I ordered a new range, dishwasher, and refrigerator by phone during Mass Tax Holiday weekend. An online sales rep called me to help with my selections and estimated the lead time for each item. I expected to be waiting months but to my surprise, the range and dishwasher arrived within the month. The range was delivered today and the dishwasher installer will be coming in a few weeks. I was told the refrigerator may be in soon as well. The range delivery was flawless. I was notified of a three hour window the day before. The driver called me the next morning and said he could come earlier than scheduled. I also received e-mails that the driver was on the way and another e-mail summarizing the delivery. Kevin and his helper did a great job. The first thing he did was move the old range out into the middle of the kitchen so I could clean the area while he was getting the new range off the truck (I finally found my missing butter knife...lol!). I hope they are assigned to deliver my refrigerator as well.

Buying appliances isnt my idea of fun, especially when everything is on back order with no guaranteed ETA. However, despite these challenges, I had an excellent experience with the team at Barons. I worked with two agents via text and phone - hey, Angie! hi, Ryan! - and both were wonderful. They were helpful, knew the products, understood the process, and - best of all - were so friendly and responsive. While getting all my ducks in a row took a few days, they were with me every step of the way with good humor and an abundance of patience. Im very pleased and know exactly where Ill be headed if I end up needing any more appliances.

Everything in life should be as easy and pleasant as doing business with Barons. The person who assisted us pointed out important features that we were unaware of and would have overlooked and started with the most reasonably priced appliance. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and what was in stock and we were in and out of the store in under a half an hour to enjoy our Saturday even though there were many customers in the store. A really great experience! The installer who came was so efficient and pleasant also!

Ordered a GE French Door Bottom Freezer Refrigerator. Luckily, it was in stock and Barons was able to deliver within a short week. The appliance was delivered by a great team of delivery personnel. We needed to have an installation technician hook up the water line. Everything was well coordinated by customers service. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.We are now waiting for our new JennAir Stove which we hope to see in a few weeks. The installation team (which are well experienced professional sub contractors) have already taken all the measurements and sent them to Barons to ensure an easy delivery and install of our next new appliance.

After two false starts on having my new wall ovens and range top installed, the third time was a charm. The electrician and installation team were quick and efficient. Thank you to Mike, store manager, for intervening after a series of “missed communications” to insure that all went well this time. Lesson learned - get a copy of the site assessment in writing and confirm additional charges and required personnel and materials are scheduled as needed and then check again. Better to be the annoying customer on the front end than the ‘crazy’ customer on the back end.

After placing our online order of a new Dishwasher, we got a call from Ryan almost immediately to set up our delivery. Once the new dishwasher was delivered we discovered that we ordered the wrong one. With the worldwide shortage of appliances, Ryan worked with us to get an in-stock unit which was closest to what we originally wanted. He called us back promptly several times to make sure were getting the correct appliance. In this new age of what I consider to be the worst online customer service, and only getting worse, it was refreshing and effective to deal with someone live and local. After a big box purchase malfunctioned and died on me, Barons was able to provide a replacement oven for me immediately. The big box store didnt have the replacement in stock at all. The transaction was handled with ease and with professionalism. Plus they are delivering to my home asap!! So happy with this purchase and my experience with Barons! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!

We ordered all our household appliances for our newly constructed home in November, 2019. Note that this was pre-pandemic and one year before construction would be completed. When we took delivery in November, 2020, our Bosch double oven was quietly not there and only discovered when our construction guys began installing them.Our salesperson Sebastian explained that someone took delivery of our appliance, so we were offered alternatives or else reorder and wait due to the pandemic. We finally accepted a lesser brand loaner while waiting after escalating to the sales manager Michael Lomonte.It took ~7 months (!) before our original oven showed up, but Barons installers had trouble pulling the loaner from our cabinetry. Our cabinet maker and I were able to pull it no problem, and they finally returned to swap it out.Now, our Bosch freezer began failing, and after 4 service calls failed to fix it, were asking Barons to replace it. Ive emailed and called, but am now sick of the lack of response from either Sebastian or Michael, so posting this review.There are plenty of other places to buy your appliances, so suggest you avoid this place or at least these sales people...

It was very easy to order our new dishwasher. The delivery date was set and we received messages to tell us when the delivery would arrive. Paul delivered and installed our appliance today - he was exceptional!! I highly recommend Baron’s and you’d be very lucky to have Paul as your installer!

She was super helpful and patient in offering up fridge models for a built in space with non-typical size restrictions. I have owned four houses, and have had many appliances delivered. The delivery of my stove from Barons was quick and professional. They arrived exactly when they said they going to be here, navigated the narrow doorway, and leveled my stove perfectly. The two delivery men were very helpful and courteous. I rate their service as the WORST EVER, as we purchased the service agreement for 5 appliances and cant get them to service our equipment after over a dozen phone attempts. We have always been a customer of Sears, so our first experience with Barons will be the last. WE DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANY APPLIANCES FROM THEM, JUST INTERESTED IN COLLECTING YOUR MONEY.

Had a refrigerator delivered today. It wasn’t an easy stairwell to get it up along with removing the old but the two guys were able to get the job done and very very pleasant despite the challenge! I can’t say enough about how great the whole appliance purchase process was from order to delivery. I gave up on Home Depot along time ago.

There was a significant delay (2 months) from payment to installation that was unexpected as a result of availability of the oven and installers. I ordered a washing machine the second week of January. Today is March 11 and I still have not received delivery. They have one excuse after another as to why they can’t deliver it. Their is so such thing as customer service at this business. I was treated rudely when I would call for a delivery date. I called again today and was told I couldn’t get a delivery till April. These people are terrible to try to work with. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

First time I’ve purchased from this company. Did everything via chat and text, including scheduling of installation. Told Ryan via chat that I needed a new microwave and told him the brand I wanted. He researched options and never tried to push me into a more expensive brand. He scheduled the installation for me so I didn’t have to deal with a third party. They then started to communicate via text to keep me informed on status. Jenny, confirmed the date and time via text and Paul, the installer, showed up as promised. He was very respectful and pleasant and had my new microwave I installed in less than 20 minutes. He even set the clock!Due to COVID, I expected delivery and installation would take 4 to 6 weeks (like the box stores said), but it was 12 days!Overall, I am extremely pleased with this transaction and will definitely use Baron’s again.

When we bought our washer/drier we were told Barons had in house service people. When my washer/drier required service and independent service guy showed up. He clearly identified himself as an independent and left me his business card. Service call was placed with Barons service department. We just bought a stove from Barons. We were told again they only had in house service people and would never use an outside appliance service. Barons sales people should look into this service guy issue. I still have the guys name and business card. He was not employed by Barons.

Baron’s gets 3 stars due to their poor customer support after they sell to you.They’re showrooms have a good display providing a variety of appliance options & price points. They’re showroom service is overall decent. For the most part, they know their products & can provide pros/cons.Installations are completed with decent product knowledge, support and competence although it can feel like they’re rushed to get it done & go. The hasty process lacks in a thorough quality check before they rush off. This may just be my pet peeve - wanting them to do an install as if they were installing at their own home or their boss’s home!The real issue is the assistance with any problems after the sale. I know they don’t make the products they sell but if the product doesn’t last, they should remove it from their inventory & not sell it. Just sad customer support after a sale is made.This may not be a fair review since I remember the days when appliances were made to last - at least more than 5 years. For the $$ spent, they should be built for quality performance & some longevity. The frontline appliance dealers are the ones that have to deal w/ frustrated customers & the manufacturer’s business model of “disposable” appliances. I guess they need to figure out how to keep customers happy given the lack of quality appliances sold & the product lines they sell.Maybe Baron’s (& other appliance sellers) need to do a better job communicating these frustrations upstream (to mfrs) so we can all be happy w/ these necessary, expensive appliance purchases.Good luck!

Best experience buying appliances ever! I bought four new appliances all at once during this pandemic. My choices were all based on the expert recommendations from Jon in the Concord store. I purchased a washer, dryer, pedestal washer, and range. Not a small purchase in my opinion. I was told they were all in stock at the time of taking my money. 10 days later I was informed that they were not in stock and delivery date was delayed. We were told they would search for others and let us know, we never heard any thing back from our sales person, Keenan.We were informed that the stove arrived and was ready for delivery. The stove showed up first, heavily damaged on two sides and the top. Amazing that it was unpacked at their warehouse and they still tried to deliver it. It was returned. Again we were told that they would find a replacement and again, we never heard back from Keenan.The washer and dryer was delivered 10 days later.The delivery guys treated these machines with little care and no regard for manufacturer processes. This includes removing the bolts that are required when transporting the washer at the warehouse prior to delivery. This alone can cause permanent damage.The washer was hooked up incorrectly, one wasnt even plugged in, the dryer was not connected to the vent and nothing was leveled. I had to do this process properly. Lastly, some of the user guides are missing, I was once again promised these and still have not heard a word back. Subsequently I was told to download them from the internet.I contacted them twice by email and received a response on my third and final demand. I spoke to a manager that cut our phone call off short because he was too busy to speak to me at that time. I then heard from Keenan two days later and his resolution was to refund $200.00 and walk away. Unbelievable customer service.This was our first use of Barons and will be our last. Surprisingly, we have found the same stove at Home Depot, in stock and will be delivered in 7 days.

Disappointed. I had a very poor experience with Home Depot when I last purchased new laundry appliances and had looked forward to dealing with an established appliance retailer. The positive- the sales process was very quick, just the way I wanted it to be. I had explained to the salesman that I was having to use a laundromat as my appliances had broken.After waiting two and a half weeks my new laundry appliances were delivered on December 16th.4 hours after being delivered my new Speed Queen washer stopped working. The Start light just kept flashing at me, and after looking up the owners manuals online I realized my machine had a problem. The following morning I contacted Major Brands and was transferred to service. After listening to me and my attempts to start the washer I was given a January 5th appointment, the soonest available. And, I was told it may need a part that would have to be ordered. The person I spoke to suggested that I call Speed Queen directly to see if they had another service provider that could respond more quickly. ??! I did call Speed Queen, the person on the phone talked to me a little about the machine and did give me the number for another provider.Hang in there, Im almost to the best part.I thought about my conversation with the Speed Queen rep and started looking around the washer. I found that if I leaned on the lid in the area of the Lid Lock latch and sensor I could make the panel lights flicker. So I pushed and leaned on the lid and the washer cabinet and the washer began working again !Here comes the best part.After using the washer for a few days I called Barons service to talk about what I had done and my January 5 appointment. The person on the phone was a little rude and abrupt, didnt want to listen to my issue. He said to me- well if the machine is working now then theres no point in us coming out to look at it. If we are unable to verify the problem then YOU will have to PAY for the appointmentSo, in summary, even though I had just spent over $2,300 at Barons, and had a new machine break on the day it was delivered, I was expected to wait two and half weeks for someone to come look at it, and since I got it to work by pushing and forcing the cabinet, I might have to PAY for my service appointment if they come out and cant find anything wrong.How is that any better than a big box store?

Keenan Labonte was terrific when I made the purchases back in 10/2020.The reason for the 4 Stars and not 5 is that I couldnt get the appliances I wanted through Barons.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. I went thru Barons because i thought the service and product quality would be better than the chain stores. Bought a new Kitchen Aid top of the line dishwasher and purchased the extended warranty as well. It took 3 times to get the unit delivered to the house without damage. Now after less than 1 year the dishwasher is not working so we called Barons. What they do not tell you when you buy the warranty is they sub that out to another company. So that company comes and orders a part ( control panel) that was in November, now after that company has called twice to reschedule we are scheduled for February. That makes 4 months without a dishwasher, including thru the holidays. I find this to be horrible service. I would not recommend buying any extender warranty at Barons or even appliances for that matter!

A few years ago we started to do business with Barons Major brands in Concord.We remodeled our kitchen and bought the appliances there. Very happy with all. I have to say, nothing cooks like a Wolf. We havent been out to eat, but a few times since we installed the Wolf range. So nice to cook on.This year were remodeling a laundry room and again bought the appliances there, and again very happy. They made it so easy I didnt even have to take the time to go to the store.They price match so why not go with a company that is local, and has the people to help if you ever need service.Best part is they make it affordable to buy what you really want.

The customer service we received when purchasing our washer and dryer was great. They took the time to answer all questions. When we received our delivery we were very unhappy with the service we received. The delivery guys rushed to install and when leaving pushed the appliances back to the wall and by doing so the flexible vent to the dryer came off the back of the dryer. Meaning we couldn’t use our dryer until the vent was back on (which we had to do). When we called to let Baron’s to let them know of this safety concern the sales associate just responded with ok. And then when hanging up laughed. We went with a local nonbox store for the superior customer service. What we didn’t realize was that the customer service ended once the purchase had been made.

Terrible customer service. Was told the appliances I wanted were readily available, I was expecting a long wait. Had 3 delivery dates all were not met. Stayed home today for a delivery and it was a partial delivery, they didnt mention it when we set up a time. Delivery guys smelled so bad of smoke the stunk up my kitchen. I could go on for a while but no point, they set expectations and could not meet them, consistently.

The salesperson sold me an incompatible Stove & over the stove microwave combination....and I got a free dishwasher. I identified when the installers came and after was charged $125 each for the stove & dishwasher that the salesman did not his product(s). The Thermador stove CAN NOT be used in combination with an over the stove microwave combination.I called the salesperson and was told. We cant take it back now (did I mention that I spent $5,000? + $125 x 2 for the installations for a total of $5,250.00)) . Give it a try with a hood. I have done that and because the hood is not vented every time I cook the smoke alarms go off.Next, the over was sold to me (that alone was $3,900.00) as a self cleaning oven. It is not a self cleaning oven. Sometimes you dont until you go to use the feature which also might be a few months after purchase.After calling & calling and the salesperson always being unavailable, busy, has the day off today I pursued contacting a manager. That also proved to be a waste of time as it would take days & weeks to get a return phone call. His response was I wish I knew earlier. Theres really not much I can do unless you have a fire or something.I am hoping still that they will do the right thing and credit me for my entire purchase (they can come and get all 3 appliances. I will give t back to them, happily).I feel that I was taken advantage of by a salesperson that did not know what he was selling and also feel that management has done nothing to resolve this issue.

I am now the proud owner of a beautiful new LG black stainless refrigerator thanks to the excellent service both at the sales level with Jon and delivery with Steve and Jason. I had been waiting for this same model to come in at a box store and decided to check out Baron’s in Concord-especially based on their positive reviews. Jon was very professional and helpful. I was nervous about getting the old refrigerator out and having the new one brought in as I have bamboo floors which damage easily. Everyone I spoke to at Baron’s assured me that extra care would be taken to avoid any issues. Both Steve and Jason handled the removal and delivery very smoothly utilizing a non-floor marking dolly that made my worries disappear! Steve even put down cardboard in my entry way and made sure the rugs that I had placed in the path were positioned appropriately.Jon gave me advise on what dishwasher model would most closely match the same stainless black as my new refrigerator. Setting up delivery was easy and they called me the day before to confirm and when they were en-route the day of. I will definitely be a repeat customer for my other appliances! What a positive experience at Baron’s Appliances! I only wish I hadn’t waited so long!

I was able to text an associate to order a dryer and he/she was very quick to respond, helped set up a quick pick up date and answer any of my questions. I wasn’t able to get a dryer delivered from Home Depot, etc. until the end of August, but Baron’s has them in stock and ready for pick up. Thanks Baron’s!
