My car got totaled and I have seen the worst customer service ever in my life. They sent the cheque to my lien holder and after 2 weeks also they didnt received the cheque, so when I asked to progressive they told they dont know anything and also cant to do anything.. I am making the payments for the total loss car which is 687/m twice. The representative name is Ahmed Munajj of progressive.... I repeat please please never go for progressive insurance for ever ... Compare to geico, geico has the 10 times better service than this. I repeat never go for progressive worst exp.

Auto Insurance roadside assistance but when I was on the road when I was locked out of my car and called ProgressiveI talked to flow because no one answered so I had to leave a message with love and when finally I did talk to someone they said that they would be able to take care

They changed policy without ur knowing I never use them again worse place
