Took my car in for repair from an automobile accident, they fixed the big dents but also created new scratches/marks onto my rear bumper. When brought it up to the store employees/manager they claimed for the scratches to be old and not caused by the accident so therefore they were not required to fix it, understandably. However, I provided before and after pictures of the areas from when I turned my car in and when I received it; clear that the new scratches were not there before. There are a few more scratches but at this point I couldnt be bothered to bring it up to them if a clear as day scratch is not going to change their mind. They also claimed that my muffler was damaged and charged me for repairs, but I was in a minor rear end accident and there is no way my muffler was damaged. So even if my muffler was damaged, why would they fix it if they dont do repairs on things that were not caused by the accident. For the muffler to be damaged, I would have had my car to be bottomed out like for example; being dropped when it was jacked up. Not to make any accusations but should be noted. It may seem like nothing with the scratches, but they should not be mishandling in any way of mine or other peoples property.

Very happy with Service King and a recent body fix to the front of my car which included installing a new grill and a fix to the hood of my car. This was a preferred vendor for my insurance, i picked up the rental onsite when I dropped off my car. Very convenient, excellent work. And to have a lifetime guaratee on their work is very comforting to know. Definitely would recommend for any body work or paint. They were very good at communicating the status and when my car would be complete.

My car was fixed nicely, however there was a strong paint smell on the inside. Also they left one of my bulbs out so I had to go buy replacements. Also have called like 5 different times and left messages, just for no one to ever call back.

I had such a great experience with this location! It was very easy to make an appointment, and everyone was friendly and communicative throughout the process. My car came back looking perfect, and they even finished early! I will definitely use this location again.

Danielle Dillon of Service King at Derita went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. There were a couple of misunderstandings during my visit however she addressed those misunderstandings quickly and showed some of the best service I have ever had. The starfire pearl painted front bumper on my Lexus LS looks brand new and is back to its pearly ways and I appreciate the care they showed to my vehicle. They are truly dedicated to excellent service and customer experience. Thank you and I will be seeing you all again!

I wasnt even a customer I was an Enterprise customer and Sandra was amazing! She helped me to the best of her ability and went beyond my expectations to try to assist me in retrieving my forgotten very important item again was Amazing! And now I can say she was instrumental in assisting me and retrieving my work tablet after I left it in the rental car at Enterprise again she is amazing!

Oh Serviceking where do I even start. I originally took my car here to have my Paint touched up due to minor chipping on the majority of the left side of my car and a few spots that had chipped on trunk and roof. So of course I went through insurance as i was advised to do so. Serviceking gave me an original supplement of around $3700 or so, this amount didnt seem outrageous to my insurance company therefore they agreed to compensate for the repairs. After one week of being in the shop here comes another supplement maybe $2000 higher. Apparently both my Windshield and Rear Windshield needed to be replaced, HOW??!! when nothing was wrong with either upon arrival at this terrible place. Now we approach two weeks of sitting in the shop still not a single repair done to the car, other than removing the rear bumper and cutting my glass out for preparation. I had to call them a numerous amount of times seeking updates on my car and or a finish date. Sherry, was decent in the beginning seemed to be nice and knowledgeable of her occupation and or duties, but I never really sensed a care of any sort. Basically beating around the bush. Daniel who was apparently handling my car situation was absolutely terrible, extremely rude always called me at the end of day with minor to any updates at all. He also seemed bothered by how I became unglued towards Sherry a little after the Seven days had gone by and I was informed by her that nothing had even started with the car yet. Daniel calls and says I dont appreciate how you talked to my Receptionist today. (This is severely the wrong approach, especially towards a Customer.) I informed him of his wrong approach as well, being that I work in Customer Service Im very up to par on how to talk/deal with angry or dissatisfied customers. Basically I educated her that she was just a receptionist and didnt really know much of what she was talking about at all. Doesnt sound that heartbreaking to me. Two weeks go by I just end up having to retire the claim due to the amount of the final supplement (another additional $2000) which surpassed the cars value obviously. The car was here for paint and paint only, no body work needed at all. Never been wrecked never been dinged, its very clear that Serviceking tacked on all these extra charges(damages) on purpose. Upon retrieval of my car my Windshield was pretty much completely shattered, rear KIA logo removed, the paint chips were more severe also spread out, Rain guard along driver side was removed/damaged, Chrome trim above that was completely removed/damaged. And I was still entitled to pay the Tear down fees to this Awful awful shop.My 1 star review is even to much for this place, If I could do Negative 1 Id be more pleased! On the other hand Kenny was a decent guy reasonable and understanding. Daniels position should be reconsidered, Id never let this guy talk to my customers. Seriously he belongs in the Shop out back, where no one can see him!BEWARE taking your car here, They are obviously pros at scamming people and adding additional damages for no apparent reason. (Make the shop more money)

I had work done on my car after my accident and when they returned it to me the windshield wasnt placed properly, it started whistling in the front. I went on a test drive to confirm. After they confirmed there was whistling they took my car back into the shop to do some work. They said it would take 30-45 minutes and after an hour and a half they returned my car and didnt fix the issue. Their customer service is extremely slow and their time estimates are never accurate. If I am ever in need of car maintenance I will be taking my car somewhere else.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I brought my car here through my insurance company. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I took my car into Service King Collision the morning of August 20th and got it back on August 23rd. Danielle worked with me and kept me updated every day. She went above and beyond what was expected to make sure things ran smoothly. There was one glitch and that was with one of the vendors (Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists) Service King uses and Danielle took care of everything to make sure things were fixed and got my car back as promised on August 23rd. The repair works looks great. Between my local agent (Alexis) at Allstate and Danielle things went much better than I expected.

Overall a great experience. The team there did a great job making sure my car was repaired correctly with as little inconvenience to my schedule as possible. Maintained status updates via text and phone calls. Made sure to be available as I had questions and handled everything with the insurance. A smooth process for me and would highly recommend the team at the Service King Repair of Derita.

Sent here by insurance company. Had minor fender bender in Oct. 1st time in when we went to pick up the car the bumper had a gap in it, the tech tried to tell us that the car was made that way; we proved it wasnt. 2nd time in the paint job was shoddy with all kinds of imperfections in it. It took it them multiple attempt to properly fix my vehicle. I just received my vehicle back last week. I would not recommend this facility at all.

After a small Collision where I was rear-ended my car was taken to Service King. I was amazed when I went to pick up my car where the front and rear bumpers had been replaced and the entire car looked like it was brand new! They not only made seamless and perfect repairs but the entire car, inside and out, sparkled like new! The in-depth detailing these folks did was absolutely fantastic!

Trust me in this, just get your car fixed from a dealer. First of all, they dont have the proper equipment to finish the job they take up, even though they assure you of the fact that their repairs are exactly like the dealers they are absolutely lying about it. If by any chance your car has a issue they can fix they will charge you for taking your to the dealer and also the charge that dealer post on them. Secondly, the charge then totals up more than what a dealership will charge you. Be smart! We all know a dealership is always going to be better than a side market repair team

Service King was great from the start. Brittany present awesome customer service and a prompt estimate. She was straight forward about the process and proceeded to give me copies of the estimate and the prices. In addition to that, they sent me updated messages on their progress of the car. This is my first time ever having an issue like this but I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good quality work!

Britney was just fantastic! She practically fixed my car for free. I scrapped the back passenger door pulling out of my garage - in a hurry:( - she patiently answered all my questions and went thru all of my options explaining what was necessary to fix it across the different panels, pro and cons of using insurance or paying out of pocket and then she suggested taking it back to the shop to see if she could simply buff it out for free! Thats what she didnt and it looked good! Just a little dent that I can live with. WHEW! Id give her 10 stars if I could.

They had my car for 10 days for minor rear end damage. Several times I called to check on the car and did not receive a return call. It looks like they rushed through paint. I noticed some orange peel in the paint. I would not recommend Service King.

I was referred here by my insurance company following an accident, back in November. I chose not to review until involved insurance companies had resolved issues. I was here for an inspection and repair quote. The representative we had just took pictures of the car, never had a repair tech come look at it and didnt seem interested in anything we had to say, not a big deal though. We told him that there was visible damage under the hood and that the hood was popped open in the wreck, we had to force it down. He told us we just needed to replace the front bumper cover, get a new headlight assembly and fix the hood. That would be it. I didnt feel comfortable with the information he gave us and took it somewhere else. Wise decision.My other repair shop did a full inspection, not just an exterior...inside and out. It took a while to get it done, but it was worth it. Turns out my car was totaled. The wreck pushed my front bumper frame and frame its connected to through the firewall of my car. Then they showed me the damage.Im sure Service King has done wonderful work for other people, and Im glad thats the case for them. I was not satisfied with this experience. I dont think Id refer anyone here based on that. Maybe our rep was having a bad day, because the other repair seemed very pleasant.

Took my van here after a fender bender We where I’m in December. My van was suppose to be ready by Jan 11. How ever it wasn’t done correctly by the technician And they had to keep it longer. We just got it back today February 8th. They did awesome work and fixed everything the tech messed up. My van looks like new!
