I have been very pleased with the Davis & Towle Agency, having several policies with them for over 5 years now. I have 2 Homeowners and 2 Vehicles with them. I was very pleased when my son was added to our policy, he received the Good Student discount and the price was very good. I think they give great customer service.

Julie Poliquin at Davis and Towle Insurance Group has always provided us with excellent service and valuable insurance knowledge. She is a true professional and does an excellent, thorough job every time - and on top of this has lowered our insurance costs by thousands of dollars annually.

I gave Davis and Towle 1 star because Google will not allow less than 1 star. This is hands down the worst Insurance Agency on the planet. I just found out that I have been driving without Insurance for 3 weeks after being told on the day my policy was set to lapse, by an employee of Davis and Towle, that I was all set. Due to the lapse in coverage on my policy, I now need to spend an extra $1000 on a six month policy that I would have never let lapse if Davis and Towle just informed me that I was not all set.Update 1/15/2021It has now been 8 days since I requested for the owner of Davis and Towle to please call me so he/she can hear firsthand how poorly I have been treated by Davis Towle. There is simply no way I am going to let this stand. No customer should ever be treated the way I have been treated by Davis and Towle. They absolutely do not care about right and wrong or their customers. Their only interest after an obvious and egregious mistake, is in deflecting blame and not admitting any fault. This course of action has only strengthened my resolve to get the word out about what this company did to me. Today, when I have the time, I will be re-contacting MMG to strengthen my complaint with them with more information I have uncovered, and I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the New Hampshire Insurance Bureau even though I have had several lawyers tell me that the New Hampshire Insurance Bureau sides with insurance companies 100%nof the time. This all could have been avoided if they just admitted fault, apologized, and put a little effort into resolving my situation.The manager I spoke with accepted no responsibility for my Insurance Agency not letting me know that my coverage lapsed.Here is a company that does not care, at all, about their customers. Stay away from this company if you want to work with an agency that makes sure your policies are in place for you. When my Insurance Agency tells me I am All set, I expect to be contacted when they find out I am not all set, and they didnt do that. Buyer beware.

We are now in the process of working with her on an auto policy as well. Very professional to work with and has made filling our insurance needs very easy. Highly recommend!
