This company has a lack of professionalism I was hounded for a week to return a phone call to advise if my son who is away at college should be added to my policy. I spoke to someone via phone I also communicated with someone via email and advised themOf the situation and informed them that I would be checking with another insurance company to get a quote to have him added as a driver even though he was not in possession of my vehicle. Three days later I received a letter in the mail that he had been added to MY policy and that my insurance coverage was being reduced. !?@$. There are a few things that really burns me up that I feel that no one should do and one of the few things is do not take the initiative to spend MY money without MY permission and this is exactly what Jimmy Denton and his staff did. I called to find out what happened and also to advise that I would be switching insurance companies and all I got was a measly apology and that was not supposed to happen. I wholeheartedly feel that they all did it very underhanded and just didn’t care! I will never ever recommend this company to anyone and the sooner I find a new insurance company the better. Since when in America do we not have a choice to select which provider we’d like for Ins. SMH! Natasha M.

Liars and cheats. Will tell you about how great your coverage will be to get you to sign with them and then they will send you a letter in the mail telling you that you dont have half the coverage that they said you would but you still pay the same price. Also dont be surprised when you get a letter from the dmv saying your liability insurance lapsed even when you payed the payment to farm bureau. Unless you have ebill you get bills in the mail after they are due. Half of the time the pay over the phone thing doesnt work. We have had nothing but trouble from them.

NC Farm Bureau was recommended to me by my attorney for my auto insurance. I was very unhappy with the way Allstate treated me after being a customer for 25 years, and I wanted to find a new company. I have written all of my insurance with Tricie Brown at this NC Farm Bureau location. I have home, auto, and 2 life insurance policies. I have been with them for almost 2 years now and have been very happy. Tricie always listens and does her best to get me the best coverage within my budget. At one point, due to my very busy work schedule, I had forgotten to pay my auto insurance. I received a phone call from the office to remind me that my payment was due, so that my insurance would not be cancelled. For my convenience, they took my payment over the phone. Thanks to their staffs excellent customer service, I avoided trouble that I did not need! I am a very happy customer!

Great experience! TRICIE BROWN and the staff here are courteous and professional. Tricie is patient & took the necessary time to explain the policies and answered my questions. PLUS the premiums are very competitive!

Horrible customer service. I have tried for 5 months to get car/truck insurance handled. I purchased my truck in November calling prior to pick up insuring I have insurance. I have received 3 letters from the DMV. Danielle insured me 2 weeks ago it was handled. I received another letter stating it wasnt. No I have a hearing. I plan to sue this Farm Bureau due to them not doing their job. Now Although I have always paid them on time, they failed us as a customer, blaming the DMV.
