Zero stars. Unprofessional. Extremely slow and difficult to get results. Doesnt disclose important information before making policy changes that end up being extremely expensive. Will have you on the phone for hours to do what another agent needs fifteen minutes to accomplish. Not really any positives about having her for an insurance agent, but shes usually pretty friendly.
