Horrible. This place is a scam. You pay an outrageous fee upfront ($200+) for them to sign you up for the most expensive most basic coverage with a completely different company (mine was National General). National General won’t help you with anything because you went through Freeway Insurance to obtain it.I was submitting corrected documents to keep my policy in place. I submitted to Freeway Insurance via email 10 days before my policy was going to be canceled for not receiving the documents. They were supposed to submit it to National General. Never did. Now my policy is canceled and the are telling me that National General won’t reinstate my policy. So I basically paid this huge fee and majority of my policy to have it all take from me. $500 gone.

Miss Denise Herrera is a very patient agent! I needed to get motorcycle insurance for my bike I wanted to lease and she sat there and made sure I got insurance before she left! She even stayed over her scheduled time for her to leave. I highly recommend coming to this place, and if you do...make sure you ask for Denise! Plus shes a real beautiful woman. Great place! Id put a minus 5 star if I could!!!Drove all the way from sonoma cause they dont answer the phone theyre Google information says closing at 8pm even says it on theyre door got to the place at 7:20 pm and they had the damn place closed Im canceling and going somewhere else, by the way I had to come over cause when they answered the phone they told me I couldnt get a car off my policy by phone had to come over to the office I show up and the place is closed on theyre open hours

Concord office handled me with good care changed my policy and was out in ten minutes great service and insurance policy with road side assistance for only 95.58 a month!!!! Excited

Same as other person that gave 1 star. I did over a hour drive & arrived at 7:15pm for them to be closed. I call the corporate number & they have no idea why they’re closed either. Sounds like pure laziness to me.

Mike is the man to go to he made me feel welcome there he got my insurance really low than what i thought it wold be i think this insurance place is better than any other insurance company out there
