Dont use this company!!! Was a customer for almost 8 years. Customer service has not been good lately. had some simple questions about my policy and while some of the office staff had the patience to try and answer my questions the office manager was extremely rude with me and took a major attitude with me. Have taken my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable firm that has the patience and knowledge to handle your insurance needs. This firm needs a lesson in customer service. They dont know what it means. Such a shame. This used to be a great insurance agency. Again. Avoid the office manager. Totally rude and not helpful. Was able to get the answers I needed on my own and went with a reputable firm instead.
