. Reasonable prices, especially with TrueCar.
Had to go in for a recall close to work. I have also purchased 4 cars here over the years. They could not find me in there system. Sales staff always good. Service desk very professional. Had an argument once with the service manager over tires. I found my tires cheaper elsewhere and when I asked him if he could come down in price his only reply was your hurting my bottomline. Dont worry about that anymore.
Great service department. Helpful sales staff.
Eric Enos was awesome!I love my new Subaru Impreza 2019 with the safety feature eyesight, it practically drove itself in the snow!!!Eric was very Friendly and helpful!
Took our car in for an airbag recall and after leaving noticed the clock was not set to the correct time and that the dash was improperly installed and the buttons didnt line up anymore so it could not be reset. We immediately returned and spoke with the service manager who told us the technician had noted on the work order that the clock was not working and there were bolts missing in the dash before starting his work. We explained that the clock was working fine and that the dash lined up perfectly before the technician started his work. After several minutes of being told we were lying we left very dissatisfied with their customer service. All we were asking was to realign the dash so that the time on the clock could be reset. We will not reccommend this place to anyone in the future.
Called in multiple times to get an estimated value on a trade in. Was assured multiple times I would be called back with numbers, even by the GM. Days later and still havent heard anything. I was interested in purchasing two cars, but will be taking my business elsewhere.
Great service, handled problem quick and professionally. Nice to work with a service department that treats you like one of their regular customers. Visiting from a 1000 miles away.
Great experience. Everyone very helpful, knowledgable and we didnt feel pressured. Also very helpful making sure my Tulle equipment was going to fit.
I have been dealing with Ed Reilly for about 15 yrs & bought 4 cars. It is an excellent dealership. The service department is also very good.
Went in with fiance to look for a car. Has an Impreza, wanted an Outback. She made an appointment. Kayleigh the salesperson was really helpful. Tried to get her into a few Outbacks, explained which was which and all. The finance manager working at the time, black hair, black glasses, was either really irritated to be there or just wanted to go home. His treatment of us was purely unacceptable. He knew we were not putting money down. Her Impreza was in the service department to get the recall issue fixed. It took them 20 minutes to figure that out. I get it, two different departments. We did tell them several times that her car was indeed in the service department. The finance manager never listened to either of us after we said that we were not going to put money down. Came over and put a quote in front of us calculated with $3000 down. We mentioned this, he just went back to his desk.Dont worry, we walked out at 6:58pm so they were able to go home at 7pm when they closed. So disappointed.Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he was tired, maybe he just didnt want to be there. She still wants one, not sure we will return. The service department was really good. They took care of everything that needed to be taken care of. Took a couple of days, but that part went really smooth.
Some of the staff is very kind here, however I interviewed to work here and felt as if something was “off”. Though it’s not illegal, it made me very uncomfortable that the sales managers cold called previous businesses I worked at, when I would have been more than happy to provide references and approve of them contacting my former employers. Something about being sneaky with my lack of consent doesn’t work well with me professionally, and I just so happened to find a job in my field before I was to meet for a second interview with the managers. I sent a kind email stating this, wishing their team well, and they couldn’t even bother to respond. I read terrible things on Glassdoor and now I see why this dealership had those reviews.By the way, I bought a brand new 2014 WRX hatchback at Subaru of Manchester, and the experience was much better there in the winter of 2013 (obviously could have changed by now). Would highly suggest Manchester Subaru or Acton Subaru over this dealership (have bought parts there before and always had a pleasant experience).
Great folks. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. I visited several dealerships and they were the best, most authentic people to work with.Highly recommended!
Bought an Outback from Ed Reilly Subaru 8 months ago. Fred was my salesperson and I used the Internet to search for a dealer. By far, this place was the easiest to deal with. Service has been very good. Always in and out on time and the car comes back washed and vacuumed. The Service staff always goes out of their way to explain details as to what is needed while working within my tight budget. I really appreciate that.
Great place for buying a Subaru. Good service. Friendly staff.
Talk with a salesperson about a very well priced car, and set up an appointment to test drive it the next day sometime in the evening. I live an hour away, so I called before I went in for my test drive. I was told the car would be ready for me when I came in. When I got to the dealership (in less than an hour), I was told someone had just put a deposit on the car, but they would sell me some other more expensive vehicles. Wouldnt expect a respectable dealership to do a bait and switch. If not they could have at least let me know they were in the middle of a sale.
They failed my car inspection for legal modifications. Nothing has changed on the car since 2008 (8 years now). They passed it every other year without issue. There must be a new inspector. He flagged me for all kinds of things. Got a second opinion from two separate garages about the legality just to be sure, even had the laws printed out and explained to me. Both garages said everything is 100% legal. Passed no problem. Other garages even said the inspector added all kinds of ridiculous notes about other legal modifications that werent even relevant. You lost my business Ed Reilly. Stay away if youre a car enthusiast.
Our experience with service has always been consistent and outstanding. They even provide a measure of hospitality and courtesy that ensures a high level of satisfaction.
I leased a new WRX from the staff at Ed Reilly Subaru and was pleasantly surprised that everyone treated me like family ! I did not sense the typical Car Dealership atmosphere . I got a truly high quality, high content vehicle without the over-inflated manufacturers price . Value is what you will find here with both the staff and the product line .
I went in to look at Suburu Outbacks with Derek Severence. He went out of his way to show me and my wife what they had and he did everything in his power to make a sale. Great salesman. Very friendly place I highly recommend them and him.
This afternoon, 19 November 2018, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with a Sales Professional at Ed Reilly Subaru, in Concord, NH. Zack LaPlant made the entire experience a seamless one. He was informative, efficient, and provied Exceptional Customer Service. Thank You, Zack!
Pleasant people great service.
Found the best priced model of exactly what I wanted in a 100 mile radius, managed a long distance deal with Fred, everything was exactly as he said with the vehicle, no surprise charges, everything was exactly as Bill said with the paperwork, and he was able to beat my Credit Unions finance rate. They delivered the vehicle to me, best price, easiest car purchase Ive ever made, the drive up to them was worth it as it saved me thousands of dollars.
Had a great experience here. While visiting family in NH, one of the headlights went out on our Tribeca. Knowing that wed be driving at night during the week we were away, we wanted to get the headlight replaced right away. The guys in the service department couldnt have been nicer (very nice waiting room!) and I didnt receive a laundry list of other things that needed attention for my vehicle. If nothing else, they realized we were from out of town and got us in and out as quickly as possible. They even washed the car inside and out before they were done!
Great people to work with that are willing to listen and abide in your needs/wants. Not pushy whats so ever.
Always great service. Comfy waiting area with small snacks and drinks available.
Ed Reilly Subaru has always provided stellar service throughout the many years I have owned Foresters. Kent Melchior and his staff are customer friendly and extremely professional. This is the reason I continue to purchase vehicles from Ed Reilly Subaru.
JUST LOOKING. SEEMS NICE PLACE.
The sales manager really knows the product well and isnt pushy. Highly recommended for those in the Subaru market.
Quick friendly service.
I would highly recommend making your next Subaru purchase with Ed Reilly! I worked with Molly and Brian who were awesome in the sales department- they are straightforward, friendly, and fair. And of course, thanks to Bill in Finance who helped me understand all of the financial processes and paperwork.I initially started shopping at Grappone because I liked the idea of a pressure-free car shopping experience, but I found an even lower pressure environment at Ed Reilly where they truly catered to my exact needs, and had a MUCH lower price than Grappones cars and every other Subaru dealership in NH and Mass! If you want your next car buying experience to be a lot of fun, I definitely recommend Ed Reilly Subaru!
Great dealership to work with. That will work with you to get the best deal.
Maintenance Department is always great service. Thank you
Its where I buy my Subarus. Period.
Great parts department, friendly slaes staff that offers no pressure buying.
Good service and nice location. Prices comparable to other locations (differences between all of them due to their selling strategy).
Great dealership, friendly staff. No pressure sales.
Very nice dealership! Very layed back!
Great service staff. Free car wash and vacuum after they are done.
I just purchased my 8th Subaru, the second one from Reillys. I have always had good experiences with this dealership, and I expect to have many more.
