The staff at Caliber at topnotch! David sent me messages on a regular basis informing me of the status of my repairs, which was reassuring in knowing that I was being taken care of. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. My vehicle repairs were completed ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise knowing the shop was behind. My car looked fantastic. I was impressed at the painters ability to match the color of my vehicle due to it being a out of the normal spectrum. Overall, I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone in need of car repairs.

Apparently you have to make an appointment to get any kind of simple quote. Today is Wednesday, was told to come back next Tuesday to get a vehicle looked at. I left and had 2 quotes provided to me from other local businesses within 2 hours. Not worth my time to wait a week just to be seen there.

I had to get my bumper repainted and a trim piece replace due to someone scraping the paint off in collision. Paint job was excellent and trim looks good. they also washed my car and wheels/tires and cleaned the inside weather tech floormats. only took 1 day to fix it and i am very pleased.

I crashed into the back of someone who stopped in the middle of the highway in July 2020. My 2018 Dodge Challenger bumper was hanging and parts under the hood (near the bumper) were messed up. I choose these guys to repair my car and Im really happy with the finish job. They restored the car to the original look. Brought the car back to life. I was nervous for the two weeks they had my car on what the finish job would look like. Mr. Den really relaxed my nerves by providing daily/weekly phone calls to me on the process of the repair. I really do appreciate their friendly staff and professional repair work they did. Would recommend them to anyone needing a repair done right.

A deer hit my brand new car and my Hyundai dealership referred them to me. They were very professional and done a great job with my car. They cleaned my whole car and even vacuumed it out when I got it back. They were good at keeping me informed throughout the process also. I would recommend them if you need body work done.

Recently stopped by to pick up a bumper that they ordered for me and had drove one of my work trucks in for them to look at. Allison was quick to help me out getting an estimate started. After looking at the truck she went back to talk with her manger. Landon came out and looked at the damage and told me to hold on for a few minutes. He went to get a few tools and repaired the damage in the front lot within minutes and had the tail gate and bedside straight and back in working order. Allison and Landon could have easily just completed an estimate and set up a time to repair but took care of me instead. I will definitely recommend this great group of people to anyone.

Definitely do not recommend. My first encounter with Caliber Collision was shortly after Memorial day 2019. They fixed my car, my insurance paid for all repairs, leaving me with the $500 deductible. That July, I was back at caliber collision due to peeling paint on the part that was supposedly repaired.....they fixed it...great! September I was back due to peeling paint and a protruding part(same part that was supposedly repaired) They pulled my car to the back, fixed the protruding part, and told me they would get back with me on the peeling paint because they would need to replace the entire bumper BECAUSE IT WAS A KNOCK OFF PART! So, if im understanding this correctly, they took my insurance money and placed a knock off part on my 2017 car?! If my insurance company was paying them for the part and to replace it, why not just put the correct part on my car to begin with? Finally spoke with a man named Jesse in January who instructed me to send him a picture of the peeling via email (which i did) I still havent heard anything from Caliber Collision in Concord NC. Its now February 2020 and i have yet to have this resolved.. All i want is my car to be fixed properly, but since September all i have received has been the run around

I hit a deer last month and my headlights, grill, radiator, and frame was damaged. My Insurance provider gave me a list of collision centers to go to and I chose Calber Collision. I was a bit skeptical at first due to some of the reviews I had read, but chose them due to them being close to my home. I arrived without an appointment, but they still treated me very well and took a look at my car within 15 minutes of being there. Dave (David W.) was my Service Advisor and he was awesome. I never needed to take any vehicle I owned to a collision center before so I didnt know what to expect. David broke everything down to me and made it easy for me to comprehend. I arrived at Caliber Collsion, filled out paperwork, dropped off my paperwork, and left within 30 minutes of arriving.I was told my vehicle would be done in two weeks and it was done in 10. Dave explained to me all of the work that was done and provided all the paperwork detailing all the work that was done to my car. My car looks amazing! All brand new parts, awesome paint job, and drives just like it did before. I waited a week before posting a review to get a good look under and hood to inspect all the work that was done in detail and Im extremely impressed.I cant speak for others experience with Caliber Collision, but they did an awesome job with my car and I highly recommend them.

The absolute best repair shop Ive ever worked with. They bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of.

Had them fix my car in July due to someone hitting my car. My whole experience was terrible. There was a delay in getting it fix. I had to call for any updates and they kept blaming my insurance. Yet when I called my insurance they would instantly call me back and say they tried to contact caliber. After it was fixed, I was told they replaced my battery. After inspection, I noticed they put a old used battery that is actually older than my car. When I called the manager he did replace it but could not explain how/why a used part was in my car yet my receipt said new battery. And offered no apology. They are doing shady things here. Will never go back

Karen is awesome!!! I had unfortunately gotten into a car accident and my car was towed over to Abra for the repairs. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to repair it since the damage was so bad but they did! Karen called me practically every single day for the 3 weeks my car was there to give me updates. She was so helpful and let me know any time some extra damage was found or my insurance company was there checking on things or when something was don’t or being worked on. Getting into an accident is a horrible experience especially when it isn’t your fault and the people at Abra make you feel so special while your vehicle is there. When I picked up my car it looked beautiful just like the day I bought it. Karen walked out to the car with me to look at it and go over all the repairs that were done and point out to me everything that was new and replaced. She even insured me that she herself got into the car and checked to make sure my car was working properly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you a million times!!!

A few days prior I totaled my vehicle (was hit by another driver). I had a rental vehicle and I guess I was a bit nervous because I dented the rental backing out of my narrow one car garage. I took the rental to Abra and was assisted by Jeff and Landon. All I can say is my prayers were answered. I went to the right place and experienced exceptional customer service and quality work. I am very grateful for fast service and kind people- God puts the right people and resources in our paths just when we need it most. If youre getting your car repaired due to an accident, the bright side is that you are still alive-:)

BEWARE: Brought my car here for rear end collision damage and was thoroughly disappointed by the customer service, coordination with my insurance company and the overall quality of the repairs. The manager was pushy and would talk over me, unless of course my man was with me. They tried to charge me 5 times my deductible. There are several panels on the bumper that are loose. Ive purchased a number of totaled prius and had them salvaged and they came out better than Caliber repairs on a fender bender. Car went in for rear end fix and came back with windshield damage because they drove the car to other shops for repairs. They refused to fix the windshield damages that occurred while the car was under their care and use.

Glad I chose ABRA, entire process end to end was extremely easy. ABRA arranged the rental car pick up and drop off, kept me updated with text messages and did a great job on repairs. The warranty cant be beat!

I had such an awesome experience here! I came in to have my bumper fixed after my tire flew off and separated the rear bumper from the body of the car. Every staff member I saw in this shop was very professional, friendly, and helpful with each customer in there. They only took a few minutes to fix the bumper. After it was repaired I brought it back because of a few more problems that had arised post repair. They were fixed for no cost under a lifetime warranty and received the car next day in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

Customer service was awesome. From start to finish. Whole process from my insurance claim to contacting rental and then giving me updates as my car got fixed.

Called to have my back window replaced. Quoted $210, called day of appointment to confirm my appointment. They said their was no appointment. Gave them my confirmation number. Asked to be in contact with Gracie, the lady that scheduled the appointment. She said she saw the appointment in the notes. She said she wasn’t sure why it got canceled. She asked me to hold, call got disconnected. Called back and she was unavailable from then on. Called twice and asked her to call me back. Never called back. Finally talked to supervisor and she said they could do it for no less than $390. Will never be back! On the phone with them 7 times today. Finally just told them to forget it and went with another company. Worst customer service ever, nothing but a total run around.

My assigned mechanic called and/or texted with daily updates on the car. He always answered his phone, even a minute before they closed when I had a quick question. I never felt ignored or bothersome and was always asked if I had any questions or concerns.Great body work! It looks like I never even got into an accident. Hopefully I wont need them again, but Ill be back if I do!

I brought my Mercedes in on an insurance claim to replace windshield and repaint hood. I was told the windshield would be shipped and ready for install in three weeks. It took 5 weeks roughly and I had to call to check on status. I received no update that entire time. When I called in I was told they had no idea when it would be in. So I contacted main office I suppose. So after speaking with them I get a phone call that my windshield just so happen to come in. So I schedule it and bring it in. Was told it would be done by end of week. Friday comes around and they say that I need to either leave it or bring it back Monday to buff it out. Why was this not done? I was also FORCED to sign paperwork stated the car was completed even though it wasn’t. I refused to sign because the work wasn’t complete so they told me that I couldn’t have the car. So I had no choice but to sign the paperwork. So I drove the car over the weekend because I needed it. The windshield was not calibrated correctly. Windshield wipers were turning on randomly on a sunny day. Just random stuff. So on Monday I took it back in. When I took the vehicle in I was told a couple days. No biggie. So I take an Uber to pick it up and the car has HORRIBLE swirl marks on the hood and I tell them I can’t accept the car in that condition. So they made me wait while they buffed it again. Brought it back 30ish mins later and it had the “spider web” effect on the hood. I told them again I couldn’t accept it. So they took it back again. Waited another 30-45 mins. Then it came back out and it was STILL NOT RIGHT! It was better but still had bad swirl marks. I was told by Jeff that’s it’s a black car and they are not a detail shop and if I wanted it perfect I would have to pay to get it done somewhere else. At this point I had to go to work. I had already missed enough. So I told them I needed to go and I took the car. So I drove the car for a week or so and washed it. As I was washing I noticed I have overspray on the passenger side front fender. The swirl marks are just as bad. I am extremely upset with my experience here. I didn’t even go in to detail about the extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist who was telling me the customer to hold on why she took a personal call on her cell phone. I have pictures of this and would be more than happy to share them with whomever would like to see. There are other places in the area that I know do better work. For the price of these repairs I was expecting my car to look much different. Instead I drive around in a swirled up Mercedes with overspray all over.

I got my vehicle fixed here a month ago and told them that my wheel was shaking once i got to 60 miles an hour. They took my vehicle to the Jeep dealership to do an “diagnostic test “. In which i feel like they did a full inspection. They told me if the insurance won’t cover it; I’d have to. I didn’t worry about it because i knew my vehicle steering wheel was not shaking before this accident. I was told by the insurance company that they stated it wasn’t due to the accident; it was due to wear and tear . I wasn’t worried about my tires because i knew they needed to be replace but my alignment was thrown off. If I’m at 0 miles an hour and someone hits me; it can throw my alignment off. But i was told otherwise. So i had to pay $233 that i didn’t have for a “diagnostic test” and still didn’t get my vehicle fixed. I would NEVER go back to this place and wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE.

I have a 2006, black, supercharged Mustang. I had to get some body work and paint done through insurance after a small fender bender. I chose Abra because it had good reviews, was on my insurance providers list of preferred shops, and gave me great customer service at the beginning.When I got the car back it looked perfect. They put 30 miles on my car while I had it, but I let it slide because I was so happy with the work -- at first. A few months later, as the paint fully cured, the extremely shoddy work started to surface. Severe orange peel, trash under the clear coat, and huge sanding scratches appeared, making the painted areas look awful. Then I remembered, they also put 30 miles on my car! Of course, Abra didnt put the mileage out on their invoice to my insurance, so I have no proof of it now. Regardless, they did a rush job on my car, and then took it out and played with it for 30 miles.I called my insurance provider and told them about the situation. I told them I didnt trust Abra with my car after doing a terrible job AND putting 30 miles on it. So they sent an adjuster to my house to look at the car. The adjuster looked at it for about 5 minutes and acknowledged the terrible paint work, and confirmed that Abra didnt follow protocol by failing to list the mileage out on their invoice. My insurance provider mailed me a check for the full cost of getting the paint redone at another shop.I hope whoever messed up my paint and took a joyride in my car had fun, because they cost their company a lifetime of business, as I detail cars, take them to shows, and will likely get more paint work done in the future. I will NEVER let Abra Auto Body & Glass even look at any of my cars EVER AGAIN, and I urge anyone thinking about taking their car to Abra to STAY FAR AWAY!!!
