Mr. Barbee came in and fixed my dryer, while also explaining what I should look for when a dryer is not functioning properly. He was such a delight and professional. He even took his time in explaining that after a certain timeframe if the clothes were still damp, then I might need to check the ducts so it wont burn out my heating unit. I know this sounds all over the place, but he explained it better to me. Again, he was soooooooo helpful and fixed my dryer days ago. Thanks Mr. Barbee!!!!!!

Mr Barbee came right out to replace our refrigerator ice maker. He was very friendly and explained a lot of things to us. Price was very reasonable and we highly recommend him.

Mr. Barbee has repaired a few of my appliances in the past, but most recently, my washing machine was off balance, so I called Mr. Barbee to see if he could look at it. After asking a few questions about the brand and age of my machine, he knew immediately how to fix it. Instead of coming out and charging for a service call, he was honest and explained to me how to fix it myself. I recommend Mr. Barbee to everyone I know with appliance issues.

This place has great customer service. I called about getting a fridge repaired and the owner (I think it was the owner?) determined right off the bat that it was not something we would fix because the price of the repair would be to high to justify the repair. However, he was nice and helpful and talked to me for the next 10 minutes explaining this to me and giving me advice on what to buy to replace it. This is definitely who I will be calling when I need future repairs.

Very rude on the phone. I called to ask if they do microwave repairs and he literally said no and hung up on me. A piece of advice, even if you do not do a certain type of repair, you should still have good customer service. Maybe suggest someone else you may know that does, or just simply being polite might actually get me to call back for another type of repair in the future.

Steve is an excellent, knowledgeable appliance repairman. He is prompt, fair, honest, and incredibly talented. He always suggests preventative maintenance steps for my appliances and can provide detailed information about the current state of appliance manufacturing in the US when its time to replace something. He has worked on many appliances for me over the years and I recommend him highly. He is very pleasant to deal with and always has a great smile.

Steve helped us out yesterday when our refrigerator decided to stop running. We called and he was here immediately and had the part with him and was able to fix it then. Thank you so much. A pleasure to work with.

Steve was a big help in guiding me over the phone the right direction since I have a bottom freezer fridge he doesnt service those he still took his time to point me in the right direction to get it fixed. Ill definitely keep Barbee on my list for future appliance repairs I need.

Well I called them to ask them a question and they told me before I could start asking the question This is a Garage Door company, then they hung up on me. How rude is that.
