Steven always does a great job on my nails 💅

They were wonderful and so sweet! Maggie was amazing with my gel manicure and fixed up my nails very well. I definately recommend.

Never had a problem with this place! They actually said I could film a YouTube video getting my nails done at their place! 😊

This was my first time to this nail salon and my Last. They are NOT following CDC guidelines and protocols during Covid-19. This places was PACKED. Literally every seat was filled and people were even standing waiting since there were no seats left. They had plexiglass between the technician and the customer but did not disinfect after each person. I had to request the guys, Steven, to clean my table. He then started speaking to his employee in his native language complaining how I asked him to do that (I know this bc he said something in English mixed in). My nails came out fine, but I will NOT be returning here. This was one of the dirtiest nail salons I’ve been too (even if it wasn’t Covid). I would Not recommend this place!

As soon as I walked through the door and asked for a gel mani, I got handed over the basket to pick a color. I sit down to choose and as soon as I sit down I’m told to go to a nail desk, my nail tech MANDY doesn’t even let me choose a color and she demands my hand. She was in a rush from the start. As she’s polishing my nails she’s pushing my hand away to put them in the gel machine! First off, that’s not how you tell clients to put their hand in the machine. Then, apparently I was too slow for her when I was just making sure I didn’t want to mess up my polish so she tells me “FASTER”. I told her do not rush me, what’s the rush? She tells me it’s the polish. If it’s the polish don’t use that brand on me that requires me to RUSH to put my nails in a machine. It wasn’t the polish btw- it was her client who came in late for her appointment and I was taken before she even entered the door. This was my third time here and last. Absolute terrible service!!!!! If I can give zero stars I would.

I always go here!! They really know what they’re doing. Always good mani pedis and the nex gen is amazing too.

My nails last almost 3 weeks. They do a great job. Have been going there for over a year for powdered nexgen nails!! I suggest this nail salon.

I had my powder mani removed their . The girl buffed it off along with the top layers of my nail. Suddenly she did t under stand what I was saying when I told her to use a less corse dremel. My nail felt like it was on fire. My nails are torn down below the quick. They are painful 3 weeks latter . I am so upset really, not to be petty but others may have sued over this I think she was anoyed that the manicure originally was not done at her shop. Manager saw and pretended not to understand.

Not going back. First time, my sister and I went in asking for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax because our sisters wedding was the following day. They did my pedicure and then told me to wait a few minutes for my wax. They took my sister for her eyebrow wax and when she came out, I couldnt believe what they did to her. They had me waiting for mine for 25 minutes, but when I noticed they had burned my sisters skin above her eye, we walked out and I went elsewhere to get mine done. They had my sister in tears, unacceptable!

Great job! May have to wait but it is worth it.

On my first 2,visits to Shammah, Steven did excellent NEXGEN manis. HOWEVER, on my 3rd - -and likely LAST visit on Saturday, 8/13, - a young lady removed my still beautiful NEXGEN mani (at my request..l I wanted a regular manicure, to give my nails a rest - and totally destroyed my beautiful, strong nails. And all my fingers are sore and irritated. When she cut my finger, Steven took over. Because I left the next day for a family funeral in Florida - where still am - I have not been able to go back and show them my hands. I have broken corners on most nails...and the special polish, for which I paid an extra $3, is chipping already. Mostly, I am horrified at my broken nails, and concerned about my several sore fingers. Moral: Dont trust every new technician, Im a mess!
