I hate it when I buy something online, and the vendor uses UPS. Its aggravating because I get consistently horrible service from UPS in the Denver Metro Area.The latest issue, is not new, its just that Im beyond frustrated that this keeps happening. UPS sent me two emails, this morning, to tell me that my delivery would be delivered today, and that I could follow the driver online. The delivery window said that the item would be delivered between 8:30AM and 11:00 AM. I took the morning off of work so that I could be here to receive the delivery. I looked at the map that they linked in my email, and it showed the driver was within 1 block of my home, at 10:30 AM.11:00 AM rolled around and I still had not received my delivery. I looked at the map, to see how close the delivery was. The driver was now several miles away from my home, and the delivery window had changed to 7:00PM. What? How does this even happen? Unfortunately its not even the first time this has happened. Once again, I took a loss of pay, for UPS to simply screw me over. I wouldnt be upset if this were not a very expensive item, and I cannot trust the driver to take it to the correct home, because they have delivered my items to the wrong home, in the past.I cant abide this quality of service. UPS is terrible and I have no doubt that their drivers are functionally r*tarded. The most frustrating thing about this is that I have no choice to change the courier service. UPS can rot in hell. Every time I see a UPS driver I will go out of my way to spit in your face because youre a walking pile of garbage.

For the occasional OTR driver, stay in the left lane & approach the gate. Use the phone to call for instructions. U have to have a reflective vest or u cant enter. Receiving is on the corner of the building, to the left of the gate, as well as the drop zone. This hub has a trailer drop down the road at the curve, to the right. Also, they have a guy in a flatbed that will take any leftover pallets.

It was fantastic place to drop off empty trailers.

UPS HASNT PAID ME SINCE NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2020 . I HAVE BEEN IGNORED ALL YEAR. I NEED TO GET IM CONTACT.

Quit Dec 30th and its Jan 12th and still havent received my final paycheck, said Im not technically terminated until the 16th.... How?? Oh thats right, my supervisors could careless or dont have the slightest clue. Youll never ever get the numbers of HR or your Union stewards. Always get told I dont know, or let me see if I can find the number... oh yeah I dont know the number to anyone here even though Ive been here for 3+ years... This place is an absolute joke as far as payroll is concerned. My check has been short hours every paycheck. Ive spoke to corporate HR and this trash hubs HR, but again talking in circles and getting nowhere. NEVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Will be making a complaint to the BBB.

The area was neat and clean but hard to get into. ups check in you need a reason for.. like a military base..

They always take care of my package and treat it as if my package were their package.

My husband works for UPS and loves it. A must is to be a Team player. The union is a wonderful team to be a member of they are there for the employees. If you can make it past a package handler-hard work but then many doors of promising opportunities for a career is possible and in reach. UPS pays for schooling and many many employee benefits and discounts!!

Everytime I have something shipped via UPS it ALWAYS shows up multiple days late. Seems like it spends 3+ days every time at this warehouse. The employees have no respect for peoples packages, as Ive had multiple expensive packages get delivered damaged. I am a former FedEx Ground employee, and I can honestly say FedEx runs a wayyyyy smoother operation, and FedEx actually manages to deliver packages on-time and appropriately. The only good reviews on here are from the employees who only care about making themselves look good. Whenever theres an option I ALWAYS go FedEx. UPS just cant seem to get it right.

I work here but the people are sooo awesome. Its super easy to get lost in there but any one of the UPS workers are more than willing to show you where to go and will even walk with you to make sure you get there! I absolutely love my job and love my co-workers. Its a great facility and it has even greater workers. You dont find many people who care, but at UPS its hard NOT to find one

People need to understand put all information on or inside pkg. So it can get to proper destination on time. Wrap/protect your belonging properly

Ive had better experiences here than I have with some deliveries being made to my residence. As such, I typically have packages held here so that I can pick them up myself-- weve accumulated an enormous number of thieves, vandals, and scum as of late, who just plain lack values apparently. So, while its unfortunate that I cannot enjoy the full service for which I pay in regard to deliveries-- at least I encounter friendly, and generally helpful staff upon picking up packages in person. Do take note, however, that there are differing hours when it comes to picking up packages vs. sending them out. I highly recommend calling ahead to confirm said hours, as you may well avoid issues with that 1-2min effort.

Every time I order something it goes to this place that may as well be a black hole for packages. My packages are ALWAYS delayed and I get BS excuses for why they cant be delivered. FLOODING??? There aint no GD flooding in Colorado right now!! Ive been watching my Amazon PRIME package sit on the truck marked out for delivery for 4 days now! The live truck tracker page doesnt show it floating down the damn Platte River!!!Eventually, after the usual claims natural disasters or the claims Im not home to sign for my packages even though I am sitting there all day with my front door wide open, by the time I do finally get my package the boxes are all banged up and the corners are all smashed in.How can my boxes get to this place in 1 day from anywhere in the country and then take 4-5 days to get to my house 3 miles away?????

My Husband worked there as far as there service goes they are good. How ever they receive only one star because they mailed his check and no one knew where it was. Come to find out they had mailed it. Then actually it was never mailed so after one full week he still did not have his ticket.

They claimed my address wasnt correct and I didnt have an apartment number even though I live in a house..?? My package shouldve only taken two days max and I ended up waiting four days plus instead. I understand UPS will hire anyone and that includes the mentally incompetent men and women but seriously its not that hard working a warehouse job. Im honestly expecting my package to be damaged with the level of carelessness these people are showing. Dont waste your time giving them business just call FedEx instead
